Tokyo Valentino - Adult Shops Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

The store: friendly staff, huge, well lit, extremely clean, tons of merchandise. The club: the night I was there, mainly african amercian men lining up to engage with the dozen women (who were there with their male escort who was encouraging them to explore with other men). There are a bunch of GH's, but only women on the other side. Very clean, staff was non-responsive to friendly banter(such as responding to "hello. How's your night going?") I stayed for 2 hours hoping for some male on male activity, but it never happened. read more

RIGHT you can explore them not behind boxes but in the open. And then the shear amount of items. If you dont find it at Tokyo not sure what yo are looking for - or maybe ask them if they have it. I understand that Tokyo V is operational no have not been there, in a while. I met a gentlemen who claimed to be the manager and offered me a job as a greeter at one of his parties. Since I'm not LGBQT, I guess he changed his mind. None the less. It's still a fun place to take friends just to check it out. read more

Love the store, so vibrant and unique, beautiful and charismatic. Excellent staff and great knowledge.... Always willing to help. Additionally I love the scent that the store has. It's so unique and wildly appealing. Highly recommended this place for all your personal and sexual fun items that you may need. Effectively the classiest place in town. read more

No complaints here. I've only been to the store so I know nothing about what happens elsewhere. Good selection of products and more than friendly staff. A++ recommended. read more

What's not to say about Atlanta night life!? Where to go, when knowing the Staff reflects the cool vibes throughout the Erotica Boutique! No weird creepy other "Adult store" heepy-geebiez'!! Coordinate large Corporate Events to throw down Special Themes! 3 levels of ... Stay all night. 6 years of memory+. Certainly top shelf Adventures, and novelty selection Fun!!! Visited Tokyo Valentino this past August. I had an amazing time. Huge place with comfortable rooms and lockers. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to chill and have some fun. I'll be visiting again sooner than later. read more

All I can say is that if there ever was someone who went above and beyond for the customer it's Jerome. He has been an all around great guy to me every time I stop in. He genuinely cares to assist you with whatever you need and as long as he works there you have a customer. Give this dude a raise, corner office, and company vehicle because he is too notch! read more

Horrible customer service!! The girl didn't speak to pleasant & wasn't very helpful. WON'T ever be returning or referring anyone I know

Been to TV several times. always a fun time. rooms and lockers are great and clean. The store is bright and clean.

went there late one Saturday. The parking lot was really cruisy. This dude was checking me out and followed me in...ended up spending hours with Davonte and his cousin william....I will never forget the experience love this place read more

I've been going to this place back when it was Inserections. Before Satan decided to make it his cesspool where on any given night you're bound to witness or participate in some of the most perverted and unimaginable sexual acts with every gender, race and sexual orientation being represented by only their most immoral, sexual deviant spokespersons. Definitely in my top 3 of adult theaters/bookstores/arcades. It's multiple floors of whatever you sick, twisted and perverted self can handle. From the booths, the dark room and lounge area of the first floor. There's showers and bathroom stalls downstairs as well. The next floor is what I imagine hell to be like minus the brimstone and fire. Because you know all this is supposedly frowned upon behind the Pearly Gates. read more

Service extraordinary and very professional I definitely recommend it for its quality thank you read more

Smells amazing and customer service is great! They have a big variety of items and always bringing something different. My go-to spot

They need better security because the one security guard they had was a bitch and asshole. And when i went in they said no vapes so i left it in the front but when i was getting ready to leave i asked for it and it was gone so they either throw it away or stole it and kept it either way that was very unprofessional. The guy's there are too aggressive. read more

My experience was very pleasant. Staff was very attentive and nice. I would definitely recommend shopping here due to the wide selection.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The store is clean, well-organized, and open 24/7, which makes it super convenient. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the shopping experience comfortable without any awkwardness. They had a huge variety of products, from fun gifts to high-quality items, all at great prices. I especially appreciated how discreet and respectful the environment felt. Definitely my go-to shop for anything adult-related--five stars all the way! read more

I've been MANY times and every time I go, I am more and more impressed! Amazing staff, amazing products, see you again soon!

Great service and you walk away with a goodie bag and a smile. The location is great , take an Uber.

