LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!! You haven't lived until you've been into Rigby&Peller to buy your fancy boob-holders. I'm a 36DD, I've shopped in VS, Soma, etc and have never been happier to drop $$$$ on the BEST-FITTING bras I've ever put on these fake titties. The bras themselves are phenomenal, but it's the Associates who truly make the process easy, fast, painless, and ENJOYABLE. Shoutout to my girl SUNDRA for finding me the most comfortable, best/fitting bras I have ever worn. The wires do not poke/don't sit on the top of your ribcage, the cups hug the girls just right, give the right amount of support, and also make you look and feel pretty. I'm never going anywhere else for my bras again! read more

Rigby & Peller - Come find my girl Sundra! She's friendly, helpful, and fast! Love her! - Women's Clothing Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

The salesperson was very attentive and seemed knowledgeable, but she said the bra I was wearing was too big, even though it was purchased from R&P also with a fitting. I took her word for it and she managed to maneuver me into a bra two sizes smaller. I asked several questions because it seemed too small, but she insisted this was the right fit. Now I need help to get it on and my breasts spill out of the cups even after I perform the same manipulations she did. I know it's too late to return it, so maybe it will stretch out. I'm angry that I spent $185 on a brand new "professionally" fitted bra that doesn't fit. read more

I thought I was buying well fitted bras until I had a fitting at Rigby & Peller. The associate made me feel comfortable and made the process so easy. Let's just say the girls never looked better! read more

Just went here to be measured and buy bras. They have a computer generated system of measuring you for a perfect fit. It's awesome. The ladies helping you are very attentive and know their stuff and they're is a huge selection of all brands, colors, and styles of bras. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is the cost.....it's pricey. So be aware of that before you go. However, the lingerie is very high quality. I have items I bought here more than 10 years ago that I am still wearing. You get what you pay for. read more

I am from Louisville, KY and unfortunately there aren't any Rigby & Peller boutiques nearby. So, I ordered online and since I had always been sized in a DDD from Victoria's Secret and Soma I ordered an F from R&P as it was the comparable size. I wanted to be sure I had the right size so I took my measurements and called the Atlanta store to see if they could help me based on my measurements. Let me just tell you they went above and beyond any expectations I ever had! When I called Shernay answered and pulled my order up. She asked if I had the bra on. I didn't. I had just gotten it in the mail and I hadn't worn it yet, as I wanted to be sure I had ordered the correct size. I told her I was home and could put it on. I figured she would ask me to tell her how it fit, etc. No! She asked if I had an iPhone (I do) and she told me, "Put your bra on and FaceTime me." Shernay was sooo helpful!! She showed me how bra should fit and fortunately the one I had ordered was the right size (I was so excited to wear it and didn't want to wait to exchange it). She explained to me how different types of bras would fit etc. Keep in mind, this wasn't for a sale. I had already made my purchase, they had their money. Shernay and Rigby and Peller helped me simply to helpful. To make sure that their customer was happy. And I am truly happy with my purchase. My bra is beautiful! It fits like a glove!!! It's so comfortable I sometimes forget I am wearing it. I can't wait to stop and visit the Atlanta boutique on the way to FL this summer! Although, I'm tempted to make a trip before then read more

I made an appointment at the Rigby & Peller at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta. I made the appointment for 10AM. I took time off of work to go get sized. I got to the store and the lights were off. The sales associate said that the person who unlocks the store thought she opened at 11 and was not there yet. The sales associate said that if I gave her my cellphone number, she would call me as soon as the person got their to unlock the door. It shouldn't be long since she lived near there. I gave her my number and found a table to do work at and spend an hour waiting. At 11 I decided to go see what the hold up was and they were open. The sales associate said I'm sorry I forgot about you. No one apologized for the situation nor offered me anything for my troubles. I have a very unique size and can only shop there. With the amount of money each bra costs, I expect better customer service than that. They were nice and did find me a bra, I just felt that my time didn't matter. read more

Horrible company that refuses to give me a refund for years that I've been begging for. They bought out a wonderful company that I had a store credit with and that location closed and I want a refund to my card and they are refusing. There is no store anywhere near me and buying online from a new company whose products I don't know or trust from a company holding my money hostage is not going to happen. They have $168 of my money that they refuse to refund to me from the old company. Absolutely horrible customer service. Greedy company. When the bought the previous store the service went downhill and their customer service now is just the same. Awful. Would never recommend. read more

