They said they checked, they can, and they have all the ingredients needed. They even required me to pay in advance over the phone and I did. Tuesday I was told it would be ready Wednesday and was actively being formulated. Wednesday morning I got a call saying not only do they not actually have the ingredients they told me they had, but this wasn't a medication they can even process because they are unwilling to purchase the ingredient they don't have. I emphasized that I planned my entire treatment regimen around this specific medication and am now left with no options because it's too late to use the other medication. Not only that, it will be next week before I get a refund because it takes several business days. They claimed to have the ingredients and didn't, and claimed it was actively being formulated Tuesday. Either it wasn't, or it was and they chose to wait a full day to tell me they couldn't make it. Either way is inexcusable.
