Impossible to try to find a humidor as stacked as this. The people and host was incredible. Hey Angel!

Nice atmosphere and Humidor is Fantastic - Great Cigar selections and a perfect place to whine down after work or weekends

"A good cigar is as great a comfort to a man as a good cry to a woman" - Edward G. Bulwer-Lytton This is a good, comforting cigar shop! The selection here was more wide than deep, having a good selection of brands and with competitive price points. Service is very friendly. The smoking lounge is fairly Spartan with a couple chairs, couch and big screen, and while not fancy, it serves it's purpose as a place to get away and unwind. The humidor and front of shop are organized and kept up. The back room can use a de-cluttering and some sprucing up. Overall a great neighborhood cigar shop! read more

Great selection! Great service! The gentleman who helped me read me immediately and help me find what I needed. He also gave me some great suggestions of other options as I'm trying to find my taste in cigars. I will be back! read more

Sandy Springs Cigars is the closest cigar store to where I live, so I visit this location often when I want to buy smokes. They offer a wide variety of cigars, but the main reason I enjoy this location is for the bundle packs. Almost often, they offer packs of premium cigars for a discounted price. These are convenient for me for trips, where I will have a cigar on the beach. I recently visited to purchase cigars for my bachelor trip. My idea was I wanted to get everyone a stick as a thanks for joining me on my trip to Miami. It is here where I purchased 5 packs for 4 premium cigars for roughly $20-$25 per pack. This is a great price when you're buying for 15 people. Smoke Room: If you want to smoke a cigar that you've purchased, there is a small smoke room in the back, with a couple of couches. They also offer some snacks and small beverages. Overall, I enjoy this cigar shop. They have good customer service and offer a great selection of cigars. read more

I go in here for the occasional cigar and supplies. Always willing to help and provide recommendations. Definitely recommend this place

This is a great shop, Myron is a great shop owner. The moment you come in he will help you out if you need it. This was one of my best shopping experiences I have ever had, and not just cigars overall. Even if you know nothing about cigars Myron is cool with that and happy to help. I bought cigars here for my brother's wedding, and the good experience I had at this shop made it even better. This shop has a large and great selection. The prices are great and you can rest assured you are getting your money's worth. I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone no matter weather you're a cigar enthusiast or new to cigars Myron will hook you up. read more

This cigar shop has the feeling of comfort when you walk through the door. I have been greeted by friendly staff! They have extensive knowledge and I enjoy speaking with the staff. They make excellent recommendations! I have been very happy returning to this establishment. read more

This is the best cigar shop that I have found around town. The atmosphere is great. No judgements, everyone knows what they are talking about, and a fantastic selection. This is where I go to buy all my sticks. I hope Myron sticks around for the long haul. He is super friendly and takes the time to get to know you. Nothing like going into a place where the owner knows your name and you can chat over a smoke. They also have great events every month or so. Live hand rolled cigars, food, and drinks. Really a cigar shop that can't be beat. They also keep the cigars rolled just for them in inventory so you can pick them up whenever. Definitely worth checking out! read more

What a joke. I went in to buy my favorite cigar from the Sandy Springs Cigar shop which they charge $8.50. I went down the street to Total Wine and bought the same cigar for $5.25. unfortunately, I bought 3 cigars at the higher price. read more

This is probably my favorite cigar shop in the world. The service is impeccable and welcoming. Great selection of smokes across a wide range of budgets. You are going to leave with an excellent smoke whether you are a novice or an afficianado. Make sure to budget a little extra time to listen to the owner drop fascinating knowledge about cigars and the industry. read more

New owners but still the same great service. Now it truly is a Mom and Pop store. My last visit they stated that they do not want to lose customers due to price and are willing to match local competitors. This is great because I always like helping the local owner if it doesn't cost me more. read more

Small shop with a better than average selection; quite a number of odd lots/sizes you won't find online or via a catalog. 90% of staff extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. read more

Great place! The best cigar shop I have found in or around Atlanta. The guys that run the place are extremely helpful and nice. This is my go-to place for cigars now. read more

Really liked this place. Nice selection. Nice lounge area. VERY friendly owner!

