I went to return an outfit. I was displeased because the zipper broke before I even had a chance to…read morewear it. I was hopping to take it back to the store and exchange it. Unfortunately, they weren't in stock. *insert sad face*. I opted not to get anything else BUT the customer service I encountered was impeccable. There was a middle aged, black guy who assisted me. My apologies for not getting his name. He was filled with personality and professionalism. He turned my frown upside. (Remember the frown is from them not having the outfit in stock... Stay with me ). I appreciated his assistance and he offered other suggestions as well. Prices here are very affordable. Sometimes the clothes shrink, depending on what you get. But I continue to win with their denim. This Old Navy is conventionally located off the interstate with other shopping and eateries. Parking is abundant.

The trick to this response is that nothing in there is on consignment... It's a real quality clothing style, unique clothing, and classiness to "show up" whenever you attend a function.

In general, she says she always finds something that's good quality and a good value, and customer service is good. She described Nordstrom Rack as, "like a higher-end T.J. Maxx." Some examples of items she's purchased here include Stuart Weitzman shoes (her wedding shoes; they're beautiful), Madewell sweaters and T-shirts (lots of T-shirts), a French Connection sweater, a Theory dress (one of my favorites; she's worn it to my company's holiday party and to one of her company's events), and NEST New York scented candles (they smell good). Another reason she likes Nordstrom Rack is because she can return both Nordstrom Rack and regular Nordstrom items. Convenient. During our last visit, employee Marquis was fantastic. At checkout, my wife didn't know her Nordstrom credit card expired. Marquis got her on the phone with someone who helped her take care of everything. She was still able to get her Nordy Club points and Notes (loyalty rewards). This Nordstrom Rack is located in Buckhead, just off Georgia 400 Exit 2, near Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. It's in Buckhead Station, a two-story shopping center. On the weekends, Buckhead Station gets crowded and there are longer lines at Nordstrom Rack. During peak times, I suggest parking on the lower level where there is plenty of parking and no congestion. This Nordstrom Rack opened in 2010. It's the only Nordstrom Rack inside the perimeter.

The store was located in a small run down strip mall. The neighborhood in my opinion did not look it's best. We entered the store, it was pretty organized with every department sectioned off. I started shoppers and I managed to find a couple of items on sale. I got Jordan knit caps for $1. Name brand socks $1.00, uniform pants $ 1.00. They offered several items on clearance at an excellent price. One thing I can say about Citi Trends, that a lot of people probably do not know, is that on certain times of the year, you can find an assortment of items at an unbelievable price. This store is very good for those shopping at a budget. They offer layaway and you can put clearance items on layaway also. I highly recommend this store.
