Made an online pick up purchase. When I arrived to pick up I went to the order pick up line at customer service. The lady behind the counter clapped at me that I had to stand in regular line. She proceeded to point at the holiday retail line that was to the back of the store. I questioned her, she once again barked at me and told me to complain to the manager. I asked clearly "what's the point of online purchase advertising that literally advertises skip the line?" The manager came over and also told me I had to go wait in the line. I walked out and called kohls and cancelled my order. I received an email that my order was cancelled. The following day I received an email "order was picked up". And I never got a refund. I had to once again call. I have a hunch employees often mark items as "picked up" when they have been there too long. And help themselves. Everything about this experience was dirty. read more

I don't like this location because they're always super disorganized and the staff aren't friendly at all. They also don't have as many brand selections as other locations which is a deterrence. For example, I buy my kids Nike sets at Kohl's and they don't carry it at this location. I would recommend going further and checking the Hiram one out. This Kohl's is the anchor of a shopping center that sits at the corner of Austell Road and East West Connector. Due to it's location in the shopping center, parking is never an issue! Kohl's is usually one of my go-to places when I am looking for business casual clothing and this particular location usually has something that works every time. I will say that on my last visit, I was after something a little more formal and I was a little disappointed in the suit selection. It seems like after the most recent refresh/reorg of the store, they decreased their suit and tie inventory quite a bit. Outside of business casual items, I have been know to scour the men's clearance section, as it is usually pretty robust in options! One of my favorite past times is wondering through Kohl's or other similar stores' kitchen appliance and gadget sections. Now that I am in my mid-30's, it is an absolute must to wander around in this area for a solid 10 - 15 minutes each visit! Service is always stellar at this location. I am usually greeted at the door, asked if I need help while on the floor and the cashiers are always super friendly and helpful. Additionally, the store is always in good shape and clean for the most part. Overall, Kohl's is a go-to for me and this location is decently convenient and happens to be one of the only Kohl's in the area...so you will certainly see me back here! read more

My husband and I stopped by to return an Amazon purchase, and we were honestly surprised at how friendly and welcoming the employees were. The woman working the Amazon returns was very pleasant and complementary, and she greeted us as we walked in and invited us to come on over since the Amazon counter is now in the front. Three other employees greeted us as we walked through the store and asked if we needed anything. Then the woman at checkout was very polite and helped me with a coupon. Honestly, we're so used to employees in other stores who seem exhausted and don't want to be there that this was a shock in a very positive way. I have not shopped in Kohl's in a very long time. I have made a few stops to return Amazon items since they have a convenient drop off spot, but as far as shopping, it has been quite a while (at least over a year or more). I noticed that Kohl's made a very strategic move with changing the location in the store where you can make your Amazon returns. Instead of having the kiosk near the entrance/exit, they placed it deeper inside the rabbit hole next to very attractive clearance racks that totally will call out to you to come rifle through them. I tried to ignore the enticing beckoning of the large 80% off signs, but who could be that strong to resist that sort of temptation? Not I. As a result, I walked away with some comfy lounge sets that were almost free because they were so cheap! Next time you have to make an Amazon return, save your printer ink and head to Kohl's for all of the fun! read more

I placed an order Jan4 with Kohls online. 2 of the three items I ordered came in on Jan 10. The third item was scheduled for delivery Jan16.,Today is Jan 18 and my item has not been delivered. When I go to track the item USPS cannot tell me where my item is located nor when it will be delivered. In other words the item is lost. I called Kohls.com Customer Service and the rep I spoke with informed me she could not ship me another item until after six days or Jan 22. Beware Rude Clerk. Asked to use my 30% off with Kohls CC was told I needed to be a new member. Went to customer service was told I needed to call 800 number. Called 800 number was told needed to check back with customer service at store. Always a issue at this location. Shop kohls around the SE. never any issues. Only east west connector. Corporate did confirm this was a valid coupon. However it was a store issue. Sad what sales team's customer service has become over the years. Management probably trains their crew that people don't have the time to go through the hustle and bustle to argue. Make up some excuse and pass the customer around until they give up. read more

I got myself a new blush from Sephora and shame on me for not realizing you cannot return OR exchange anything in Sephora without a receipt, but I won't be back and will not recommend to anyone I know. I used my kohls card, rewards number and insider card. But alas I am stuck with an underwhelming product I overpaid for. After that I picked up a few shirts and went to check out, the card reader wasn't reading my card so the third time I gave up. Just not my day. My wife and I went to Kohl's to find slacks for my wife. We found 3 pairs that were great. The Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda's fit her shape perfectly. We also found 3 blouses to go with the slacks and paid an average of $20 a piece for the whole lot. I would say this was a great deal! Plus received $40 Kohl's Cash. The employees were very nice and all smiling. Only complaint my wife had was there were large dust bunnies in the dressing room. The store is always clean and bright as a rule. There are not an abundance of employees to help you, but with a little patience help is always there. Considering this is a discount store as a whole, this is what I expect. If I was paying full retail prices, I would expect to be waited on hand and foot. My daughters also love this place. I think overall Kohls is a great place to shop! read more

