I absolutely love this boutique! The clothes are rare, nice, and inexpensive. The owner and staff were very friendly for my entire visit

I'm a HUGE fan!…read more I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Located off of Jones Bridge, in the same shopping center as the Kroger. They offer parking. One of the best parts about this place is its open Sundays. It's one of the only consignment stores in the area that has great hours for the working folks! They typically have a $5-10 cart on the outside with some items they're trying to clear. I have found some amazing theory pants on this rack. They carry all types of brands; From high-end to moderate brands, but all in great condition. They will have a sign at the front to tell you what colors are on sale. This weekend I scored a pair of AGOLDE jeans for $8. Amazing! I usually get a good amount of items for under $70. The brands I picked up included, AGOLDE, Banana Republic (NWT and this season), and some theory pants for $11. The customer service is okay. You will get greeted sometimes, sometimes you won't. I've never had a negative experience tho. Everyone is always readily available to help, if you require it. FINAL VERDICT: if I'm ever on a thrift marathon, this is always on my list of places to stop at. I absolutely adore their inventory and I love to shop second hand. They also consign by appointment, if you need this service!

Not easy to transport, but she was so excited because she doesn't get out much and she thought this would be a fun day for us. Boy, were we wrong. We spent the entire day yesterday getting summer clothes together as when we called, they said they're only taking summer things. However, on this day, we find out they're only taking "transitional" clothing. They sent several reminders that we had an appointment today at 1:30 with Martha, however when we got there, we did not meet with Martha. It was someone else. but learned later that Martha was sitting steps away, never greeted us. As the owner, I find that disrespectful. After they went through some of our things they decided most of them were too summery. They were only gonna keep a few things and it was at that time, they said they needed to be able to keep 15 things. That was never mentioned on any of the calls or reminders. I asked to speak to the owner and all of a sudden from the back office, I hear I'm back here come in rather than her get up and meet the guest. Her name is Martha the lady I had an appointment with that never came out. I'm shocked at the good reviews must be family members writing in. I've since told a friend about this experience and she said most of the people and Country Club of the South know of this rude owner. To add insult to injury, I am a plus size woman and one of the "ladies"held up my dress and asked her associate "do we take things this big" and the other girl very rudely said "oh no"! In a nutshell, they appeared to be a bunch of people who think they're wielding some power by picking over people's clothing. It turned out really great though cause instead, I went straight to Goodwill and donated these nice items. Still most of them have tags. Feels good to be good to people. At least the recipients can enjoy them and will be appreciative.

Definitely not customer service oriented here Called to see…read morewhere they were located in the mall and they gave me completely wrong directions which seems ridiculous since you would think they would know where they were located. I was hoping I could park easily and run in to the closest entry and since they close early on Sundays. Then when I went in just to exchange sizes of some thing I bought without trying on they wouldn't do it because they said I bought it on clearance. the other location didn't have any more and they were able to exchange things on clearance just not return but this location would not do it and they were extremely belittling about the way they did it. The woke manager ket pointing to tiny print on a little policy they had on the side. No one ever told me they were final sale! How frustrating! I won't be shopping here at this location ever again

I won't mention the price point or selection; the associates cant help that. It's not their fault…read more What I will mention, is the amazing service. I shop at Torrid primarily online, during their sales, or with Haute Cash. You can also find great deals in the back section (sales rack). If you don't mind rummaging through the racks. The associates know my name when I come in (it could be because they've seen it on so many packages lol). I'm always surprised by that, but it shows me that they take that extra step. They've helped numerous times when I needed a last minute outfit for an event or for work. I've heard them compliment certain items when someone tries them on (it could be a sales tactic idk). I remember a woman came in while I was shopping; she was looking for a swim suit for her vacation. They worked with her to find the one that accentuates her curves and doesn't make her feel bad about herself. They made me want to get a suit and I don't even need one! And they're honest. Sometimes I just want a basic blouse without all of the skulls, eyes, or Disney characters. But unfortunately, Torrid is owned by Hot Topic, so you may have to search a little harder or try a different store. But, I honestly like the staff and the layout here. It closer to my house than the Cumberland or Alpharetta locations. They are super helpful and will make it work. Just don't hold the prices or selection against them.

So after I moved to John Creek and had so many other shopping choices I was over them. I don't know what possessed me to stop here today, I just was looking for something new, didn't remember how much I dislike this store. Big mistake! As I'm in the fitting room I can hear someone yelling, screaming curse words, angrily and violently just cursing someone out. I was afraid to leave the fitting room! I was sure there was about to be a hostage situation in the middle of Kohls. As it turned out it was the Kohl's employees in the store room cursing and yelling and being sounding violent with one another. Still a little afraid that something bad was going to go down I took my one item and went to the service desk to check out. I also had a 15% off coupon from Yelp for checking in at Kohl's today. The cashier did not know how to use the coupon so she asked the manager, Michael. Michael informed me that they did not take Yelp coupons, that Kohl's had never had any kind of agreement to take a Yelp coupon and he couldn't help me. He said that if I wanted to sign up for their email club then Kohl's would send me coupons that I could actually use, in a nasty little voice. Forget you, Kohls! I will not tolerate poor, down-right nasty customer service. Great job losing a customer AGAIN. I can't wait to hear what Kohls corporate and yelp think of his refusal to accept coupon.
