I would hate to assume this happened because I am a woman of color, but unfortunately... racism is racism. I literally work next-door to this raggedy ass shop. Going in was a gamble, because it looks like you might get kidnapped here. But I really need to get a grinder. As soon as I walk in, I trip over the tiny little step that goes into the front door and actually hurt my toe. The person looked at me like I'm crazy as I ask about that and if there was a sign on the door. They lackadaisically say to me, after giving me a blank stare, that I am the first person ever tripped over that step. Which I find to be absolutely impossible. The blasé attitude was apparent and offputting immediately. I don't want to assume the person was high, especially since I'm not prepared to guess on what. From there I walk over to the side and I turn around and say I'm OK thanks for asking after clearly no concern was shown. The money I was prepared to spend today is nothing compared to dignity and respect. I'm not sure if this is a business model, but I have been to other love shack that were not as shady as this one. Save your money. Order from Amazon or find another location. Seems like a bunch of losers here. read more

So when in Atlanta searching for hookah accessories on yelp this place pops up. A sex shop... Thanks yelp! lol This place does indeed look very cool from the outside however is very out of place compared to the businesses surrounding this small wooden cabin-like adult store. Upon walking in you notice that while this place is small they did a good job of the lay out and had tons of inventory. While my friend and I bought a couple hookah accessories and a few confidential adult items, but my main issue was that I found the sales rep to be unprofessional. I bought a product from here seven years ago and went in recently to buy the exact same product. However, the sales person not only of sold me on a similar product, but never open the package to show me that it worked. When I got home, not only did it not work, but when I called the store, the regional manager in Jacksonville's Florida, named Miguel, refused to credit me even though if the employee would have followed company policy, they would have caught the malfunctioned product. Not only did Miguel refused to return my call, but he said that he could only give me a 20% credit for a replacement part in their store! When I asked to speak to Miguel's manager, they told me to call "the Atlanta store", with zero contact details. When I did a search for Inserection in Atlanta, and called that store, both sales women were the grading and extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Inserection seems to be a franchise, and their headquarters information is not posted on the web as far as I can tell. Their customer service leave much to be desired - the worst I've ever experienced - and their overpriced products are unreliable. I highly recommend going through someone else! read more

I called this location more 6 times starting at 11:18pm. I wanted to be sure that they had the item i was looking for before i took the long drive there(in the rain). No one answered. So i decided to just head there. Online it states that they close by midnight on thursdays (today is 1/3). Although i was cutting it close i managed to get there at 11:44. Plenty of time to grab exactly what i needed and get out of there. I grabbed the door to enter and it was locked. I look in and there is a over weight employee wearing glasses on her cell phone shrugging her shoulders at me and refuses to let me in. This was my first time coming to this establishment and it will be my LAST!!! Very unprofessional. If i was the business owner i would certainly fire this employee. my first and only adult store I've ever been to and this couldn't have been such a bad impression. like everyone says here, it looks completely random if you're just driving down Roswell Rd. it's just an isolated building that looks exactly like a cabin.. kinda like the ones you see in scary movies... 'cept this one has glowin purple letters that spell out "love shack". since this is my first and only.. I wasn't very sure what to expect since I'm always passing by it when I'm heading to buckhead or taco mac.. so why not go inside & check it out. there were no guy toys. the whole back wall was full of adult DVDs, so I guess that's where a guy would go.. but the rest of the store was mostly dildos & vibrators. it was kinda boring.
