Not a huge Ross shopper to begin with but this is the location closest to my home and stopped in to see if I could find something I saw on social media. As always this location feels very disorganized, messy, and sort of empty. There's a lot of dead space that they could use to stock more items which sort of makes it feel like a thrift shop almost. Also on this visit I saw the same pair of shoes in 3 different sizes all with a different price. So even though I'm already not a big Ross shopper, in future if I need to stop in for anything, I'll go to different location. read more

I've been a loyal Ross customer for years, but after today's experience at the East West Connector location, I'm done. I came in to return items -- all with receipts -- and was met with incredibly rude, unprofessional behavior from two cashiers, especially Gisele. She was impatient, dismissive, and slammed the scanner repeatedly, insisting my receipts didn't match (they did -- she just didn't bother looking properly). No apology when proven wrong. The second cashier was just as rude and literally threw my receipt back at me. I've never been treated so poorly in any store. I'll take my business to Hiram, Cumberland, or TJ Maxx from now on. Located in the Kohl's shopping plaza that sits at the corner of EW Connector and Austell Road, this Ross location is your standard Ross store. The store hasn't seen an updated in a hot minute, but it goes with the known aesthetic that Ross's are known for. Another thing that did not escape this location is the ratio of women's to men's clothing. If you are a lady, you are SET! Fellas, be prepared for disappointment for the most part. They do have a decent offering of home goods, which is one reason I pop into Ross. This time was to look for a nice button-up shirt. I ended up buying a dog bowl instead of shirt, if that tells you anything about selection. Service is hit and miss. The cashiers are always pleasant and efficient, but the folks on the floor are less than enthused to be asked for help. Overall, I know what to expect at Ross and I am solid with what they have to offer, so I will certainly be back to this spot and other Ross locations when the need arises. read more

They have a horrible return policy. If you buy underwear, make sure that is securely attached to the hanger with a plastic tie...even if it wasn't securely attached when you bought it...they will not return it. read more

If you've ever shopped at a Ross, you probably know what to expect (At least, you should). It can be a bit of a chaotic "free-for-all", but like I said, if you shop at Ross...!? I've been to several Ross locations both in state and out of state. This by far, has to be the worst one I've ever been to. This Ross location is right next to Kohl's, but don't be deceived by the looks of it. It is ALWAYS busy and ALWAYS understaffed. If you only plan on buying one or two things in particular, don't bother going. You'll be in line waiting for 45 minutes. The line usually starts at the shoe section. The staff here are not particularly helpful as they don't have many people working to begin with and their inventory is a bit lacking most of the time. It's really a hit or mud with consistency of product. Sometimes you can find some great finds, sometimes you can't. If you're just looking to browse, sure, go for it. But if you are expecting your regular Ross experience, I do not recommend. At all. Just save yourself the trouble and go to the one further out. read more

Ross can meet your shopping needs. It has everything from clothing and shoes, to furniture and decorations. The shelves are stocked and waiting for you to stop in. You need new dishes no problem, your kid has out grown their clothes no problem, you need car Matts or seat covers no problem. Whatever you need with the exception of groceries can be found here. It's a typical Ross, they lack stock a lot of times. But that's the new norm thanks to covid. I will say that they have hired some good employees here over the last year. I find them more personable and how people who work in retail should be. Overall it's acceptable. read more

I love a great deal so Ross is one of my favorite spots to go to. I have been to so many of these stores that i probably could tell you what aisle everything is located on. This Ross was not bad but the inventory is always low. I literally went to this Ross and went to another one 30 minutes away and it had way more items. Maybe it's because people snag up all the goodies so quickly they can't keep up with demand. Nonetheless the store is clean and everyone was very helpful. I will definitely come back to see what gems I can find. Maybe shopping in the middle of the week or maybe a Tuesday will yield a better return. The staff here was great so I will visit again. We all know how hard it is to find good customer service these days. So when you find good service you spread the word! read more

