Easy to find from the road, decent parking lot. easy to navigate in store....except for the fitting rooms. They have 1 and so if you're used to other locations where there are a few spread out within the store, you will wander a bit aimlessly to find it. They are not clearly labeled like the departments are, which is maddening. Apparently it wasn't just me as I heard someone also ask where to find it. The shoe department was all rifled through, no shoe boxes matched the display shoe, mismatched boxes, whole mess. The staff I interacted with were all friendly enough; but I was ready to go and was only there 20 minutes! The line to checkout was rather long and moved so slowly I wanted to scream. read more

Only 2 cashiers and the checkout lines were very, very long! Drop off for Amazon returns were quick and associate was friendly. Large selections of many types of merchandise. Store was clean and uncluttered. read more

I purchased a necklace which was marked 10k. 30 days it started to change color and purchased jewelry cleaner nothing. I took it back I really like the style so I exchanged instead. Now this one is brown. Sick of kohl's and I will never purchased and jewelry again read more

My biggest complaint about this store is that the size of clothing often doesn't match the size that's printed on the hanger. Makes finding clothes in your size very difficult. read more

I can't give Kohl's a 1 star because the staff is really nice not just at this location but throughout. 6 years I would come to this store almost everyday. Whether I was going out for dinner, clubbing or just hanging out with friends, I would find a whole outfit. The shoes use to be of very nice quality, I still own several pairs. But now since Payless closed down, I guess they sent their inventory to Kohl's. The quality of clothing has changed so much also, that if I do go in there, I'll just check the clearance rack for the cheap cost of wearing something around the house. Bottom line......they need a new buyer. Someone that knows quality and style. read more

It's been a minute since I shopped at Kohl's. The last time I was there they had a great deal on jewelry/accessories and I realized that from my selections I was apparently a Daisy Fuentes fan. LOL. At the time I was dating a guy from Michoacan, Mexico named Julio. I was eating Authentic Latino food and my jeans where always tight as hell. hehehe! Anyway almost everything I picked up was from her line. Needles to say, I had to take a break from this store before my desire for Latino Flare got out of hand. Now, several years later, I walk into this location and I think this store is a cross between J. C. Penny or Belk and Stein Mart. My sister's shop here a lot, but they are older than I am and one shops like an old white lady. No offense here, but if you see an older white woman coming out of church with a floral print on and you look up and she's a 40 something year old black woman, well that's my oldest sister! :) But she amazingly can find the most unusual pieces in this store and those then become my gifts from her. My other sister is very fashionable. She got that from our mom. She always finds just what I need here, shawls, hats, handbags and sun glasses from here are always flashy. I like that from time to time. I was shocked to see Simply Vera by Vera Wang in the store. I will admit this time I thought "Hey. This stuff isn't half bad!", as many items caught my eye. I came in for a Dress or Tops with an Empire waist. Why, well because they camouflage a bottom-heavy figure. And they had plenty of them here but I'd much rather pay $20 for a similar dress elsewhere than pay $50 for the dresses that I saw here. And what's up with all the animal print? My mother and youngest sister would be in fashion heaven if they saw all the darn Cheetah, Zebra and Wild Boar prints that they had in here. Of course that did it for me this time. I had to get the heck out of dodge. I will probably be back in a couple of months to see what's going on in these stores. My sister's have told me that they get special treatment because they have credit cards here. I think they get discounts every month. They save about 15% - 30% on all of the items in the store. Even the ones on sale/clearance. I think that with the Kohl bucks (I think that is what it's call. it's extra savings/coupons) this makes this store a pretty good find. read more

Khols CHARGE is a complete rip off! They give you a due date, you make all these payments PRIOR to the due, which should suffice the actual amount that's due. EXAMPLE....my due date is 9/10, total amount due is 25.00, but on 9/1, I payed 35.00. Well the 35.00 doesn't count or matter, because if you come back and pay 24.00 on 9/2, they have no recollection of what the 35.00 went towards, but what they do know is that you'll be charged a 25.00/20.00 late fee because you made a payment one day after the due date! This morning me and my husband went to Kohl's, Stockbridge, Ga to shop. We've been long time customers there and buy a lot of stuff every month. My husband found 2 T.Shirts on clearance which were stickered $ 5.00. When we went to checkout register, the cashier said that its not the right price and so the manager came and she was the rudest manager i've seen. She said the price is stickered wrong and i won't give u this price. So my husband said that why won't u honor your own discounted price whereas its your mistake. she just abruptly said that No, we won't. We were very disappointed with her rude, crude and no customer service behavior. We couldn't get her name but she is not fit to be a manager anywhere, she didn't even apologize for her store's own mistake and we felt very bad read more

This review is not specific to the Stockbridge store, it's with Kohls.com, and that's not a chose in the drop down menu. Saying that to say this, Kohl's WILL NOT get any more of my money. I placed an order on kohls.com and my account was debited twice for the order. This is such a huge mistake at this time of year or any time of year for that matter. Kohls.com customer was and is a joke. They cannot help you. they can only quote policy. They have no customer service experience or ability to resolve your issue. To top it off, English is not their first language, which makes it EXTREMELY difficult to explain your issue, understand them and attempt to get a resolution. I've contacted the coporate office via phone (no email address to be found) and left messages on the executive office voicemail. Apparently I'm not the only one this has happened to. The Operator knew exactly what I was talking about when I explained. This is utterly unfair to their customer base. I am so done with Kohl's. If I had a Kohl's credit card, I'd melt it!! Other stores carry the same items. I'd rather pay more for great customer service and attention to detail when processing orders and security. I may be only one customer, but I know you've lost more customers because of this issue and probably others. read more

I have to say I really enjoyed my experience here. Although there was hardly anyone at the registers, there was one lady who provided quick answers as soon as I walked in and asked and with a positive tone too. She was personable at the checkout line, made eye contact, smiled a lot, and made the experience enjoyable. She even gave us a senior discount for my father without us asking. The store was very clean with a wide variety of products and many products on sale. I was very satisfied with the quality of the products I bought and the prices. read more