Fantastic experience. Myron (as all of the reviews have mentioned) is amazing and will make you feel right at home even if you know zilch about cigars. The comfortable back lounge may be filled with regulars which betters the overall experience. Go see Myron at Sandy Springs Cigars, buy a stick, and enjoy some quality conversation that you won't find anywhere else nowadays. read more

Great cigar store. Owners and employees are friendly and helpful. Not like most cigar stores where they turn up their noses at you if you aren't as knowledgeable as they are. Highly recommend you make your cigar purchases here. They also have a nice lounge for those cold or rainy days. read more

I really like this cigar store. As soon as you enter, Myron greets you, shakes your hand and introduces himself. He is available to answer any questions but isn't pushy or a "hoverer". It was a great experience overall! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back. read more

I now know that the gentleman I met was the store owner, Myron. I've been back a handful of times since my original review. I'm still quite pleased. This place is definitely a hidden gem. If you have any trouble finding it: it's in the shopping center at the corner of Roswell and Abernathy, which also houses a Publix supermarket, Ippolito's, etc. read more

I bought a new cigar lighter and some cigars from this place. The guy filled the lighter and said it needed a little time before it would light. I tried for days but it would never light. They sold me a defective lighter. I'll never go back. read more

If you enjoy cigars and conversation, or if you need a place to smoke a cigar while working on your laptop, or if you like a good read while smoking your favorite cigar, you'll find Sandy Springs Cigars a welcoming, friendly, and pleasant shop. Great place for sticks (cigars), sports, and productive wifi. Gotta try the Java flavor

I walked into this store with my elderly sister to purchase a couple of good cigars. We were greeted at the door by a gentlemen who was entertaining two other gentlemen, all smoking cigars (all of whom were white, my sister and I are African-American). I asked to enter the humidor and was told by the gentlemen at the register that I would have to leave my bags outside the humidor. Our bags were a a plastic bag with two bottles of tequila and my sisters purse. The gentlemen said both my bag and my sister's purse would have to be left outside the humidor, where the three gentlemen were smoking. I understood the sentiment of me leaving the plastic bag outside, he assumed I was capable or planning to steal cigars from his store. But who asks a woman to leave her purse outside of a humidor with three strangers? This request was totally inappropriate and in my mind racially motivated. I entreated but immediately left the humidor and the cigar shop with my multi-millionaire sister who had go there the purchase the best cigars they had in the humidor. This is one of those reminders that racism is still alive and well in this cigar store. Shop wisely! read more

It was almost a year when I went here, but excellent staff and a great yelp deal.

This place is awesome! The owner is so friendly and knowledgeable. I came here to pick up a gift for a friend that enjoys cigars but I know nothing about these things. CIgar shop has extensive selection. knowledgeable staff and great prices. if you go when they have brownies, they are the best .

Within two minutes of walking in, they had a cigar picked out for me and ready at the register. I didn't say I wanted this cigar and their persistence to show me the same three sticks made it impossible for me to browse what I hear is a decent selection. Myron's right hand man was looking over my shoulder the entire time except when he went to bring Myron in when he saw I didn't want the short sale. Myron came in, appearing drunk, and became visibly frustrated when I told him I just wanted to look around. Not a relaxing experience at all. read more

I went to this store to buy a few cigars and supplies. Initially, they were very nice to me, especially when I decided to buy many of their heavily marked up supplies such as a cheap humidor, lighter, cutter, and other miscellaneous supplies. When I tried to use these items when I got home, I saw that they were completely defective, and when I looked up the products on Amazon, I realized that they marked up their supplies over 150% for some items! They were selling a $20 humidor for over $60 dollars, and they lied to my face telling me that this was a "premium product." I would have kept the products if they actually worked and would have accepted the fact that I just got duped, but since they did not work at all, I went back to return them. When I went back to their store, they were initially happy, thinking that I was back to buy more of their faulty products at their ridiculous prices. However, when I told them that I wanted to return my products and get a refund, the greedy smiles on their faces quickly vanished and became faces of anger and disgust. They gave me a lot of trouble, and persistently questioned my claims that their products were faulty. They finally gave me a refund, but I'm giving them a one star rating because they were so rude to me, and I would not want anyone to go through the same type of experience that I had at this establishment. There's other great cigar shops in town, like J's Cigars near Howell Mill Road. If you have to go here, just be wary of their business tactics. Just buy their cigars and skip their cigar supplies like their lighters and humidors. Take my advice! You all have been warned! read more
