I really love that when I shop online I get points towards my purchase because I signed up for the rewards program. Who doesn't love a discount. But my absolute favorite thing about Luxechic is when I go inside of the store the vibe is amazing. The owner is super cute, stylish and nice. She really helps me pick out pieces that look good on me. She's even honest with me when something is not the look for me and I love that because that means she really care she's not just trying to sell you. They always have good music, cupcakes and wine. I just love it. It's a vibe and I'm always more happy when I leave the store because of the vibe in the store. I shop there weekly it's a habit but a good stress relieving habit, retail therapy.

As always this location feels very disorganized, messy, and sort of empty. There's a lot of dead space that they could use to stock more items which sort of makes it feel like a thrift shop almost. Also on this visit I saw the same pair of shoes in 3 different sizes all with a different price. I came in to return items -- all with receipts -- and was met with incredibly rude, unprofessional behavior from two cashiers, especially Gisele. She was impatient, dismissive, and slammed the scanner repeatedly, insisting my receipts didn't match (they did -- she just didn't bother looking properly). No apology when proven wrong. The second cashier was just as rude and literally threw my receipt back at me. I've never been treated so poorly in any store. I'll take my business to Hiram, Cumberland, or TJ Maxx from now on. Absolutely unacceptable

The racks are quite full, but the clothing is nicely organized by size, making it easy to find something for yourself. I found two pairs of jeans (one Talbots for $8.90 and one Liverpool jeggings for $9.15), one pair of Talbots shorts (half price at $4.08), and one adorable spring dress ($15). All were in excellent condition, and I only paid $39 for the lot. They have several dressing rooms to comfortably try on clothing, and the staff were very friendly. I'll definitely return!
