We use this location as our main donation spot, as they have a drive up/thru donation area on the side of the building. It is always staffed and quick and easy for donations. Inside of the store is 80% clothing with the outer walls stocked with random items, housewares, art, kitchen gadgets, etc...For the most part it is well organized and laid out, even the clothing racks. But they were always expiring within days of being sent. So I planned on heading the the Discover Mills location until another friend mentioned that this store was here. Turns out, I didn't really need the coupons to get great deals (although, it's always nice to get double the deal). It seems that they're always running specials of some sort. While I was there in early May, the entire store was on sale, mostly for their $6, $8, $10 stock up sale. And at the store, they stamp a card once for every $20 that you spend, and after 5 stamps, you get $10 towards your next purchase of $10 or more. On Tuesdays, you get double stamps (so essentially, one stamp for every $10 you spend). They had most things in plenty of sizes. Only once could I not find C's current size. They had a good-sized clearance rack at the back with lots of items in all sizes. And I'm only talking about boys' clothes. The store was pretty evenly divided, but let's face it, there will always be more clothes for little girls than for little boys. I'd say it was about 35-40% boys and 60-65% girls. I usually prefer the carter's brand clothes at Target, Babies R Us, and Buy Buy Baby, anyway, so with these deals and the frequent purchase card, I'm not sure why you'd ever pay full price at another store. #Yelp365 - 128/365

Getting an appointment online was incredibly easy and they even offer some great deals along with multiple backgrounds and even props. I haven't been to JcPenney since I was a child but this one wasn't any different. The store was huge, clean and packed with different holiday decor and gifts alike. When we entered, we had no clue where to go and this nice woman was at the front of the store assisting anyone who walked in and she guided us to the studio. The studio itself is soooo small! But I can't blame JcPenney, they probably didn't know that their photo sessions would go so crazy but, they have - time for more space. There were seats for about 6 people and our Doona stroller embarrassingly took up more foot space than expected. Business is definitely booming back there though! Despite our set appointment, we didn't actually get into our shoot until an hour later because there was so much traffic. Honestly, that wasn't ideal but we totally understood because when we got into our session with our 8month old - he showed out lol. Leaving us to take an extra 20+ minutes than most probably because we were feeding and bribing a baby to smile. Our photographer was AWESOME. He was incredibly patient, kind and did all he could to make our son smile. We left with a number of great pictures that we'll be able to share for years to come and with their special(s), we walked out paying a little over $100. Not bad at all, we'll be back to snap some shots in the studio again!

Over time, I've never had an issue with this location, which says a lot about their consistency. The store has moved things around over the years, and while I've noticed the clearance racks seem to shrink every time I visit (and I'm not a fan of the upcharge on XL clothing), the savings on their regular sales usually balance things out. There are always solid deals to be found if you take the time to browse, and the app plus the store card can help stack even more discounts. What I've always appreciated most is the staff. They're consistently friendly, quick at checkout, and always go out of their way to find extra savings. It is a premium consignment store (think like Plato's closet) geared towards babies and kids where you can sell your new and used clothing, shoes and baby gear and buy these items as well. It is a step above the thrift store and you can tell the items they sell are vetted for cleanliness and to ensure they work (when you think of toys and gear). The staff is also friendly. On my first visit, I came across the 10 for $10 playsuit bins & thought this was awesome because I was looking for a specific size and was able to rack up without breaking the bank AND scoring some that were like new, new with tags and premium brands. I signed up for the rewards program and ended up getting sent a $5 off $25 coupon to redeem the next day and returned to use it on a gently used Graco swing that was only $40! After tax, the total was about $38 with my coupon. Talk about saving big. The swing retails for over $100 new and was in good condition! My thought is for things like this that a child will only use for a few months, it's okay to save. Overall, I am impressed with this store and will return in the future to buy and potentially sell items.

I stumbled upon this coolest local shop by mistake this past weekend. My car wouldn't start in the…read moreparking lot and Stuart from the shop offered to jump my car in 17 degree temperature. When my car still wouldn't start, he invited me in to keep warm and comfortable while I wait things out. The team must've been aware of my failed jump, because as soon as I walked it, I was welcomed with a warm hello from the team. Warren especially was kind, we offered me a hot cup of coffee, a comfortable couch and ESPN on the TV. I felt like I was keep warm in a logged cabin while I waited for my husband to come my car rescue. Stuart and team were generous with their space. Needless to say, this shop will go above and beyond for you. I will be shopping at High Country Outfitters for all future gifts for my husband- they have all his favorite brands and out of this word customer service!