I'm not really a regular of this store. Because they really never have anything that catches my eye. But I love coming when they have the $10 back coupon sale. Also! Some of there clothes I can find cheaper elsewhere. But today I was in a panic trying to find a blouse for an event later on. And I did find one. But it took some time trying to sort through clothes that's not really my style. But on a good note. The store was very well organized and staff was very helpful. I'm VERY disappointed in www.kohls.com! I could scream! I just placed an online order and for whatever reason, my default store is Austell. Why? I don't EVER recall setting that to "my store." But at any rate, I placed the order - great deal on towels. I was all set to use my Kohl's case as well as my other reward points. Bingo! I got everything for $4. Great, right. No not really because it confirmed my order in Austell. Austell is about an hour away from MY house. When I called to see if they could change the location, I was told NO and my ONLY option is to cancel my order and get a credit for what I paid. Well, news flash, I only truly paid $4. I went in there for some simple things. Because my boyfriend bought me perfume from khols n said he liked shopping at khols. Im not a big fan...im usually a Target kinda gal. But i went in to get him some shirts and nike flipflops for him. Tell me why i felt like i was being profiled.. one i dont need to steal anything. Thats not me.. but everytime i would turn a corner the same lady standing there. This is single handedly the RUDEST, most disrespectful kohl's I have ever been to. Barbara is the gossipy ringleader of this nightmare zone, and I'm not sure who the hiring manager for the night crew is, but they need to re evaluate their choices. As I was looking around the sale section, an associate that didn't even bother greeting me as I came in, passive aggressively feels the need to let me know "UMMMM. if you want ANYTHING, we're closing in 20 minutes" . Usually stuff like that is informative, but the obvious tone in her voice was definitely off putting and aggressive. If you're so soon to closing, why not worry about your closing tasks ? I overhear Barbara and said associate later talking poorly of me , and how they hope to not be able to ring me up because I'll have waited too late. Mind you, I was NOT ten feet away from them . Ten minutes later, Barbara's (AUDIBLY) annoyed voice chimes over the mic and lets people know " if your purchases are NOT up at the front before 12:59 you'll have to return tomorrow" . Come on, I understand that you want to go home, but literally you get paid to have your store open until 1 AM. As a fellow night shifter- There's also a nice way to tell the 2-3 people in the store that you are closing . Overall the store was big, and had a lot, but Christ the employees were insufferable. I've been a Kohl's customer for many years. This morning I attempted to use the Kohl's cash online but was unable to complete the transaction because the certificate had expired. When I called Kohl's, the associate said I could use expired cash for up to 10 days but only in the store. I explained to two different people I just had hip replacement surgery and was not allowed to drive which is why I was shopping online. Neither of the associates were willing to help me process my order and honestly could have cared less that I couldn't physically shop in my local store. I was pleasantly surprised. I do the majority of my shopping at mall department stores and never really considered Kohl's. My husband got a tip from a friend that they have a pretty good selection so we decided to check it out. I was impressed. I expected something Burlington-like but the store was huge, very well organized, and clean on par with the Macy's at Cumberland. My husband was able to find a large selection of big and tall clothes and made a few purchases. I've been a Kohl's fan for several years now. They remind me of the Upton's stores we used to have here in Atlanta (remember those?). They have great sales and a good selection. However, when I went yesterday I was upset to find that they've all but eliminated their Petites department...what used to be a rather large section has been whittled down to about 3 or 4 rows. I love Kohl's!!!! They always have coupons and discounts that you can actually see the savings. Sometimes the coupons are 15% or 20% off your total or I also find in the newspaper $10 off $30. I have never been in the store and not had a coupon. Besides the savings, they are always nice and helpful when I'm there. The price checkers around the store makes it easy to get clearance prices. From shoes to clothes to toys, I can always find what I am looking for. read more

I have a fisher price activity walker that was a gift and I asked to return it for a store credit and they want to give me $6 for a item that is in the store right now for $27.44 (regular price $36.99). Their resolution to the problem is to look through all the clothes and toys to find something that i want for the exact price. There is nothing that I saw that was that price. I was willing to pay the difference and buy something more expensive but this was not a option. I refuse to give them a toy for them to sell for $27.44 for $6. This is ridiculous. This is not a hassle free return. So the manager Kendra was called over and I ask for tje corporate number and she gives me the customer service number where they are asking for a credit card info etc... I would like this resolved. I will post on social media about this hassle of returns and bad customer service I have received until this is resolved.
