We use this location as our main donation spot, as they have a drive up/thru donation area on the side of the building. It is always staffed and quick and easy for donations. Inside of the store is 80% clothing with the outer walls stocked with random items, housewares, art, kitchen gadgets, etc...For the most part it is well organized and laid out, even the clothing racks. Overall, standard Goodwill location good for drop offs and quick browsing.

You will always be able to find a spot! For the most part, this is your basic Marshalls, however this one does feel larger...but I think it is because it is a very long and deep store, so you feel like you are walking down the main aisle a lot longer than in other locations. The store is laid out well and from what I could tell, was nicely organized. I popped by to check for one thing and of course ended up wondering around the store for 20 unneeded minutes...but really, what else are you supposed to do at Marshalls? Service was ok. The cashier was friendly, but the floor Associates all but ignored me while I was shopping. I was on the same aisle as multiple Associates on several occasions and not once did they speak. No biggie, but come on... Overall, this Marshalls delivers on what I know and love of the brand and when I am in the area, I will certainly swing back through.

This is my neighborhood TJ Maxx and it's been around since 2007. Over the last 12+ years, when my mom has visited me in Atlanta, she's stopped by this store. And my significant others (past and present) have shopped here too. This TJ Maxx is located at The District at Howell Mill just off I-75 exit 252. My fiancee's carry-on roller bag broke so we came here looking for a new one. As soon as we entered the store, front and center on display were some black, 20-inch, Samsonite Pallant spinner (four-wheel) bags that I thought were ideal. She wasn't as big a fan of them as me, but I liked them. They were soft, lightweight (less than eight pounds) and expandable, had both top and side handles, and multiple pockets/compartments. The price was $79.99 each which I thought was reasonable (regularly $130, I believe). There were only two so I grabbed one while my fiancee looked around the luggage section to see if she could find anything better. She couldn't, so we got it. The only thing I didn't like about the bag was it felt a little cheap and flimsy. My well-traveled and savvy mom found a better bag online at Macy's with next-day pickup available at Lenox Square. It was a 21-inch Delsey Meteor spinner for $86.99 (regularly $250; I think they took advantage of some sale or offer or something). This model was available in different colors which my fiancee liked. She ended up choosing Midnight Blue. She did not like the boring black color of the Samsonite. Like the Samsonite bag, the Delsey bag was lightweight. However, the Delsey bag was higher in quality, from the extendable roller handle to the wheels (they were good and strong). Overall, the Delsey bag looked nicer too. We returned here the next day to return the Samsonite bag. We noticed that the other Samsonite bag had sold also. To return merchandise at TJ Maxx, you stand in the same line as if you're checking out. Service was fine, both when we purchased the bag and returned it.

Getting an appointment online was incredibly easy and they even offer some great deals along with multiple backgrounds and even props. I haven't been to JcPenney since I was a child but this one wasn't any different. The store was huge, clean and packed with different holiday decor and gifts alike. When we entered, we had no clue where to go and this nice woman was at the front of the store assisting anyone who walked in and she guided us to the studio. The studio itself is soooo small! But I can't blame JcPenney, they probably didn't know that their photo sessions would go so crazy but, they have - time for more space. There were seats for about 6 people and our Doona stroller embarrassingly took up more foot space than expected. Business is definitely booming back there though! Despite our set appointment, we didn't actually get into our shoot until an hour later because there was so much traffic. Honestly, that wasn't ideal but we totally understood because when we got into our session with our 8month old - he showed out lol. Leaving us to take an extra 20+ minutes than most probably because we were feeding and bribing a baby to smile. Our photographer was AWESOME. He was incredibly patient, kind and did all he could to make our son smile. We left with a number of great pictures that we'll be able to share for years to come and with their special(s), we walked out paying a little over $100. Not bad at all, we'll be back to snap some shots in the studio again!

In fact, this is where I first signed up for my JCPenney credit card many years ago when I was just starting to build my credit. Over time, I've never had an issue with this location, which says a lot about their consistency. The store has moved things around over the years, and while I've noticed the clearance racks seem to shrink every time I visit (and I'm not a fan of the upcharge on XL clothing), the savings on their regular sales usually balance things out. There are underground parking available and on the weekends you will need it. There are lots of hotels around but don't try parking here instead of paying for parking at the hotel or nearby parking deck. They will boot your car. They have security people that chalk your tire to see how long your car has been parked there so you're better off parking at the Lenox Mall Marta long term parking deck for $5 a day.