It would hurt your pocket, but you're getting quality bras that fit just right. Service is amazing, the ladies who work there are trained to give you exceptional advice on bras that suit your needs and body type. Make ROOM FOR the BIG GIRLS. (Disclaimer: TMI) BRA SHOPPING IS HORRIBLE FOR A WOMAN WHO IS....bigger. It's hard to find BRAS in my size. So if you aren't the typical A-D and more like E-L you will love this store. First - They have pretty stuff. Most stores only have black, white, and off white in my size. Heads up, I don't like Victoria Secret Bras (styles or selections). So, I was pleasantly SHOCKED and relieved Rigby & Peller have cute stuff. Second - Everyone who works here has the best customer service. They want to ensure they you 1) Feel Comfortable in what you're wearing. They will help you put it on. 2) Ensure you Love What You Get. The customer service is the best I have ever seen. My favorite bras were the demi bras. Still looking for a soft tshirt texture bra and a good strapless. Definitely check-in for occasional sales! I'm still on the look out for more amazing bra stores - so if you find one, PLEASE let me know :) #PleaseAndThankYou read more

Calling all my ladies! What do you think of when you hear the words bra fitting or lingerie styling? I personally was nervous about mine. My palms were sweaty and I was not ready to get my privacy invaded. However I was SO pleasantly surprised when my styling began here! I was styled by Shernay Burks, who is an absolute delight. Shernay was extremely knowledgeable, never pushy, and brought on bras that she believed would look good on my body type and under different types of clothing. The process was very enjoyable and not scary or invasive at all! Definitely ask for Shernay! read more

Rigby and Peller were once Intimacy at Phipps and I've been shopping there for a long time. They have trained stylists who not only have skills at fitting for the perfect size (and a new 3D mirror that scans the body to deliver fit guidelines) but who take the time to understand what your lingerie needs are and provide the perfect under garments to suit those needs. On my most recent visit, I was introducing a friend to the store and she had an appointment with Ginny. My friend had the appointment but Ginny was just as accommodating of me and very helpful with my choices of some of their sale merchandise. I will definitely seek her assistance in the future. As has been mentioned in other reviews, they have an astonishing range of sizes and styles--for EVERY woman. Prices are usually a bit higher at Rigby & Peller than you'd find at typical mall stores but the quality and beauty of the merchandise are well worth it. With proper cleaning and care, you'll find their merchandise is very lasting. read more

Better than a breast lift or any plastic surgery, getting a new bra that FITS is such a simple pleasure that we don't take advantage of often enough. I lost some weight and needed a new bra that fit right, so I headed to my favorite place, Rigby and Peller. Full disclosure: These are not cheapy bras, but yes, you get what you pay for. The ladies who work there are so helpful and know their products. I told my associate what I wanted, she looked at how I fit in the bra that I wore in, and then she came in with lots of choices. She knew how to fit it properly and saw that some did not work, then adjusted the styles that she brought in for me to try. I walked away with a fabulous new beautiful bra that fits, and I am wearing it right now (yes, after washing it last night!), and I feel so good! Treat yourself, ladies, and get a proper fitting. While they are pricey, if you take care of it by hand washing and cycling through your "bra wardrobe," you can make these investments last for years. read more

Formerly Intimacy Bras in Phipps Plaza. I make a trip only twice a year to get a few bras. I spend about $130 for one bra. But the fit is wonderful and the ladies do a good job at fitting you properly and making you feel comfortable having a stranger look at your boobies. Always make an appointment first. And make sure you take into consideration driving time as the traffic in the area can be horrific at times. read more

This is the place to shop for the best lingerie! Yes, it is more expensive than other stores but the brassieres and undies will last so much longer and fit so much better. You get one body to make it through this life you've got to take good care of those precious breasts! Quality items that will last years if you care for them properly. These are investments and what better to invest in than yourself? I've shopped at the store for over a decade, before the name change, and in multiple cities. The quality of items has improved! The service continues to be fantastic! The entire Staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Guest service at its finest! My family and I had a trip down to Atlanta and stopped in for some shopping for me. I was lucky enough to be paired with Shernay. She is so fun and makes a potentially uncomfortable situation very comfortable. Thank you so much Shernay for all your help! After the appointment, Shernay met my husband and sons. She even gave us an excellent recommendation for an ice cream shop to reward the boys for their patience while Mom shopped. I left with a new friend, hugs all around! The next trip to Atlanta was with a friend and our sons. We had to book our appointment with Shernay! She made my friend comfortable and again, we all hugged before we left. This is an intimate purchase and it is so nice to have someone that makes you comfortable! Shernay teaches you the proper way to care for yourself and your new items to maximize your happiness with the purchases and yourself! Shimmy and shake! read more

