I always find good deals. The store is kept clean most of the time. Big parking lot shared by other businesses in the shopping plaza. Customer service is good, and smiling. Always full of goodie's. Easy in and out most of the time. You'll love the purses, shoes, accessories, food, household goods, all great bargains. I noticed this new store siting to the left of Little Giant on Tara Blvd, just off of the expressway and as I read their sign outside I thought "They put a grocery store next to a grocery store?". Why did I think that you may ask? Well I saw a sign outside of the store that they take "EBT cards". So imagine my surprise as I entered the store only to find that this store is not a grocery store but kind of like a discounted (low budget) version of Ross, TJ Maxx or Marshall's. If you still can't imagine think a higher end Big Lots or Family Dollar. They have a great selection of clothes, shoes, accessories, kitchenware, bedding, housewares and just about anything you can think of. They do carry many of the normal name brand items like Nike and Wilton's. I didn't have much time to shop but I will tell you not to snooze on this spot! If you have enough time please stop by and take your time perusing the aisles. You're bound to find something that you can use! Side note: They carry some usually large cooking pots/pans and I also saw a huge aluminum bowl or water bucket. Big enough for me to bathe my 60 pound dog or even bob for apples out of! read more

Visited 9/29/17 The Manager Shashanna... is the absolute worse. I am sure I've misspelled her name but I am sure there aren't more than one Shashanna. The lines were ridiculously long on this day and the "Manager" and the oversize man child Security Guard were being loud and obnoxious about their weekend plans or previous weekend plans. Instead of helping the other Cashier get the lines under control, she continued laughing and talking. When I asked her can you open another line? Her response was yeah I can.. but she didn't? I only continued waiting because I found a beautiful front door fall wreath. I really like this store, you can find any and everything here. From home goods, children items, car items and clothing for everyone. Be prepared to be yelled at over the intercom to keep your children with you and take the clothes off the hangers ? Well I don't work here and I never remove the hangers. The lines can get ridiculously long and the Staff acts very annoyed and lack proper customer service. I feel that Employees are allowed to get away with mistreating Customers because of the location and the type of Customers that DD's attracts. read more

Before I drove all the way from McDonough to come shop here, I checked what time they were closing (it said they closed at 10pm on a Wednesday) because the location in Stockbridge has limited amount of items. I got there at 8:15. I was looking at the cute bags for about 5 minutes and didn't even get to browse through their clothing because they then made an announcement that they were about to close in 10 minutes!! I was so pissed, I purposely made the 35 minute drive because I thought they weren't closing until late! Plus the cashier and the 'security guard' are ghetto. How about updating your open and closing hours if you're going to be closing a couple hours earlier then expected! read more

This place is very neat and organized but unfortunately the staff is horrible! They are rude and they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to shop there. They should change staff. I love shopping at DD'S but i will go to a different one even if it means traveling farther. read more

Decent place to shop but you cannot take your time because there are no bathrooms. DDs is one of my favorite stores everywhere from the metro Atlanta area all the way to Marietta with great inventory, deals, and customer service. Having clean public restrooms and very mildly friendlier customer service is what would make them a 5 star shopping experience for a discount store which could actually give them what is needed to compete with read more

This store on upper Riverdale Rd is The Worst in customer service! No matter what time I come in, the lines are always, always, always longgggg. They always have only 2 cashier's no more! If you are in a hurry don't come!! Great price, but terrible in customer service! read more

Have to say I love this store I always find something in the store every time I come visit whether it be for me or my boys. There prices are very reasonable found both my boys a pair of levis for 9.99. They have a large variety of purses that I love to dig in to usually walk out with like 3 purses all at reasonable prices. Great selection of toys for the holidays when your shopping on a budget.
