This week, I made it my mission to find myself my first authentic one as an adult! Immediately, I remembered Laredo. I work as a Costumer in the Film & Television Industry, and years back, I used to assist a beloved Costume Designer on shopping trips to Plaza Fiesta. Since I had the day off, I decided to come in with my boyfriend. The shop is just as I remembered--filled with lots of great pieces. They have an assortment of price ranges, which is great, and everything is good to excellent quality! Jose, the lovely salesman who assisted us, was fantastic! He was so kind, personable, and helpful. He even measured my head so I would know what my size was (surprisingly, I had never done it myself), and used a hook to bring down the options I was looking at. Some I found to be a little out of my desired price range, so when I humbly informed him of this, he politely guided us over to other options that were more in my budget. I ended up leaving with the perfect first hat for me. Jose told me that if I come back with my receipt, on weekends, they have a man who comes in to shape the hats to your desired shape based on the chart provided, and do a cleaning too, complimentary for first(?) purchases. I look forward to coming back and buying more things! I've already got an ongoing list!

I fell upon this wonderful, life changing business on Facebook. I was strolling through my timeline…read moreand I saw a video of someone giving a plug to this business. Immediately I stopped and listened! The product they were advertising was a waist trainer. The person speaking in the video had gained an amazing figure by using this product. I was instantly sold by this!!!! Being that my problem area is my stomach and I had recently decide to do something about it, as far as exercising and getting more in shape. But this product works without the tedious task of working out, you merely wear this waist trainer and the pounds just shed away giving you that perfect Coke bottle shape. I had been in a rough place for a while due to the fact that I had extra pounds in my stomach area. And this was a perfect fix to my problem. I like the fact that the more you wear it the more you lose those pounds in your stomach area. The business owner, Felicity Noire, says to wear the waist trainer at a minimum of 5 hours a day to see the best results. The first time I put it on it was very hard for me to get it on but Felicity said if you are able to clasp the first hook and eye it is your size and just take your time and secure yourself into it. With those instructions I was able to actually get into it but it instantly changed my shape giving me a perfect figure. I was able to wear clothes in my closet that I had bought about 3 years ago and couldn't wear due to my midsection. This product heightened my confidence and gave me an instant boost of self-esteem!!! I love the fact that the results were instant. Most products you have to continuously wear to see results but as soon as you put this on you will see amazing results. Currently this business offers waist trainers and unprocessed bundled weaving hair. There are several other products that Snatched and Layed will offer in the near future such as clothing and makeup. I can't wait to experience these other products because I know they will be top notch like all the products they offer now. Felicity Noire is a superb business owner. She not only care about her customers, she cares about her product and how it will change your life. Being a fairly new business, she has been doing extremely well and alot of the items are on back order but this does not stop her from getting your product to you on time and in great condition. If you are in the Atlanta area she is able to personally show you how to wear the product and instruct you on how to obtain a "perfect 8 figure" in the long run. Felicity is a beautiful soul, she has a great personality and gives you her undivided attention when it comes to her product. I was able to speak with her several times before I actually bought the product and she informed me and explain all the details about the product. Even giving me motivation to look and feel my best! I am so honored to be a part of this great movement in helping the self-esteem in people. There is a need for more great businesses like this! If more companies implement more practices like this business the economy of the United States of America would always be booming. I can see many more great things to come with Snatched and Layed. Check them out and instantly get the boost of confidence you have always wanted!!!

On my first trip there, the lady that helped couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating (regrettably, I don't remember her name). Unfortunately, the boot was too small and I came back after traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday to exchange them. They did not have the size I needed in several, similar boot styles but I was able to get something in a completely different shoe (no refunds after 10 days, just store credit and I wasn't sure when I'd be able to get back there). The lady that helped me on my return trip was neither friendly or very helpful. The lady that helped me originally was busy with another customer (fine), and I DO NOT mind waiting, I teach my daughter all the time that you have to 'Wait your turn'. What I do not like when it comes to customer service is no acknowledgement of your presence, standing around until someone acknowledges that you exist (the store is VERY small, you can't be missed), being helped like there are a million other things you could be doing with your time and ultimately feeling like you could either take or leave my business. This is not a big-box shop, I never understood this attitude when it came to small business owners. Go for the shoes and the selection, take a gamble on the experience.
