I ordered a "1995 Atlanta Braves World Series Champions" shirt from Wish ATL, only to discover it had a New York Yankees logo printed directly on the trophy -- a massive historical error, since the Yankees had absolutely nothing to do with that World Series. When I brought this to their attention, their response was not just dismissive -- it was downright condescending. They told me the return "shouldn't have been necessary" and claimed I "chose to proceed" with the order despite the error -- which is flat-out false. I placed the order first, noticed the issue later, and asked them to clarify. Instead of taking accountability for the design flaw, they shifted blame to the manufacturer and implied the problem was somehow my fault for noticing too late. Even after I returned the item (which they accepted), they refused to issue a full refund -- withholding shipping costs and trying to charge a restocking fee for a product that was defective from the start. Their attitude throughout was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional -- treating a valid customer concern like an inconvenience. I've since filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with Affirm. If you value honesty, fair policies, or even basic customer service, do not shop at Wish ATL. The product was wrong, the tone was rude, and the experience was exhausting. read more

As a sneaker collector, I've visited Wish SEVERAL times. Wish is nestled tightly within Little Five Points. So tightly that if you drive too fast, you'll pass right by it. The Service: The service is hit or miss, depending on the moods of the employees. For the most past, everyone is friendly. The Parking: There is a free parking lot behind the building. This parking lot is also known for its ICONIC Outkast mural. The Atmosphere: Wish has an upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs has apparel, books, & other accessories. Downstairs is where all of the sneakers reside. Raffles: Like many sneaker stores, Wish will have raffles for new released sneakers. To those that win, they'll have 24 hours to purchase & pick up their sneakers before 6pm, or you will lose your opportunity. Out of many failed attempts, I was finally able to hit on ONE. Overall, if you're into sneakers, or just want to do some shopping on the new hotness, you should definitely check out Wish ATL. read more

Really dope lifestyle clothing store in the little five points area of Atlanta. It features fashion wears and accessories on the ground floor ranging from high end lifestyle brands & niche market labels to local independent designers. On the bottom level is a shoe gallery with a wide range of styles, brands, and collectibles to satisfy many a sneaker head and or style chaser.... the design and presentation of the sneakers is pretty awesome so its worth just a look even if you don't plan on picking anything up. First time at this establishment. The store setup is cute. Upstairs you have clothing and accessories. Seeing upcoming brands was a good site to see. The staff was excellent and helpful. I ordered a pair of "limited released" shoes in a 10.5 online. A week & a half later I received an email stating We're sorry we don't have a 10.5 anymore but we do have an 11.5 if that doesn't work for you we'll just have to cancel your order. Who in their right mind is desperate enough to wear a size too big just to say they have a "limited released" sneaker? I'm definitely not & that offer didn't even make sense. They sold my order after I payed & offered me a size too big. They didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience. This place is a scam with bad business practices. I'm currently waiting on a refund. The kicker is I tried to cancel my order the same day I placed it & was told no I couldn't since it's a limited release & that it will be shipped. My advice is go somewhere else for your gear unless dealing with a sketchy business is your thing. To keep it 100 the 1 star for this review is undeserving 0 is more like it. I ordered shoes online, and they arrived quickly and without issue. I decided to go into the physical store location one day, and I couldn't tell who the employees were because no one greeted me or the other customer who accompanied me. We stayed there for about 20 minutes looking around on the main floor and downstairs and had not a single interaction with an employee. My money is as green anywhere else as it is here--I'll gladly spend it somewhere else where basic customer service is a priority. read more

I don't want to be writing a poor review, but unfortunately their customer service leaves much to be desired. Wish does an excellent job of curating great products that really match my style. I'd made a few purchases with no complaints, but purchased an item that was too large. After paying for my return (yup, no prepaid return labels) I got an email back stating that my return fell outside of the policy by 3 days & that they were unable to accept it. I accepted that I was outside of policy, but asked for an exception due to a death in the family that delayed my shipment. I was upfront that I was open to store credit or an exchange for the right size, but after a few days I got a note saying that a Manager had rejected my request. They then paid to ship me back an item that is too large. If you're going to go through the effort & cost to ship something back you could have as easily traded out my size. My return was still brand new with all tags attached, it would have cost you nothing. Sometimes businesses forget that good customer service is how you keep people coming back. Losing my business will cost you more than just having said yes. read more

