I was in disbelief that it only took 5 minutes to get my prescription. They were so amazing to me and treated me like family. I take every prescription I have (that I can) and have it filled at Concord. I even discovered I'm allergic to certain manufacturers and Tammy worked very hard to help me find one that worked for me. I did a walk-in so it actually worked out pretty well. I waited around for a few because I had to let them prep the vaccination but it let me do all the paperwork. Customer service here was really good because the lady who was at the front was having a good time talking to me. We get along really well and she was super cool. Actually everybody I talk to was super nice and really friendly. For customer service alone. They definitely get five stars. And they said that the vaccination was covered by my insurance, which was the nice thing on the cake LOL. But this spot would definitely be a go-to if I needed something.
