But my absolute favorite thing about Luxechic is when I go inside of the store the vibe is amazing. The owner is super cute, stylish and nice. She really helps me pick out pieces that look good on me. She's even honest with me when something is not the look for me and I love that because that means she really care she's not just trying to sell you. They always have good music, cupcakes and wine. I just love it. It's a vibe and I'm always more happy when I leave the store because of the vibe in the store. I shop there weekly it's a habit but a good stress relieving habit, retail therapy.

She was impatient, dismissive, and slammed the scanner repeatedly, insisting my receipts didn't match (they did -- she just didn't bother looking properly). No apology when proven wrong. The second cashier was just as rude and literally threw my receipt back at me. I've never been treated so poorly in any store. I'll take my business to Hiram, Cumberland, or TJ Maxx from now on. I found two pairs of jeans (one Talbots for $8.90 and one Liverpool jeggings for $9.15), one pair of Talbots shorts (half price at $4.08), and one adorable spring dress ($15). All were in excellent condition, and I only paid $39 for the lot. They have several dressing rooms to comfortably try on clothing, and the staff were very friendly. I'll definitely return!

I've been twice in the last couple of months and each time I walk away frustrated that it took so much effort to find what I was looking for. For example, in the petite section it is over half full of clearance racks that are packed and "organized" by color rather than size. Not helpful. Everything in multiple sections of the store are crowded and mixed up making it hard to find a particular size or brand. It is like having to walk through a maze to get anywhere. I went into the dressing room area today and while it wasn't overrun with unwanted clothes, the floor is separating and the area just looks tired and old. Obviously they don't have enough help or maybe they just don't care about the general experience walking through and using the store for customers. It has been disappointing to see the decline of a once nice store.