I placed an order for the Kobe Halo 9 High on 8/23/24. Wish provided the tracking number within a couple of hours but the shoe was never given to UPS. I attempted to contact them multiple times via phone and email. I also reached out via Instagram & Twitter. No response for 10 days straight. They finally responded on 9/4/24 via Instagram. They said they would look into it. The next morning on 9/5/24 they cancelled the order. I didn't get an apology or an explanation or any kind of consideration for missing out on a limited sneaker or the inconvenience. I had the opportunity to buy the same shoe from another boutique on 8/29/24 but I didn't buy it since I had my order with Wish. I sent another message via Instagram and asked them why my order was cancelled. They said that they sold my shoe to someone who walked into the store and they didn't realize it was already sold online. That's basically a lie because they had already printed the UPS label for the order, so they knew the shoes were already sold online and they still sold it to someone else or back doored it on purpose. This was the first time I ever ordered from Wish and it'll definitely be the last time. read more

#141 Wish has changed a bit since I lived in ATL but the service is great and they still have pretty cool clothing styles to choose from--jackets, pants, hats, etc. I accidentally left my scarf at my daddy's house and we were in L5P meeting my brother and sister for dinner, the wait was long so I thought I could run into one of the stores before our table was ready. I saw Wish and remembered shopping there when I was younger, so I ran in while my friends waited outside. I saw several scarves that supported various teams--mostly southern and east coast teams. A guy working there helped me out as he saw me sifting through the scarf stash. I asked about a Golden State Warriors scarf and it seemed like everyone in the store had a comment. "They just got lucky." "Aw, they only good cause of Curry." "Man, they aint nobody, let's see 'em do it two in a row." "Lebron just had an off series, Curry don't got nothing on King James." On and on the comments went as I looked for a Dubs scarf. I had only one response: "Yeah, 16-0, I can see how you think they just got lucky..." lolz Anyway, I had to settle for a Miami Heat scarf because I am a huge D Wade fan, and that will never change. I had a good time shopping and meeting people in the store while I waited in line. Mostly because I was able to shut their conversation down with the best of the Bay Area ;) The workers there were ultra helpful and courteous, even if we did not agree on sports teams. This is an overpriced boutique for men. I would give it 3 stars, but the downstairs shoe closet is amazing! It's like a shoe heaven for men. Yes, some men have a shoe fetish. It's actually becoming a craze, catch the trend. We can wear the same jeans or shorts everyday with a few graphic tees. As long as our shoes are looking fresh out of the box,we are straight. Plus, its one of the first things about a man a female notices. You care? We care. Back to the store..yes you can find some clothing items here that you may not see anywhere else. Sometimes they even have sales. This particular time I went, they had up to 75% off on items. It was an end of summer sale. The shoes make this the go to place though. I loves me some Wish. I'm a big fan of The Hundreds and this is the only place in Atlanta that sells their stuff. A couple of weekends ago I also managed to be down there during their huge shoe sale, where it was sort of a clandestine operation down in the basement of the building next door. But it was totally worth it, as I walked away with two pairs of shoes, originally priced at $240 for $60. The second Wish location in Little Five Points, this one is nowhere near as elegant or amazing to look at as the redesigned larger boutique on Moreland...however, you can still find some amazing clothes and shoes here. This location is more about t-shirts than anything else. The shoe selection on Moreland is huge in comparison to this one, but there are some good clearance bargains here. Favorite item during last visit: a t-shirt with Ron Artest on the front giving the finger with both hands (a.k.a. The Double Deuce) to the fans. If you don't know who Ron Artest is, it would take entirely too long to explain why that shirt was cool. read more

