The cashier, Pina, offered no greeting and only spoke to push a credit card application. There was no thank-you, and I actually had to help sort my items because bath products and clothing were getting mixed together during bagging. I did try to call ahead and speak with Store Manager Stan before posting this, but the person who answered was reluctant to even share his name--which made it feel like feedback isn't welcomed. I'm still deciding whether to keep my purchases, because the experience really took the joy out of what should have been a fun shopping trip. But more than that, I want to see this store live up to its potential. Customer service matters, and I believe it can improve with attention and care. I'm sharing this not to criticize harshly, but in hopes that someone will listen and act.

They also don't have as many brand selections as other locations which is a deterrence. For example, I buy my kids Nike sets at Kohl's and they don't carry it at this location. However, they had a nice selection of kids clothes, so I purchased a few needed items for mine & did not spend much at all. The line was a bit lengthy but the customer service was good. Overall, I would come back to see what they have if in the area again.

First, wow this location had a mildew-y smell to it. Like hitting a wall. As soon as you walk in. So that is sort of a red flag right? From there I only spent about 5 min because e rushing was messy and disorganized and it kind of felt like a disorganized goodwill. The smell never let up so I got out of there and won't be returning to a Burlington.

Once again, I was greeted by a young man who was incredibly helpful, and I ended up purchasing several beautiful pieces. When I returned to Utah, I shopped my own closet and discovered the perfect accessories: my white Christian Louboutin patent leather sandals with the iconic red soles and my coordinating white Christian Louboutin handbag with the signature red interior. Together, they make such a beautiful outfit! Thank you, Dupsie's, for offering such unique, exciting, and elegant fashions. I can't wait to wear this ensemble!

They sell suits that you wear in the 1800s THEY'RE DIRTY AND STAINED!! 2. Very rude workers, this Hispanic lady who works there is very rude and sassy in the worst way. She made fun of the size of my wife, and she was trying to sell my "wife women's clothes". There women's clothes are marked as men's. She sneaks diss my wife and tried selling her big men's clothes. 3. She keeps a dog in the store which leaves a rotten smell on the clothes and the store. I would rather buy clothes in the thrift store than this store. The smell of the store is so bad lmao, it's so dirty. 4. If you want to wear a suit please go to another place, the clothes here are overpriced and ugly and smell bad. The atmosphere is horrible. Please for the love of God don't shop here, save yourself.
