Took a gold chain type bracelet in because it broke. A horrible woman waited on me. I suggested how it might be repaired. Her response was "Read my lips! It cannot be repaired that way! " She then said they would repair it another way. I should have left after being spoken to like that but since I was very busy and in a hurry I left it to be repaired. Upon picking it up, it looked fixed so I put it on. Several hours later I looked at my arm and it was gone. Evidently it had been shoddily repaired and had fallen off. This jeweler is absolutely amazing. In looking at rings, we went to SO MANY stores, online stores, and pawn shops. Firstly, they didn't jump on my fiancee and I when we walked into the store - the staff gave us space to browse. They had a lot of beautiful, contemporary pieces in store. When we did connect with someone in the store, the woman, Charis, was so helpful and pleasant! She wasn't judgmental or overbearing. They have LaCroix, coffee, and beer in the corner that are a great touch - no offer or ask - you can serve yourself. I emailed them a few weeks after our visit with a pretty hefty ask on a short timeline to make a surprise engagement ring before our party in a few weeks. Jamie, the owner, was incredibly creative and gifted in design. He was full of thoughts and ideas without any of them being overbearing. He brought in the best diamonds at the best prices and even offered to go with me to other jewelry wholesalers to look at what I'd reserved. He went the extra mile to make sure that they could get the ring done in time - texting me and making sure it could happen. There was no upsetting or pushing my limit. He was truly only concerned about my happiness and our long term relationship. I was SO impressed with the service, the creativity of the ring designer, and the quality of the product. One day, after 30 years of wearing my gorgeous engagement ring, I looked down at my hand and realized that the center stone, a 2 carat blue sapphire, was gone. I was a basket case. I'll let AT come in with his own review, but holy crap, this place is AMAZING! AT and I worked with them as he worked at figuring out what ring he would propose with (:D :D :D). I can be picky and I could not find anything that was exactly what I envisioned my dream ring would be so after looking at a gazillion photos on Instagram and Pinterest with AT, I found bits and pieces of tons of rings that I liked, but nothing was perfect. We sent over some photos to Brittany, Jewelry Artisans in-house jewelry designer, and she was patient over a period of a month (or maybe even a bit more) as she tried to come up with something for us. She sized me and once we finally decided on a platinum ring that we both loved, AT worked out the rest. Brittany and the JA team were immensely accommodating and kind during this whole process, because he ended up getting the ring earlier than the delivery date she promised after making a special request. He had a plan that I was entirely unaware of and had her help in making it happen. He proposed during our cabin trip with close friends as we went on a short hike during a cold afternoon. I was so surprised that I just looked at him and said, "What?!" It took a few moments for it to sink it but then I responded. Without turning this review into a mushy love story, you must have deduced what I said because today I am wearing the ring. I had to come back a few times, to talk to Brittany about the fit. She told me that if it were her, she would probably size it down another quarter size but I was so worried about having finger muffin top... I churned the idea over and over mentally for a week or two, then I finally took the plunge. The ring fits absolutely perfectly now. The work was done within 2 hours. The service is great and we can get the ring cleaned whenever we want. If you are looking for a place to get jewelry, come to Jewelry Artisans. They have pieces already in the store that you can purchase, can order directly from jewelry manufacturers (that doesn't sound very romantic, huh? who cares), and make custom pieces for you. We never gave a budget, but for some reason we were shown low color, heavily-occluded diamonds. We asked to see an oval diamond, but were told they did not have any there. And, the saleswoman did not offer to get one in for us to look at.
