We've been into this store a couple of times and it's always a good experience. There is A LOT of inventory and it's always a little overwhelming when you first walk in. The associates are always quick to greet us and point us in the right direction. There are always multiple sales happening and the clearance section is a treasure trove. I always end up spending more than I intended, but this is much better pricing than buying bras from the secretive place at the mall :)

HORRIBLE customer service! 1/20/21 (around 3-4pm)…read more Initially I was not going to write a separate review for this store. My intention was to group all stores together and give a pretty good review of this outlet mall BUT, my experience in this particular store changed my mind. So I've never purchased under garments from Hanes and since I came across this store unexpectedly- I figured it would be the perfect time to shop. Walking in this store was fine, the store was organized everything was where it needed to be. However, I had some questions on where the bras that I was looking for were- there was such a vast section I couldn't figure out where I needed to look. I see all associates in the back - lallygagging, I'm thinking someone will be out since it's customers in the store. The young lady looked me dead in my face and sees me looking confused- she automatically bee lines to the fitting room to ask the person how they were doing with trying things on. Then she looks at me again and walks back to the back room!!! At this point I say "Excuse me- can you show me where minimizers are"!? She says "sure their on the wall" - granted these bras could've been anywhere on the wall! She doesn't ask any probing questions, she was more interested in NOT answering questions and getting back to what she was doing. At that point, I lost interest in making any purchases and walked out - I would NOT recommend this store.

I went into Cato's…read more(store #360 Decatur, GA) determined to only return my item and not shop and buy a thing; no matter how appealing. The manager, Ms. Marilynn Smith, politely asked if she could help me. I put my belt and receipt up on the counter and told her I wanted to make a return. She looked at the item and immediately said "I don't think this is ours. Our piece that hangs this up doesn't look like this." I admit I started to feel some kind of way because the belt had been in the bag waiting for me to get around to returning it and I had kept the receipt and left tags and all on it. She maintained her professionalism and even reached out to other stores to see if maybe they could recognize the belt. The response was a definitive "no, that's not ours". I was still oh so sure that I was right. Ms. Smith took the receipt and pulled up each item number on it and showed me the pictures of what popped up and I agreed that yes those items were correct; however, the belt I had wasn't one of the pictures. I left the store determined to find the correct receipt only to realize as I was in the car and on the phone with the person who I had showed the belts to (I bought 5 in two separate places) that I was indeed wrong and had gotten the belt I was trying to return to Cato's from somewhere else. I parked my car and went back in to apologize to Ms. Smith. She was again very professional and didn't make me feel bad for my mistake. She even smiled and told me it was okay and to have a good day. To whomever her boss is, Ms. Smith was an exemplary example in how to know your product, your job, your resources and how to be a professional at all costs. I will definitely go back and try on any items to ensure I don't need to return anything

Lots of recognizable branded shops (this feels more like an outdoor mall than outlet shopping…read moreexperiences I've had in other states), but I will say there was some standouts like the store Miss A, which I've never been to (nor seen) in other states before and their prices are so reasonable for everyday cosmetic items that normally consumers pay huge markups for. I popped into a few other more popular stores like the Crocs location. Prices were not super low, but they did have some really great items. There were some clearance and sale items that were less than normal but they were still around $40 or $50. Lots of great charms for your Crocs if you're a fan and like to customize. Same went for the Vera Bradley store. There were some deals and really great prince, but prices were not far off from the regular store. I was not really a fan of the layout of this outlet because like I said it was really designed more like a strip mall than outlets I'm used to where there's kind of a grid layout.