This location sucks. This is my 3rd time here and although they are cheaper than TJ Maxx, this location was so damn messy that I couldn't get to the items that I was looking for. What's with these rows that only one person can do down at a time. I felt like I was at the Goodwill store and often times find myself looking around, like "Am I at Goodwill?" when I am at some Ross stores. I was disappointed in the shoe selection, no surprise there, but even the handbag selection sucked azz. Really? Like who is making these jacked up selections for your store? Young women buy handbags too! Can I get a all white or all black HOBO Purse that is not $129.99? Please! I guess I expect more out of the East West Connector. read more

I would give a zero if that were possible. Bought a table there last Sunday. It was pouring rain and "security" would not let me use the cart to transport the table to my car, nor would he watch the table while I pulled car in by the door. Ended up carrying a heavy table and other bags in the rain. Table was damaged as well as my handbag since I could not tuck it under my jacket to protect it from the rain. I have called the corporate office to complain--though I doubt that will help. This is why I shop online--discount department stores cannot match the customer service you get by ordering online and having it shipped--and I don't mind paying extra for that service. read more

Deplorable doesn't even begin to describe the state of this store. I've lived all over the country and have shopped in Ross in many different cities. I have to ask...what is going on in this store in Austell? It looks like a thrift store -- with broken merchandise on the shelves and aisles blocked with carts stacked with what little merchandise there is. There is no semblance of merchandising going on...nothing makes sense. Truly, someone from corporate needs to pay a surprise visit to this retail embarrassment. I've been to this location many times, and each time, it gets progressively worse. In fact, I asked one of the clerks there if it was going out of business and she said not that she knew of. The level of attention paid to this store is not in any way comparable to other stores around the country. read more

Whenever I walk into this store, I walk right out. I don't like the store layout and the shelves are pretty empty if you ask me. The whole interior turns me off. Sorry Ross, but an updated store is needed here. Austell/Mableton residents deserve better! read more

This isn't the best Ross in the Metro-Atlanta area, but it is the only store located in the South-Cobb side of town besides the Cumberland location. I'm not sure why, but their merchanside isn't the best. I feel that the people of Mableton deserve better. read more

In all my years and all the Ross this was the best one ever. We moved from across the country and Tejon was SO helpful. I came in to buy some area rugs. He helped me carry them to check out stuck around and then carried them to my car! You deserve a raise for your AMAZING customer service. read more

They had some seriously cute dresses and one piece pants suits here. I have been to many Ross stores in the SoCal area and I am telling you these clothes are much cuter!!! I will never think that a chain has the same types of things again! read more

I wasn't in this store for more than the 5 minutes it took me to realize this store didn't have much to offer my husband and I. We hit the racks in the small men's section and could barely find a 2x shirt. We went down the street to Kohl's and had a much better shopping experience. read more

This location sucks ass!!!!. Walking in this store you would think its was the day after Black Friday. It is very very messy here. Things are thrown everywhere. Yes TJ Maxx may be a tab bit more but for a peace of mind and a clean store I would rather go there. read more

Staff is friendly and prices are awesome. Love going here just to browse. Only complaint is that the store can be kinda messy.

If you can find something, it's always a great price. A lot of times its very dry and you can't even find clothes BUT I found $150 goalkeeper gloves for $15 and because of this sole purchase I will love this Ross. read more

This place is great! I found so many cute dresses I can't wait to go back. Customer service was great as I was asked if needed help actually a couple times. Its nice going into a store knowing if you need help someone isn't too far away. Besides the cute clothes they have some cute home decor as well! I will be stopping by again soon. read more

As much as I LOVE to shop here I hate to shop here for one reason only. I hate to wait in the lines from hell. You would think that the ROSS stores could employ enough people that they would have more than one cashier on hand at a time. I've been in this store when there were 20 people in line and one cashier that looked to be on the edge of blowing their top. Not only does this show a lack of respect for the customer, but a lack of respect for the employee. I mean HELLO..your customer is the only reason your in business and after they've taken the time to come to your store and spend their time shopping you are going to make them wait 10 - 15 minutes in line to take their money. You should be paying them for their time. They have at least four registers available - do like the grocery stores and have the other employees take up the register until the line is down...how difficult is that? The sales are fabulous but the customer service stinks....I'd rather shop at TJMAXX, which isn't much better, but at least they'll open new registers if the lines get to long. read more
