This level of inadequate staffing and this is unacceptable. The store was also in complete disarray, which only added to the frustration. We should not have to stand in line for an unreasonable amount of time simply because there aren't enough registers open and available to serve us. We have to do better. This type of neglect disproportionately affects communities that already deserve better service and greater investment. I genuinely regret coming here and wasting such a significant amount of time waiting in an unnecessarily long line. This needs to be addressed the staffing, organization, and overall customer experience immediately. The entire line was complaining. This store has plenty of great things but so many people walked out putting their items down . While others walked in the store saw the lines and two cashiers turning around walking out... this speaks volumes to losing customers before they ever got all the way in the store. The first thing you will notice is that the store is divided into two sections, Misses on the left and Plus sized clothing on the right. This is great because you don't spend a lot of time "hunting" for your section. Also, if you find something in Misses doesn't fit you, you will often find the same item on the other side so you don't miss out. The clothing in this store is always on trend and very colorful. You can easily find cute maxi dresses, covers, pants and shorts and more. While you won't find business casual or special occasion clothing, you can definitely pick up vacation wear and casual everyday clothing. You can be assured of finding age and style appropriate clothing that does not leave you exposed or looking like a street walker. They also have accessories such as shoes, belts and jewelry. What bothered me was what happened when I handed her a $5 bill. She walked over to a machine to scan it, then held it up to the light, examining it as if it were fake. I'm not sure if they've had problems with counterfeit bills recently, but I found it insulting. The three men before me, who appeared to be the same ethnicity as her, gave her larger bills, and she didn't take the same steps with theirs. That experience made me uncomfortable, and it's the reason I won't be returning.
