This store is currently my local drugstore for close to 2 years now and I haven't had any issues really with it. Folks working there have always been friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. I've gotten quick service always. I've used their pharmacy, photo print service, and also passport picture service along with buying the usual, daily items. I get all my prescriptions from here and haven't had too many issues really with picking them up. I have used the drive through pharmacy as well as walking in. They also occasionally ask me if I have any questions when I pick up prescriptions. I get text reminders when my prescriptions are ready. I recently got a flu shot for the very first time here. Scheduled that service online and walked in. I think I've been lucky based on what other peoples reviews have described about this place. I've had better luck here as compared to some other drugstore locations so I can't really complain. read more

I will never come back to this location ever! The girl who checked out my order was super sweet and so kind to me, but I feel bad for the workers because their manager is absolutely terrible. The attitudes at that location are despicable and I was so friendly and nice and did not cause any issues to any of those employees. This CVS is the worst. They never have your medications in stock and take forever to get them. I will be finding a new pharmacy.

The lady who acted like she was the manager was rude. A new person was helping me and she was doing just fine helping me. The "possible manager" person interjected herself in the conversation asking questions about what was going on with me and the new person. Acted like she wanted to show that she was in charge. It went downhill from there. I did self checkout and she came to ring me up there. I didn't want her help really because I didn't like her vibe. Plus, why not open a register if you are going to be checking people out? I politely (really, not sarcastically) told her I would let her know if I needed help. When I did, because the coupons weren't reflecting, she called herself shaming me (she doesn't know I don't shame easily) saying, "You said you wanted to do it yourself. So do you want my help now?" It was as though she was saying, "Umm hmmm. I told you so." (I'm thinking, NO Lady, YOU need help!) Thought she brought me down to size because I did EXACTLY what I said I would do and let her know if I needed help. Then... another person walked up to the self checkout next to mine. Possible Manager Lady treated them totally different. I said, "I feel like you were nicer to them." She denied it and I gave her a 20 second lesson on unconscious bias. The demographics (race, age, etc) seemed to play a part in the differences in treatment. I felt that I threatened this person and she went out of her way to put herself in my face and cause problems. The whole trip, which was supposed to be an in-and-out thing, was draining. Felt like I'd been in a boxing match. CVS is a top player in the Fortune 500s. Please use your resources to get this person some additional training. And other customers: BEWARE. read more

The customer service here is lacking. The drive thru is closed almost every day. I looked on CVS's website on how to leave feedback but there was not any way to. I'm not sure how the staff can just decide to close the drive thru. They never have my RXs on time, they won't check the voicemail when I have providers call them in causing a 2-3 day delay in prescriptions. They've even said the electronic submitted prescriptions are wrong before even when i have provided proof. If you question the cost of a RX they belittle you and make you stand on the side of the line so they can ignore you and help everyone else. I understand the world is struggling with staff shortages but the paying customer shouldn't suffer poor treatment or attitude. read more

I've currently been on hold for 10 minutes.. the girl that just picked up asked me to hold, when I said "NO" she put me on hold regardless. They constantly refill my prescription INCORRECTLY. It's hard to describe the horrible demeanor of the pharmacist Philip Hopkins. He is extremely impatient, doesn't listen, raises voice and speaks rudely to customers. He was hostile to me from the moment he got on the phone. When I called him out for his rudeness, he hung up on me. It's unbelievable that a company allows someone like that to work in a customer facing position. Here's a warning about CVS in general: if you have many doctors and many prescriptions, do not get your prescriptions filled at CVS because it's very difficult to get them transferred to another pharmacy. Their internal system (so I'm told my Phil) only allows one fax of the medication list to the new pharmacy. If the new pharmacy doesn't receive it, CVS can't send it again. read more

If I could give 0 stars I'd do it. This place is absolutely terrible. I called my prescription in around 11:30 from another location, I had 5 scrips. They told me it would be ready around 2pm. I come in after work at 5, they said 3 out of 5 were ready and that I'd need to wait 20 min. I go grab some food, come back at 6:45, they said they only have 3 out of 5 available and I needed to wait another 20 minutes. I literally was in shock, frustrated and very disappointed. read more

