Great service from my man brandon helped me fix a defective vape I was having issues with.

the woman that works in the evening is very rude and doesn't even know anything about any of the products that they sell here the store is very nice and has a variety of different things but that one person made so unpleasant that I will not be back until she is removed and another thing she really shouldn't drink so much while she is at work read more

Best smoke and vape shop in east atl. Great service every time. Really appreciate the Chris always helping me out

I've been going to EAV for the eight years I've lived in the village. The owner Clay, and all of his staff are super helpful not pretentious whatsoever and reasonably priced. I will never go to another smoke shop in Georgia again definitely recommend. read more

I've been here over 15 times and they always have excellent CBD flowers. I can't wait until they expand the selections. Their pricing is great on the herbs because they buy in bulk. The staff has always been friendly and their location is conveniently located within a mid point section of the city which makes it easy to drop by! read more

This is a great shop - they always have a wonderful display, many options for me to choose from and meets my smoke needs. Highly recommend for selection, price and the nice folks working the counter. read more

The staff is always nice and informative! It's a great place to get your cbd products!

I was in need of a new vape battery, and I was hopeful that EAV smoke would have just what I needed. I am no expert in vaping, so I was definitely in need of some guidance. Lucky for me the staff was very friendly. He walked through the different options, price points, and explained the pros and cons of each type. I left very satisfied with my purchase and experience. The product that I bought has been working great ever since! read more

Best smoke shop I've ever been to in 26 years that I've lived in this city. Clayton the owner is just such a sweetheart and a righteous dude. His entire staff every time I've been there have been super helpful and kind. If you're a regular you can sign up on their email to get between 10 to 15% off. Please support local! X hale in little five is a chain. The service is much better here. Thank you Ian and Amanda and for great service during this pandemic! read more

Best shop in Atlanta hands-down! Everything from the selection to the staff are top notch! If you are searching for anything from accessories to tobacco products & everything in between, search no further than the two locations that these folks have! read more

Second time I've gone to this store and they are closed and locked up during business hours. Seems like they aren't sticking to a schedule, sucks for me when they are supposed to be open and I walk over a mile. Used to love coming here. read more

This shop has everything you need for vaping, smoking, and smoking accessories. Amanda was super knowledgeable and patient with me as a vaping newb and helped me begin my bidding capon career. Don't hesitate to support a great local business if you need something. read more

Great! Parking..check! Custom service..check! Products and Retail.. check! The guy that helped us had the most prettiest color of eyes I've ever seen! His knowledge and ease of merchandise helped our decision making simple. I didn't feel ripped off due to the quality of anything nor did we feel obliged to purchase anything. I think the area is questionable but over all, I enjoyed the small shopping stores and restaurants. read more

Both guys were very helpful. Ended up spending way less than I budgeted for. Thank you all!! Got a a way better hookah!

Got referred to this place because the cigar shop I was at was out of Djarum's. I almost passed up the shop because its around the corn niceer of a busy street. The lady at the counter was and checked me out quick. They have a large assortment of all things vape and accessories. I will look them up when I'm back in ATL. read more

I was looking for a fun and inexpensive vap and smoke store and I'm glad I ended up here with knowledgeable and cool staff! I ended up getting a small vap but later realized I needed a larger one, which is what the staff advised. Although the store is small, they have a good variety as well as tons of good flavors to choose from! Great experience and I'll definitely be back. This place is great for beginners who have questions or for regulars! read more

They have a pretty good selection of dry herb vaporizers. They staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a G pen vap. They had a few others too. I will be returning. read more

Was driving in this area and happenstance upon this gem. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt get the young mans name even though I wish I had because he was so courteous and helpful. I wished I could give it more than five stars. Great selection of everything! read more

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Best deals in the city!! Various different flavors, house juices are okay.

