Talk about customer service, these guys were the BEST!!!! After explaining my situation, they suggested I start out slow and if I liked it, I could move up to a better product. For the first time, I felt comfortable and didn't feel like I was getting ready to be raped. These guys walked me through every step. The most laid back experience I have had with a Vape shop. Recently, I met Melissa Warren when I was having a problem with the upgrade I had purchased. Once again I was blown away by her customer service. I've been in several times since first meeting her and each time, she's just as courteous as the first time. Where does The Foggery get these amazing people? I have been cigarette free for 13 months, all because of these three individuals. If you are looking for a new Vape shop and want the BEST, you'll find it here. Great little store in quaint down town Cartersville. My husband just switched from smoking to…read morevaping about a month ago. We found him a good vaporizer starter kit from an online store and were buying and trying that online store's e-liquids. Last week we found Liquid Smoke on google maps in Cartersville and being busy he sent me to buy some more e-liquid. I found the small store busy with customers but got helped almost immediately. They have many starting kits to choose from and a huge selection of their own line of e-liquid and they keep a table filled with samples of each one available for customers to try before they buy. I would have been overwhelmed but the sales staff was very helpful in finding the flavors I described quickly. From the time I walked in went through and picked out 3 new flavors for my husband to try, paid and left less than 10 minutes passed. The best part to this is that my husband loved every flavor I got for him. He is very finicky so now we are done with buying elsewhere. We will only come here from now on. Thanks!
