When I first called this place to inquire about some jewelry, Kam picked up and I knew immediately from our phone conversation he was very knowledgeable and experienced in this particular field. He spoke with confidence and was very honest that it convinced me he was a trustworthy person. I believe, I am not easy. I'm very indecisive and can take a long time to make decisions on my purchases but nonetheless, Kam is extremely patient with me. Never pushy with me. I drive him crazy with my indecisiveness and my repetitive questions although he will tell me otherwise. His disposition allows me to be completely myself and not having to worry being judged for being too picky or too undecided, too uncertain and too doubtful. He really does feel out his customers and his service is genuine. I have changed my mind on him a millions times and we go back and forth on the same things for days , yet he has never made me feel I was a nuisance. He has stayed and waited for me after his store has closed and really does go the extra mile to accommodate and make his clients happy. I tell all my families and friends, his store is on a smaller scale, not big like the commercial chains you see in the malls,etc. but it's the personalized experience that makes the difference that sets him apart. He can customize anything you want or can get anywhere else, get anything your heart desires , beat the prices, and really does care about you. Why bother going to those chains to get mediocre service and you're just a sales ticket and their jewelry isn't that special anyway? Meanwhile, the one they made has warped shapes over and over, showing the quality of their platinum is not even close to the wedding band we had made at The Mart downtown 14 years ago. I took it in to see what they could do and one woman was kind but clueless and the other was a giant Karen. Snappy and rude. Told me "once it bends it will always bend over and over." I didn't pay for that. I paid for it to match my wedding band that hasn't moved once in 14 years. Then they proceed to tell me they can fix it for over $1100! Um, no. You mess it up, you fix it. ALSO, this wasn't the first issue with them and this ring. They took months to make a match and the first one wasn't even close. We had to get another one completely remade. I was greeted promptly by Greg Knox, who took a look, offered to fix it immediately, and actually let me follow him into the laser room so I could watch. I'm extremely curious about almost everything, so I ended up also watching him sand, polish, and clean the ring in succession. He explained all the steps, showed me the ring before and after each part so I could see the changes, and was generally fantastic. The whole thing took about fifteen minutes, although I don't know that they usually repair walk-in jewelry on the spot. I'll definitely be back with my piles of broken jewelry. It could be costly (usually $20 per laser fix to solder something back together) and I'm not sure how pricing compares to other places, but finding someone that upfront is probably hard to find. The store also has cases of gorgeous jewelry that they design in house. Horribly expensive looking, so I only allowed myself to peek from afar, but very striking.

He then yells at me saying I am being unreasonable, that he was almost done with it. I never had a human being make me cry as much as he did.