Do not buy your stuff here! No returns for defective goods.... Pretty much their policy is "Sorry for your bad luck" Vape shops are a dime a dozen so one would think that customer service would be an important part of the business model...maybe not here. Bought a top of the line tank, the best they had. Used it for 3 weeks and it started to just crap out, leaked, would no longer allow me to fill correctly and the ring that regulates air flow became loose. Not a big deal I think, 3 weeks old, I have the box and the receipt and I just want a new one...what could go wrong? Explain it to the kid at the counter; nice stoner guy, and he first says yeah it is bad....then he says since I have had it so long there was noting he could do; I whip out my 3 week old receipt then he tells me no returns, no exchanges. I have spent close to $400 here between vaporizers and accessories. Their prices are OK at best but I was willing to pay a bit more to support a neighborhood business. No more... read more

After being to a few of the shops on this side of town, EAV Smoke has become the only one I use. Every time I come in, the staff is friendly and helpful. They've got a great selection of premium juices, and the prices are competitive with any other brick and mortar vape store around. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. The products are decent, but prices are high and the people are rude. Walked into here looking to buy a lot, but left without getting anything, feeling gross. read more

Love love love this vape store and location.. Thomas was such an amazing and genuine guy. He made us feel at home and hooked us up with some really delicious juice. Charlotte and I will def be coming back soon! read more

Best in town. And it's really nice to keep it local. I've been to many in the area, and this little shop has then all beat!

It was a rainy cold Monday night, and I finally decided to take my smoking habit into my own hands. I've been a pack a day smoker for a long time, and have wanted to transition to vape in order to eventually quit all together. The realization that tonight was the last night came to me 15 mins before EAV Smoke was suppose to close. I was waiting on to-go food around the corner, and decided to call to see if some poor soul would wait for me despite the late hour. I was lucky enough to talk to Thomas. He was totally fine with sticking around even though the shop should have been closed. He was so accommodating. I knew I wanted a vape, but didn't know the brands they carried. He talked to me about what he liked, and what might work for me. He gave me advice on oils, and let me smell test the ones I considered. The customer service was SUPERB! I apologized for keeping him late, but he never made me feel like a burden. It is very rude to come into any place mins before closing and expect to be seen. He went above and beyond for me. It wasn't my first time in the shop, but it solidified that I will always go there. Product: I purchased an eGo One Mini. As a first time buyer if feels like the perfect vape for me. Thomas taught me how to fill the cartridge, and helped me pick out the right oil for me. I've only used it for a day or two, but I am extremely happy with my purchase. It worked perfectly right out of the box. It hits hard enough to curb my cig craving, but the smell is so nice. Also, I love the color! I have confidence that if there were any issues they would help me resolve them. As far as neighborhood smoke shops go, and I've been to a couple in ATL, this one felt like home. read more

Alex was a great help! Being that this is my first vape he made sure to explain the different vapes and the maintenance of the vapes...Highly Recommend read more

Great selection on glass and smoking accessories! Make sure to check out the display case with all the top shelf glass blowers

I was recently told about EAV and it was a lot better better than others I've visited. EAV smoke check it out.

I went into the store today and was helped by the incredibly friendly man (whose name unfortunately I do not know) behind the counter. I immediately felt comfortable expressing what I needed. I will 100% be back! read more

EAV Smoke and Vape knew people would be coming in on July 4th, and at 6:30 pm, 30 minutes AFTER closing, Alex was still answering all my questions about vapes. He taught me everything I needed to become self-sufficient. I love my new piece. I thank Alex for all the help, information, and general gentlemanly courtesy. I will be coming back here whenever I need more supplies. read more

My roommate and I went in just because it's so close to our house, but another vape shop has been my home store for a year- not anymore!!! Thomas went above and beyond to help me get the product I needed, I'm already looking forward to going back! read more

I don't know what this other guy is talking about, but I bought a pretty expensive vape pen or E-cig, or whatever you want to call them. It was the second one I had purchased (one from the other shop right up the street, that was 50% more expensive and that shop posts that they don't accept returns) and when I got home, it would not charge or turn on, so I ran right back out and explained it to dude, even bringing in my banged up original one so he didn't think I was scamming him and he apologized profusely and immediately handed me a new one after showing me that it did indeed work. He actually laughed when I brought him my old one as proof that I didn't put that one in the new box, but appreciated that I was just trying to be honest. I have been there MULTIPLE times before and since, and whether it's a small ten dollar purchase or almost two hundred, they are equally as helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I went in today, in fact, and bought a pack of five coils... I go at least once a week for coils or liquid. They are great guys and I will never go anywhere else for my tobacco and vapor needs. Thanks, guys. For reals! - Kerry and Jen read more
