I am disappointed in their recycling program. I was told that if I would receive rewards for recycling the gummy bottles. Today I brought in 4 empty bottles and only received one credit. When I realized the mistake, I called the store and explained that I was missing credits for the other three bottles. The person that answered the phone explained that they only credit recycling per visit per bottle. I would receive one credit for one bottle or 20 bottles. She said if I wanted to come back and stagger out how many bottles I was returning at a time, for example, bring in the four bottles at four different times then I would receive the four individual credits. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me. It's disappointing that to participate in a recycling program, I would have to waste gas (further harming the environment) to receive proper credit. I usually buy 4 bottles at a time to stock up since my mom lives out of state, it doesn't make sense for me to come in for one bottle at a time.

Your inability to operate your company effectively has wasted time for me in trying, begging to buy from you. When I was scanning in an app called Shopkick, which is designed to bring business into the store as well as reward customers who are buying certain supplements in the store, the female manager in a disagreeable manner told me that no scanning was allowed in the store per corporate policy. I knew this was not true as I had been in touch with Shopkick previously and they said that both the stores and the supplement companies participate. At this time the supplement pure encapsulations was on Shopkick so I was scanning that item. The manager, then removed all of the product from the shelves with a small sign saying to come to the front to get the product but left the barcodes. When I continued to scan the barcodes, she marked them out with magic marker so that they could not be scanned. The next time I came in the store there was no evidence that they were ever there and when I inquired if the store carried pure encapsulations, I was told that they had sold out by the employees that worked for the manager, but I told them that that was impossible because I saw how much stock they had before the manager removed them from the shelves. I have notified corporate Vitamin Shoppe, Pure Encapsulations, and shopkick of this strange behavior by the manager who has no problem telling her employees to lie to customers. I am an integrative holistic MD who used to refer people to this vitamin Shoppe for supplements. This vindictive behavior by the manager is something I honestly have never seen by any other employee or manager of any retail outlet that participates with Shopkick. Since many different brands participate with Shopkick at the Vitamin Shoppe, I am curious to see if she will remove all of the other brands when they have scans available in the app.

So, I called to confirm this was correct and was told that it is a compound with B12 in it. I wish this would have been disclosed especially considering compounded semaglutide is not FDA approved. The compounds can sometimes contain salts of the active ingredient and not the true active ingredient - it's cheaper for pharmacies to make and then sell at the same cost. The FDA released statements against the compounded semaglutide injections and are not recommended for use. I'm wishing I didn't purchase this now because I've just wasted $342.