Tokyo Valentino is a pretty cool spot and not too many places like this in the city anymore. I like to go there sometimes in the evening during the week sometimes on the weekends just to blow off some steam and I'm never disappointed. I've had a lot of good times there and met a lot of great people and it's one of my neighborhood hotspot that I frequent. The place is clean, very clean, actually. The management is extremely professional and the employees are very welcoming. I feel safe when I go there and it's a good spot for me to take friends that come in from out of town. I recommend checking it out if you haven't been there already. read more

You go to the toy store area you show your foreign id and they say you can't shop there because you don't have a us ID (yeah I get naturaliszed in 10 mins and come back ? That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and the guy at the counter (muscular guy is so rude about it). Just plain poor customer service . read more

Words have power, especially when those on the receiving end are receptive and committed to superior customer service. This is exactly what I encountered after initial post. Conversations with Mike, who responded promptly to initial post, and Javier were extremely helpful as I truly felt that they were concerned with my experience and more importantly, how they could assist with improving customer service. They listened to my concerns and offered solutions. After agreeing upon a meeting time, I met with Javier on site. I was greeted upon arrival by Chase (who I also had an opportunity to speak with prior to visit). Javier was very personable and extremely helpful with product recommendations. He listened and had great suggestions. I can truly state that I am satisfied with the service received, and believe in their commitment to exceed customer expectations. read more

I really enjoy my time here. There is a variety of activities and interests. The biggest draw back is the small crowd that clings and follows like a pack of flies. Leave the couples alone they will tell you if it is ok to approach. And it's always the same demographic that has no manors. Security needs to keep on top of them. Otherwise couples will simply stop coming and that would be awful. Chris guys come on. Get a hold of these creepy packs. Of a girl comes in they give them no breathing room and follow..... but honestly with this said I really love this place. They are far and few so it is a real treat when I get the chance. I would love to be more social with everyone. And I would love to see a steam room put in, have towels by the showers I do like to use them to freshen up. But to find a towel is impossible. It is a great place it really is. But it would not take much to have it go down hill quick. And it would not take much to make it a lot!!!! More popular for all and we need to see that. read more

Love visiting here when I'm in Atlanta. The downstairs can be great fun, if you're gay or gay adjacent.

Parking is across the street in a lot not visible from the road with no lighting. Lifestyle Club is cash only, which is fine, but we were sent upstairs to use the ATM only to find out it wasn't working. Retail store refused to give cash back and told us to get cash at an ATM in a pizza joint across the street.. which would have been fine BUT they don't allow backpacks so they really expected me to dart across a street in the dark & go into a FAMILY RESTAURANT with an armload of BDSM gear. We ended up just going home. We were very let down by the whole experience. Edited to add; I am sure this will be fully rectified after speaking with the manager and owner. Both seem to care greatly about customer satisfaction here. I will update further after we are able to return. read more

Awesome selection and the club downstairs is always an adventure. Consider hitting the club after 10pm to see the DJ and dancers, it's so worth it. read more

Staff was really cool and encouraging being that it our first time. One security guard took the initiative to show us around, the cashier was very nice and tried talking to us and tried explaining that it gets better. Even the guy that scanned us in was pretty cool and funny. I only gave it a 3 star because there were too many creepy guys and so we ended up leaving early but I'm sure if we would have stayed longer it could've been a good experience. read more

Nelly's customer service was awesome! He was funny, patient and very informative. He's the reason we're going back and bringing some friends. The girl who carded us looked like she needed to be carded and because 18 year olds are allowed in, it felt a bit weird seeing children, but we blocked it out and had fun checking out the great inventory and buying a few new items! The store looked great and smelled great! read more

Great down to earth staff, lots of choices in store to choose from. Parking was pretty easy. Seems like they have two entrances? I entered through the front door; i have no idea what goes on on the 2nd parking level but there's an entrance there too i believe. read more

Between noon and three on a Thursday, a dozen or more men roamed the lifestyle club. Saw no women. I thoroughly enjoyed the vibe. Locked myself in the cage and gave head to one of the few tops. He was never as stiff as I like, but I also blew him through glory holes and rimmed him on one of the beds on the third floor. Wasn't the best sex I ever had, but I enjoyed it. Much better than nothing. Kinky, exciting, dark, mysterious, ... The place is very clean. Ran into people cleaning it all the time. Went upstairs to the shop when I took a break to eat pizza across the street. Nice selection of sex toys, lube and the like. read more

This place is so cool on the inside. Can't take pics of it tho which sucked but I like this store. Had exactly what I needed

The scent of the store alone they get 5 stars! They mix the scent themselves and they sell it. The customer service was great as well.

I travel almost 2hrs every 3 to 4 months to TV, it never has disappointed. I actually ran into the owner on the 3rd floor with a flashlight making sure the establishment was clean . You got to respect that first and foremost. I would love to see more promotions of couples or discounted entry for women during lunch time hours. New York had a similar club that revenue needed a boost and once they promoted women at lunch it was overwhelming to a point the capacity was an issue twice with the staff . Another thought and it maybe city regulations, but once the porn can't be played or doesn't get played on the 3rd floor is crazy especially clothes optional area. The porn and the music sets the scene perfectly. Last note, I was there about 3 weeks when 2 ladies were being interviewed for cleaning or a staff job, they walked through looking skeptical and too shocked to be in the situation or didn't understand the lifestyle club, if you going to work as staff male or female especially women be fully engaged in the mindset of the club because it makes for slightly uncomfortable situation as people laugh and stare at others in a immature manner. read more
