One of the disposables was damaged (the button was sticky and I had to push with excessive force for it to work). It took me over 5 minutes of mashing the button to finally turn it on. I returned to the store and asked for an exchange (have done this in the past multiple times and the vape still was full). The guy working takes my vape and covers the mouthpiece with his shirt and takes a hit of my vape without my permission . He then replies if it works I can't refund it. 1- it was not ok for him to put his mouth on my vape 2- I have always been told if the vape is defective that it could be exchanged within 24hours To anyone planning on purchasing disposables take them out of the box in the store and test them before you leave.

As soon as I walk in, I trip over the tiny little step that goes into the front door and actually hurt my toe. The person looked at me like I'm crazy as I ask about that and if there was a sign on the door. They lackadaisically say to me, after giving me a blank stare, that I am the first person ever tripped over that step. Which I find to be absolutely impossible. The blasé attitude was apparent and offputting immediately. I don't want to assume the person was high, especially since I'm not prepared to guess on what. From there I walk over to the side and I turn around and say I'm OK thanks for asking after clearly no concern was shown. The money I was prepared to spend today is nothing compared to dignity and respect. I'm not sure if this is a business model, but I have been to other love shack that were not as shady as this one. Save your money. Order from Amazon or find another location. Seems like a bunch of losers here.

There is parking in the front of the store and the side. There might be some in the back but i'm not sure. When I parked, I parked on the side of the store. I asked if there's a manager there? She said "you think she's going to help you with that attitude"... After back and forth that was getting me nowwhere I finally said "ok I apologize if I offended you, can you please help me" she said "that's better" with an attitude like she was superior in the situation... At this point I am extremely offended frustrated and applaud. Like whos the customer here... Any way, after I secured my purchase I asked again "May I speak with your manager" she refused and told me "that's that Karen shit"... I admit I was so frustrated I did call her an unsavory name and left, which was not ok and I did loose my cool, but I'm human. I have been trying to contact management and I haven't been able to speak with anyone regarding this incident, so if management gets this it's the short girl with red hair and an erring in her lip. I was there 10/3/2025 between the hours of 4:20 to 4:30pm. Your cameras should be able to back up everything I'm saying. This was very unprofessional and your staff shouldn't treat people this way.

She said someone came and swapped one that had problems before but they are good normally. I tried it Sunday evening and it wouldn't work. I charged it and still not working. I went to the store Monday am and told the employees. They said no exchanges or refunds. The guy got it working. Well he puffed it once hard and said it was ok now. Couldn't try it cause I was driving. Got home. Tried it. Won't work. Husband tried it. Won't work. Piece of crap and a store that sold something for 40 and won't stand behind it is a store I will never go in and buy anything else. Would NOT recommend this store and for sure not this pen. I would normally use this once a week. Sucks I never even got to take one drag off it!!
