The woman working the Amazon returns was very pleasant and complementary, and she greeted us as we walked in and invited us to come on over since the Amazon counter is now in the front. Three other employees greeted us as we walked through the store and asked if we needed anything. Then the woman at checkout was very polite and helped me with a coupon. Honestly, we're so used to employees in other stores who seem exhausted and don't want to be there that this was a shock in a very positive way. The cashier, Pina, offered no greeting and only spoke to push a credit card application. There was no thank-you, and I actually had to help sort my items because bath products and clothing were getting mixed together during bagging. I did try to call ahead and speak with Store Manager Stan before posting this, but the person who answered was reluctant to even share his name--which made it feel like feedback isn't welcomed. I'm still deciding whether to keep my purchases, because the experience really took the joy out of what should have been a fun shopping trip. But more than that, I want to see this store live up to its potential. Customer service matters, and I believe it can improve with attention and care. I found two pairs of jeans (one Talbots for $8.90 and one Liverpool jeggings for $9.15), one pair of Talbots shorts (half price at $4.08), and one adorable spring dress ($15). All were in excellent condition, and I only paid $39 for the lot. They have several dressing rooms to comfortably try on clothing, and the staff were very friendly. I'll definitely return!

However, they had a nice selection of kids clothes, so I purchased a few needed items for mine & did not spend much at all. The line was a bit lengthy but the customer service was good. I contacted her mid day on Friday and she was able to hem my pants before the end of her workday on Saturday. There was a rush fee added to the price of the hem, which was completely understandable. She was very friendly, and her prices are fair. The pants look great, too. She even does custom design and embroidery work. I will definitely keep her in mind for future sewing needs.
