Welcome to my heaven of scents…read more Bath & Body Works has really been holding me down for decades. From the time of Japanese Cherry Blossom being a signature luxury scent, lol, I've been riding for them. So I'm always happy to go into a store and have a great experience. Since moving to ATL, the Bath & Body Works in East Point has been my go to location. Each visit seems to be a breeze thanks to some great employees on staff. The craziest days of the year here seem to be the Semi-Annual sale and candle day and Omg. The lines were out the door per usual and although I ended up opting to purchase my candles online, when I was in the area I saw the line moving smoothly and smiles on the faces of the guests lined up outdoors. This location is also a fave because it's located next to some of my other fave shopping spots that I have no business visiting. Although a smaller location than some I'm used to, this one is definitely my go-to thanks to the awesome inventory and even better team. Time to go re-up on candles!

However I was informed that they do get trucks in regularly but have no guarantees what they will get. That was odd but otherwise I love the deals and the helpfulness of the staff.

Really only had two brands but they were nice. Quality material. Got two for myself and one as an early Father's Day gift. The men's dressing room was a little hard to find and like most clothing stores was primarily tailored towards women, but for 6/7ish on a Saturday ever customer service desk had someone behind it. Everyone was very friendly which you do not see a lot, especially in in the mall department stores. I checked out some other clothes, a lot were what I would consider overpriced. Going to keep my eye out for the next sale!

The music is SUPER loud in every Akira store I've ever gone into and this one is no different. The have a highly organized clearance section to the rear of the store, which is amazing since the entire concept of the store seems to be how much stuff can we stuff into a rack or fixture. I try to browse, because when I look online I see they sell some items in plus size, but overall its too much and the music is so loud I end up getting distracted over all the stuff and end up walking out empty handed. If you have an event where rhinestones or animal print is your desired style. This is your spot. Accessories are extremely overpriced for the cheap plastic stuff they sell, but somehow that just makes me want it even more.

You would think the prices would be more with the times and economy. When I see a store I will stop in just to see if they have anything that's worth it. I have found several pieces that I have left because it just wasn't worth it for me. But I usually will find something I like that is reasonably priced. Sometimes you can catch better deals on the website too.

This is the best Anthro in Atlanta hands down. They have the widest variety of clothing and a…read moredecent home section. The staff is actually really helpful, and interested in helping and providing customer service (they seem to have really goo product knowledge at this location as well) - it's almost like hanging out with a friend every time I'm there (this is coming form someone who has worked at 3 URBN brands including 2 different Anthro's over the years) The sale section usually has some goodie to grab. I've also gotten a lot of great gifts and gift ideas from the staff, things I hadden't thought of or seen online yet, or combinations of thing. They also will occasionally suggest thins on sale which I appreciate because I think most of us are on a tighter budget these days. Plus it makes you feel like they are thinking of what you are in need of and looking for, and not just sales. My cons are the parking - it is paid. Yes they are checking now. I saw someone get ticked when I was there last week. BUT they do comp up to two hours. you have to ask and it is only for the Park Mobil app - if you use the kiosk they can't do it. (though I cant remember the last time it was on which is why I didn't know you had to pay to park there until recently) I also don;t love that you have to walk through BHLDN (or Anthro Weddings now...?) to get to the fitting room. It's a little awkward and can feel a little disrespectful if there is a bride in the process of trying on. It makes for a an uncomfortable situation and I feel a social pressure to be very quiet when trying on which I don't love. BUT, in terms of Atl Anthropologie's, this is the best in terms of stock and variety and that's what I'm after- to try things on in store before buying online.

I sent my items via UPS on Dec 18 and it was verified as received on Dec 22. I have reached out via email several times and still have not received a refund as of January 10. This was over $100 of merchandise. To have to wait so long for a significant amount of money back when you have done everything correctly and no longer have the items, is extremely frustrating. As an online ordering experience, it has been very bad as compared to EVERY other store I order from online. If they had a physical store near me, I may shop there, but would never order online from them again.
