I really can't say enough about Resource At Chatt Hills. It is conveniently located right next to…read morethe Hills which is our new favorite spot for our girly time brunches. I wish I could remember her name, but, the lady behind the counter was absolutely amazing. She kept coming and taking things for me to put behind the counter so I didn't have to hold them. She went above and beyond anything I could've expected. Honestly, I haven't seen this kind of Customer Service in years, and it was so refreshing. I could've stayed there all day, but my husband said it's time to come home. Haha. The merchandise is top notch. I'm somewhat of a snob when it comes to upscale items, and everything she has is of the utmost in quality. The best part are the unique items, that you can't find anywhere else. I spent way too much, but that's ok, I just said happy birthday, merry Christmas, and happy Valentine's Day to me! I'm not ashamed. Do not leave the store without their signature Serenbe candles, their signature bag that is absolutely incredible. It holds up to 300 pounds, and is fully lined, it's a must have! Last but not least, please don't leave without trying on one of their Mer Sea brand sweaters and/or cardigans. I left with two and I want more. I can't wait to go back and spend the afternoon in Serenbe and of course, brunch at The Hills, followed by browsing and chatting at Resource. I would be remiss if I did not say before I close this review, PLEASE y'all.... Support local businesses like Resource. I can't say enough about what a fulfilling experience you get, and what an impact your patronage has, from keeping your currency flowing in your local community. But believe me it's not one-sided you are treated and Pampered at most of these small local businesses like nowhere else. You are noticed, your are appreciated. You don't get any of that at Walmart. The immediate warm welcome, the calm no pressure environment, they remember your name, the camaraderie with your neighbors, and the owners too. You only get this from small business owned places. And they're being taken out by big conglomerates like Target and Walmart. Our small town USA is slowly disappearing. We can make a
Huge difference! We need to keep supporting these places by keeping the commerce in your community regularly, and spreading the word. Please let's not let our Small town USA, disappear on us. If we all keep circulating our money back into our local communities by supporting our local business, we can keep the American Dream Alive! God Bless small
