Just went here to be measured and buy bras. They have a computer generated system of measuring you for a perfect fit. It's awesome. The ladies helping you are very attentive and know their stuff and they're is a huge selection of all brands, colors, and styles of bras. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is the cost.....it's pricey. So be aware of that before you go. However, the lingerie is very high quality. I am from Louisville, KY and unfortunately there aren't any Rigby & Peller boutiques nearby. So, I ordered online and since I had always been sized in a DDD from Victoria's Secret and Soma I ordered an F from R&P as it was the comparable size. I wanted to be sure I had the right size so I took my measurements and called the Atlanta store to see if they could help me based on my measurements. Let me just tell you they went above and beyond any expectations I ever had! When I called Shernay answered and pulled my order up. She asked if I had the bra on. I didn't. I had just gotten it in the mail and I hadn't worn it yet, as I wanted to be sure I had ordered the correct size. I told her I was home and could put it on. I figured she would ask me to tell her how it fit, etc. No! She asked if I had an iPhone (I do) and she told me, "Put your bra on and FaceTime me." Shernay was sooo helpful!! She showed me how bra should fit and fortunately the one I had ordered was the right size (I was so excited to wear it and didn't want to wait to exchange it). She explained to me how different types of bras would fit etc. Keep in mind, this wasn't for a sale. I had already made my purchase, they had their money. Shernay and Rigby and Peller helped me simply to helpful. To make sure that their customer was happy. And I am truly happy with my purchase. My bra is beautiful! It fits like a glove!!! I made an appointment at the Rigby & Peller at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta. I made the appointment for 10AM. I took time off of work to go get sized. I got to the store and the lights were off. The sales associate said that the person who unlocks the store thought she opened at 11 and was not there yet. The sales associate said that if I gave her my cellphone number, she would call me as soon as the person got their to unlock the door. It shouldn't be long since she lived near there. I gave her my number and found a table to do work at and spend an hour waiting. At 11 I decided to go see what the hold up was and they were open. The sales associate said I'm sorry I forgot about you. No one apologized for the situation nor offered me anything for my troubles. I have a very unique size and can only shop there. With the amount of money each bra costs, I expect better customer service than that. They were nice and did find me a bra, I just felt that my time didn't matter. read more

Horrible company that refuses to give me a refund for years that I've been begging for. They bought out a wonderful company that I had a store credit with and that location closed and I want a refund to my card and they are refusing. There is no store anywhere near me and buying online from a new company whose products I don't know or trust from a company holding my money hostage is not going to happen. They have $168 of my money that they refuse to refund to me from the old company. Absolutely horrible customer service. Greedy company. Rigby and Peller were once Intimacy at Phipps and I've been shopping there for a long time. They have trained stylists who not only have skills at fitting for the perfect size (and a new 3D mirror that scans the body to deliver fit guidelines) but who take the time to understand what your lingerie needs are and provide the perfect under garments to suit those needs. On my most recent visit, I was introducing a friend to the store and she had an appointment with Ginny. My friend had the appointment but Ginny was just as accommodating of me and very helpful with my choices of some of their sale merchandise. I will definitely seek her assistance in the future. As has been mentioned in other reviews, they have an astonishing range of sizes and styles--for EVERY woman. Prices are usually a bit higher at Rigby & Peller than you'd find at typical mall stores but the quality and beauty of the merchandise are well worth it. I lost some weight and needed a new bra that fit right, so I headed to my favorite place, Rigby and Peller. Full disclosure: These are not cheapy bras, but yes, you get what you pay for. The ladies who work there are so helpful and know their products. I told my associate what I wanted, she looked at how I fit in the bra that I wore in, and then she came in with lots of choices. She knew how to fit it properly and saw that some did not work, then adjusted the styles that she brought in for me to try. But the fit is wonderful and the ladies do a good job at fitting you properly and making you feel comfortable having a stranger look at your boobies. Always make an appointment first. I found Rigby and Peller online, hoping they'd be able to help me figure out what size I was now and find something that would last. Wow! Did they deliver. I had the pleasure of working with Shernay and she was so kind, knowledgable, and sweet. Sure enough, I was wearing the completely wrong bra size and she put me in the right cuts for my body type. What a difference a bra that fits makes! I felt like a brand new woman. This place is expensive, expect to pay between 90-150 for a bra but all of the things they carry are QUALITY. I also found out that they put you in the system so if you ever run into any trouble or if you lose a bit of weight (meaning the band or straps are a little loose), they can alter the bras for you a bit. It had been since 2014 since I had a come in for a fitting and this visit was no let down. I worked with Shernay Burks who had me in and out in with three new bras in about 15 minutes. No nonsense, a quick eye for my needs, and didn't try to push me into extras like underwear once I said I was good in that department. I am definitely a fan of this place! The quality of the bras are 5-star and the stylists are experts. This is the only place that sizes me correctly. Every other lingerie shop I've visited puts me in bras that are too small and smash my breasts. While I no longer live in a state where they have a location, I make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in town. I didn't make an appointment, but didn't have any issues meeting with a stylist. I have a large bust size so Rigby & Peller is one of the only places that carry my size. On visit in June I had the pleasure of being fitted by Shernay. She was very knowledgeable of the inventory and the way the bra should fit. She also gave me tips on the care of the bra and explained to me that I can also call her to reorder bra when I needed to. The customer service at Rigby and Peller is fantastic. I have absolutely no complaints in that regard. I went to R&P a while ago. I had not visited previously or regularly because I had heard that the prices were high. I decided to go ahead and splurge. I bought 2 bras at a cost of almost $350. I am still able to wear one of the bras but the other bra (the most expensive one) developed 3 holes in it less than a year after wearing it and recently I came home and took it off and the wire was coming out of it. I won't do business with them anymore. If I'm going to spend $350 on 2 bras, I expect them to last a long time! read more

I recently visited Rigby & Peller and was very disappointed. I was a long time client of Intimacy and have always bought my bras here for over 10 years. Yesterday I brought in a bra to be repaired as the wire popped out on the side. Previously, my repairs (very few) were done without any expense to me. I was told yesterday I had to pay $8.00 to fix the bra. The price is not the issue, quite frankly it is the principle. The price of the bra is very expensive and to now ask me to pay $8.00 to repair their product was upsetting. The customer service by the manager was rude and not how you have clients return. Rigby & Peller is a must for bras. They cost a pretty penny, but they are worth it, as they are very high quality, supportive, and miles better than what you can find in other retail stores. I recently went in to purchase a bra (the same one I had bought a few times before when the store was still "Intimacy"), and Shernay Burks helped me on this visit. She was really helpful and suggested two other bras by the same brand for various reasons. Both of those bras (in addition to the one I already knew I liked) worked wonderfully and fit comfortably.
