They used to carry my favorite CBD gummies but I have tried at least one of the new brands and was pleased. On one instance, an employee spent an understandably mind numbing amount of time pulling all the different brands (and flavors - I'm picky...) and letting me google reviews before making a decisions. The brand I decided one they didn't have the large pack in the flavor I wanted there but he called the other store further down Roswell towards Dunwoody to find out if they had it and asked them to stay open for me because it would have been closed by the time I got there!!! I returned tonight to make another purchase and the employee working tonight was knowledgeable and fixed an issue from a previous purchase while taking ownership of a no longer employed staff member who had made the mistake. I have to say I have had some really stand out customer service at this location so Xhale definitely gets kudos for hiring the staff I've encountered who truly have gone above and beyond for me and my need for CBD gummies! read more

Don't buy disposable here!!! I purchased a pack of faded monkey disposables today. One of the disposables was damaged (the button was sticky and I had to push with excessive force for it to work). It took me over 5 minutes of mashing the button to finally turn it on. I returned to the store and asked for an exchange (have done this in the past multiple times and the vape still was full). The guy working takes my vape and covers the mouthpiece with his shirt and takes a hit of my vape without my permission . He then replies if it works I can't refund it. 1- it was not ok for him to put his mouth on my vape 2- I have always been told if the vape is defective that it could be exchanged within 24hours To anyone planning on purchasing disposables take them out of the box in the store and test them before you leave. read more

Had high hopes because I was looking for Hyde brand disposable vapes, and xhale is one of very few local places to carry them. Probably would have been better if we just stuck to what we knew instead of taking recommendations from someone here. Sold us something that was supposed to be 5000 puffs, but died within 3 days? That's weird. I've come to appreciate being able to park in the Atlanta metro area though, so that's a perk I guess. I wouldn't say I was too pleased to drive out of my way to get to this location though. read more

See all

Nick is the best. He is knowledgeable and gives great recommendations. Stop by and see him!

If you're coming to this location the best day to come would be a day in which James doesn't work. He has proven to be nasty, rude, and combative all things I'm sure he would take as a compliment. If you want to feel rushed or have your anxiety elevated he's your guy. I've come to this location a number of times and with each time I expect him to show a shred of professionalism which seems to be beneath him. His fellow coworkers tell me that that's just how/who James is... I'm sure other customers find his disrespect charming, however I do not. Tonight I went to purchase a vape and without prompt comes James from the back with a "OH HELL NAW!" While talking to someone on his cell phone, he proceeded to tell me "I talked shit about (his poor/rude behavior) him to his coworkers" I respond "I'm not going to be miserable with you tonight" yet here I am writing this review... With that said Aj is an angel and a delight I appreciate his upbeat personality and efficiency. Aj is definitely the good cop to James's disgruntled cop and the only reason worth returning. If you are looking for a fight be prepared to put on your verbal boxing gloves to get anything done with James, or just go to the other 2 Vape stores right across the street. read more

Listen , I'm a little bit of an outsider in this big town. I have a really bad back, and it's just been something I dealt with for a long time. Cbd has saved me. I couldn't have gotten better service than I have here. I was often in a boot for a broken foot and couldn't walk very well, and they helped me to my car. Ty is someone I would be friends with if I just met him out in the world. It's a place I love. I highly recommend it for your personal needs. read more

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. I've had bad experiences in the past, but the current staff is killing it!

Not very friendly, dismissive, and not wearing a mask at the time masks were required.

Great customer service. The nicest staff. They always have what I'm looking for they have the biggest selection.

I been coming here for 2 years and never got the service I got today ! There's a girl in there that just racially profiled , screamed at by a man and was not heard by the manager and all for no reason I'm still confused. I will never ever shop there ! I wish I knew the girls name she yelled and stormed out using white privilege to look innocent right after we got yelled at by a young man "HEY" she's a nice young lady read more

Very polite and kind staff. Happy to help give recommendations and navigate issues. Bought a product that was having auto draw and over heating, I was able to swap it for the same product. Terrible. Go to any other vape shop. This place has horrible quality products and horrible quality service. If you already know the exact brand and model you want, thats fine, but if you don't know, do NOT listen to their recommendation or trust that if it's on their shelf, it must be good, cause it's not. They'll sell you stuff that malfunctions after 2 days and then refuse to exchange or accept any responsibility, they just blame the customer for EVERYTHING. Don't believe me? Test it yourself. If you have any malfunction with your purchase, see how they treat you, amd you'll never want to shop there again. This post is coming from someone who's worked as a waiter, in retail, and customer service. Trust me, this is a legitimate complaint and not just a customer whining. read more

Kat has a impression when customers walk in her shop. If you come in and ask of what smok mod you want , she'll suggest you a AL85 mod is a good starter mod. read more

Been there twice and was the same both time ! By far the worst and most cluttered shop in the industry service was shit had nothing worth buying and I was jus in there for Julu pods which they didn't have those like how do you not have julu pods and the 3 packs they had looked like they've been there for months ! Place was dusty couldn't move thru the store and needless to say I jus walked and right back out for the second time and I'll never go back ! Take your time and find a cloud9 they're always friendly and helpful plus they have the best selection of everything smoke !!!!!!! read more

man i loved it here until today, i come in this store all the time and they know me, but i lost my wallet a while ago and have been using a picture of my id for the last 2 weeks with no problems. i just needed some kratom to get me through opioid withdrawals. i understand he was just doing his job, but i'm in so much pain right now and rlly can't think clearly. i just needed some kratom to hopefully ease the pain. i've never had this problem before. even with the same exact cashier. why today ?? it's like i'm being mocked by the opiates that if i cant have them i cant have anything. He also showed no empathy to my situation which was very annoying. i understand i might be tripping right now, but some kratom could have fixed that. also to my knowledge kratom has no age restrictions in Georgia. i'm 24. like i said i know he was just doing his job, but at least in the state of mind i'm in right now it did not feel right. read more