After gaining a bit of weight, I was now into a different bra size and nothing fit right. I found Rigby and Peller online, hoping they'd be able to help me figure out what size I was now and find something that would last. Wow! Did they deliver. I had the pleasure of working with Shernay and she was so kind, knowledgable, and sweet. Sure enough, I was wearing the completely wrong bra size and she put me in the right cuts for my body type. What a difference a bra that fits makes! I felt like a brand new woman. This place is expensive, expect to pay between 90-150 for a bra but all of the things they carry are QUALITY. I also found out that they put you in the system so if you ever run into any trouble or if you lose a bit of weight (meaning the band or straps are a little loose), they can alter the bras for you a bit. If you're looking to feel a bit pampered and find high quality, this is the place to go. read more

As a woman who has ranged from my current 36 GG to as large as 40 L (when nursing little ones) I have loved the simplicity of coming to Intimacy (the previous iteration of this store). It had been since 2014 since I had a come in for a fitting and this visit was no let down. I worked with Shernay Burks who had me in and out in with three new bras in about 15 minutes. No nonsense, a quick eye for my needs, and didn't try to push me into extras like underwear once I said I was good in that department. I am glad to see the conversion to Rigby & Peller has maintained the friendly lingerie atmosphere I remember. Also the prices seem to be a little more reasonable than they used to. FYI: My sister-in-law and I did a simple walk in on a Saturday around noon and didn't have to wait at all. read more

I am definitely a fan of this place! The quality of the bras are 5-star and the stylists are experts. This is the only place that sizes me correctly. Every other lingerie shop I've visited puts me in bras that are too small and smash my breasts. While I no longer live in a state where they have a location, I make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in town. I didn't make an appointment, but didn't have any issues meeting with a stylist. Shernay Burks is an excellent lingerie stylist. She's extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She provided a wonderful experience and helped me find exactly what I came for. Make it a point to treat yourself (and your breasts) to this experience. read more

I've had plenty of bra fittings in my life but none that compare to the job Shernay did for me in the Atlanta Rigby & Peller store. She gave me her undivided attention and was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She made sure I found a selection of bras that not only fit me but were PERFECT on me! I never knew bras could fit so well. I bought 4 that day and love them so much that I've bought 4 more since then. Everyone thinks I've lost weight but it's actually just that my clothes fit and look better on me now! And the bras themselves look and feel so nice. I am totally sold! Don't hesitate to go over and see Shernay the next time you need a bra. Heck, go get one now even if you don't need one! They are really special! read more

I have a large bust size so Rigby & Peller is one of the only places that carry my size. On visit in June I had the pleasure of being fitted by Shernay. She was very knowledgeable of the inventory and the way the bra should fit. She also gave me tips on the care of the bra and explained to me that I can also call her to reorder bra when I needed to. Another great tip was that she would keep me up to date of new colors and styles my size. I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

My sister and I spent an hour at Rigby and Peller Monday, July 3. They are custom bra fit specialists, and, I must say, my sister and I left the store an hour later feeling like new women. Excellent customer service and expertise. I started buying exclusively from here when they were Intimacy Bras in Phipps Plaza. The bras are expensive but certainly worth the price. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional, while making what could certainly be an awkward experience, very comfortable. The customer service at Rigby and Peller is fantastic. I have absolutely no complaints in that regard. I went to R&P a while ago. I had not visited previously or regularly because I had heard that the prices were high. I decided to go ahead and splurge. I bought 2 bras at a cost of almost $350. I am still able to wear one of the bras but the other bra (the most expensive one) developed 3 holes in it less than a year after wearing it and recently I came home and took it off and the wire was coming out of it. I won't do business with them anymore. If I'm going to spend $350 on 2 bras, I expect them to last a long time! read more

I recently visited Rigby & Peller and was very disappointed. I was a long time client of Intimacy and have always bought my bras here for over 10 years. Yesterday I brought in a bra to be repaired as the wire popped out on the side. Previously, my repairs (very few) were done without any expense to me. I was told yesterday I had to pay $8.00 to fix the bra. The price is not the issue, quite frankly it is the principle. The price of the bra is very expensive and to now ask me to pay $8.00 to repair their product was upsetting. The customer service by the manager was rude and not how you have clients return. I will no longer be a client of Rigby & Peller. . read more

Rigby & Peller is a must for bras. They cost a pretty penny, but they are worth it, as they are very high quality, supportive, and miles better than what you can find in other retail stores. I recently went in to purchase a bra (the same one I had bought a few times before when the store was still "Intimacy"), and Shernay Burks helped me on this visit. She was really helpful and suggested two other bras by the same brand for various reasons. Both of those bras (in addition to the one I already knew I liked) worked wonderfully and fit comfortably. I ended up buying one of the ones she suggested, in addition to the one I came in for originally. She was knowledgeable about what I needed and very friendly. It was a good experience! read more

This is a great place if you have any difficulty re bras. The people at Nordstrom and Macy's are not as well trained or knowledgable as the staff at Rigby and ---- -they were very helpful and found items that fit well and were lovely.