Loved this place! While shopping in little 4 points came across this place that my gf, an Emory graduate had been telling me about prior to our trip (my first) to Atl. Love the area for it's working class vibe compete w/ some cool shops/ cafe's/pizzeria's, etc. Wish was pricey but an awesome experience for someone like me who is into streetwear and sneaker culture. Two levels. Upstairs apparel, downstairs 'sneaker heaven'. Literally the most jaw dropping display of I'll kicks ranging up to close to $1,000. Only could afford a couple tanks but was happy with my purchase and experience. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. We noticed a sign about giving them any bags you may be bringing into the store and we went to hand ours over upon finding the sign. The employees told us that we could hold our stuff but we isn't run into this with other stores in the area where we did hand our bags over, which still even in those case, wasn't a big deal. Wish is a boutique for urban/hipster wear. Well, I think Hipster gear, I'm not exactly sure what a Hipster is. Perhaps if I was younger and could afford it, I would shop at this store. As it stands though, not too many things in here are my particular style. Anyhow, the store offers a lot of brands that are not usually carried at traditional stores. Most of these brands are high-end. As a result, you can run up a pretty hefty tab after a few purchases. The store offers clothing for men and women. In addition, they also offer sneakers too. Again, the sneakers here aren't what you'll find at Footlocker. Even if you come across a familiar brand like Adidas, it's going to be something different that what is offered mainstream. I though I wouldn't shop here personally, I would recommend it to someone that's into this particular style of fashion. read more

If you have the money (boutiquey prices mean $$$$$) this is the place to go for Atlanta area exclusive high-end urban wears, not to mention a pretty decent layout of sneakers downstairs for the Dunk lovers. I am not really sure why people dont give this store higher ratings. Coming from LA, where there are a lot of good stores, wish has a lot going for them. The clothing selection while some can be pricey isnt abnormally high compared to a similar shop in LA. the Shoe department designed to look like a library also has a great selection. The staff seemed friendly enough and were eager to talk about the design of the store. Many of the labels they carry would never be in one store in la, it would probably be in 3-4+ stores. The employees were very friendly and helpful, helping you find exactly what you need, but not pushy or annoying. The gem of this store is the downstairs shoe room. Shopping through Little Five Points, my shopping companions suggested we take a look in this store. As we enter the workers nonchalantly greeted us. Ignoring them we browse around the store. Most of the racks were bare and sparse, and what was left wasn't worth spending any type of money on. Bored with that scene, we trek downstairs to the hidden lair of sneakers. We were promptly greeted by the employee downstair. There were several type of exclusive shoes in stock almost made me want to buy a pair, even though I'm not a sneaker enthusiast. All in all, the only thing that would draw you here is the sneakers. With that being said, some of the employees need a training course in CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Don't waste your time or money here. Customer service is trash. The employees don't give a shit about you and it's obvious their business is ran by someone that also doesn't give a shit. You can never get anyone on the phone and the email responses you'll get from whatever issues you're dealing with will not be handled correctly, promptly, or efficiently. I entered a raffle with Wish at the end of November this year. Tracking shows that the item was shipped in December 2nd. It is now December 16th and I still don't even have an estimated delivery date. I contacted UPS first and they straight up told me to file a claim bc they have no info on the package. I emailed Wish about it and all they did was respond to my email with a screenshot of the same tracking page I have been looking at for the last two weeks and said item was shipped. No attempt to contact UPS. I understand covid can delay a package, but I've never ordered anything online that has not given me an estimated delivery date or arrival time. Not to mention I live in the same state and am only 20 minutes away from the store, yet Wish decides to charge me an extra $12 at checkout to ship the item instead of giving me the option to pick up in store. Wouldn't be surprised if it was an inside job between a Wish employee and the UPS employee who picks up the packages when they know exclusive shoes are what's being sent out. Especially around holiday season when times are rough. Be careful with where you choose to spend your money. read more
