He did a full analysis on my feet and stride, and was super knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. I learned so much about what to look for in both running and cross-training shoes. He stuck with my style which is nothing too bright and more neutral and versatile. After tried on a few different pairs and even some insoles. I ended up leaving with a new pair of Brooks and some Karhus. Turns out I'd been wearing the wrong size shoe. To top off my purchase I got a pair of Feetures socks and let me say, they are great so far. My feet have never felt better during workouts. The people at Fleet Feet helped me figure this out. Both my husband and I wanted to get our feet analyzed. The process was quick and the guy who helped us, Nick, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable but not pushy. My husband ended up buying a pair but they didn't have the size he wanted in stock so he bought online, while I purchased in store. He brought that one out, but went back twice - unasked - for different sizes in that range to be sure of the best fit. Not a big deal? I ordered a "1995 Atlanta Braves World Series Champions" shirt from Wish ATL, only to discover it…read morehad a New York Yankees logo printed directly on the trophy -- a massive historical error, since the Yankees had absolutely nothing to do with that World Series. When I brought this to their attention, their response was not just dismissive -- it was downright condescending. They told me the return "shouldn't have been necessary" and claimed I "chose to proceed" with the order despite the error -- which is flat-out false. I placed the order first, noticed the issue later, and asked them to clarify. Instead of taking accountability for the design flaw, they shifted blame to the manufacturer and implied the problem was somehow my fault for noticing too late. Even after I returned the item (which they accepted), they refused to issue a full refund -- withholding shipping costs and trying to charge a restocking fee for a product that was defective from the start. Their attitude throughout was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional -- treating a valid customer concern like an inconvenience. I've since filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with Affirm. If you value honesty, fair policies, or even basic customer service, do not shop at Wish ATL. The product was wrong, the tone was rude, and the experience was exhausting.
