Since it was the end of day we agreed to continue the deal the following week. Unfortunately, come Monday, the initial watch I was looking at already got sold to another customer. Sunil offered and was able to find me another watch in at new condition with the exact specs I wanted in a couple of days, while still being able to get a fair deal for both of us. He was communicative, and helped provided additional photos of the watch. This was a huge help and relief for someone out of town and unable to be there in person. The package also came in overnight, insured, secure, and labeled with fragile. I would recommend and do business with Sunil at Da Vinci again.

I was going to buy a new Rolex Milgauss but a Facebook ad from Crown & Caliber piqued my interest. I bought from Crown & Caliber a similar watch to my missing watch, it was delivered yesterday. I was so excited, I didn't care about the cheap packaging. I bought a Shinola watch, the package even came gift wrapped?! I ripped open the cheap paper packaging. The watch band is tight on my wrist. I called today and I was told since Crown & Caliber isn't an authorized Rolex dealer, they are not able to sell me a link or take the watch back to add links. Listen, I love the watch. It's beautiful. I'll just wait until the world is off lockdown and I can go to Rolex..

If you ever have the opportunity to do business with this guy, do it. He was incredibly kind to this little old lady, and if I find myself in the market again for a luxury watch, he will definitely be my first stop.