Shopping here is easy and come here often knocking out the errands it's location is convenient to several other stores. This place needs to check their phone system or hire more people. I just need to schedule a pick up time for my RX's (since today is the last day to get them and I'm unable to go to the pharmacy). The first 3 times I called, I was on hold for 30 minutes each time without anyone even coming to the phone. I'm currently on my 4th attempt and even selected the doctors line to see if I could get through to anyone- I'm about to hang up after 40 minutes of waiting. I have been a customer of this location for10 years plus. The service has steadily declined. You can wait for prescriptions for at least 30 plus minutes. And over-all service levels are incredibly low. Seems understaffed. Today a woman helped me at the drive through, slid my prescription through box and did not ask if I had questions or thank you, just turned and walked away. "Chill out, Winslow. We just went to an all night drug store to get some medicine. And it worked." -- Disorderlies (1987) I gave up on my old pharmacy - after years of frustration. And now - this is the place. Around the corner from my house, they are usually pretty quick with the prescriptions. They have a drive-thru for the drop offs, and will ask you when you need it to be ready. Then, they'll text you when it's time to come back. If you're in a hurry, they can usually get it together for you in about 10 or 15 minutes- but I'm rarely in that much of a rush. The pharmacists are nice, friendly and professional. On those occasions when I need to shop the store, the up front staff is just as nice and mostly able to help me find what I want. Sometimes they are slammed with other customers, but the store is laid out well and I don't usually need help. Overall, I'm happy I made the switch. Less than 5 minutes from my house, it's convenient and always a pleasant experience. Kudos, CVS. read more

I'm a fan of CVS Pharmacy largely because of their Extra Bucks rewards. I get some fantastic deals on many items that I need like deoderant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, laundry detergent, and make-up. I love saving money and they help me with this. Now without the deals and coupons, they are expensive. But if you have coupons and couple it with Extra Bucks rewards, you've got yourself a bargain. Extra Bucks get printed on your receipt and you can use it on your next visit. They usually expire a month after you get it. Don't ever let that happen as that's money down the drain. This CVS located on Roswell Road close to I-285 is okay. I like it because it is open 24 hrs and I can do my shopping before work. Anyway, sign up with CVS on their website or at a store and save like I do. read more

I'm disappointed that the pharmacy had to change their hours so drastically as there are no longer any 24 hour pharmacies in the area and my schedule is not always forgiving enough to get anywhere before 9pm on a weekday or 6pm on a weekend! I do however think their customer service is amazing. I am always greeted with a hello as I walk in and they never fail to ask if I need help finding anything. As for the pharmacy there is a tech who I believe is named Selena who is such a joy. She remembers my name and always has an awesome attitude. Negligent customer care & pharmacy services. Pre-surgery prescriptions sent by surgeons 3 days prior to surgery to CVS store 4504 after my pre-op appointment. I called and could not get anyone on the phone after learning I had "no prescriptions pending" via the new phone voice prompt system. My doctor office sent me the screen shot of the prescriptions sent to CVS but went ahead and re-sent the prescriptions again the day before surgery. I waited 2 hours, called but no one answered so I stopped by CVS to make sure the prescriptions were received & filled. I was desperate to get these filled. The prescriptions ordered were still not filled! I had to wait an hour to get them and the antibiotic was supposed to be taken 3 days before surgery! This is inexcusable and negligent. read more

She not only cut me off in the middle of me trying to explain my insurance situation but also did nothing to resolve the situation until i called my own prescription insurance. She kept saying the card i have is not the correct one and she kept repeating "that is not the one, that is not the one". My husband had fill out prescription here before and i had told her that, but she wouldnt even look up the system or ask to help me further. She was impatient and soooo not helpful. I have been going to this CVS location for a couple of years. The service has been above average. However, I am giving them 1 star for one simple reason: THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! If you need to speak to the pharmacist or pharmacy tech, forget it. One would think if they are not going to answer the phone, they would take the option away for customers on the call menu.
