What's finally prompting me to post this review is their treatment of my dog's prescription. She needs dorzolamide for glaucoma. Pretty standard drug. I tried filling this a month ago by handing them a paper prescription which they completely lost. I called my vet and had them call in a prescription instead. At first they said they would have to special order it, and then they said they'd contact the vet for an alternative. A few days later I called to follow up. They were still waiting for the vet. I called the vet. They've not received any faxes or phone calls at all from CVS, and furthermore there isn't an alternative as, as I mentioned before, this is pretty standard medication and it's not on back order. Fortunately since this is for my dog I don't have to go to CVS for it. I called Publix pharmacy and they said they'd have it transferred and filled within the hour. Take notes, CVS.

Let me start off by saying I don't think I have ever, in my life, left a bad review anywhere, but…read morethe service here was ridiculous !! HANDS DOWN THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I went to the CVS pharmacy, looking for a quick consultation before choosing something over the counter. I went ahead and stood under where it said "consultations". On the right of me it said drop off and on the left of me it said pick up. Nobody said anything to me for about five minutes. Finally, one of the pharmacists came up to me and asked me for my phone number and I said "me?" She asked me if I was picking up and I said no. She turned to the other pharmacist to tell her something but didn't say anything else to me, and returned back to her station. They announced on the speaker that somebody's prescription was ready for pick up and after helping them, they did not address me, once again. After about two more minutes, I went ahead and asked if there was anybody available to consult with me. The lady was very rude and said that she asked me if I was picking up a prescription and to stand in line where it says drop off. I held my tongue and patiently waited in the drop off line. Once I got to the front, the lady there was very helpful. She told me what to get, I purchased it and came home. When opening the container, I found that the seal was broken. So I can't even take what I bought and am forced to return it when I have the time. After reading some of these reviews, I now see why they have such a low rating. Once I return this, I am NEVER coming here again. if I could give them zero stars, I would. Horrible experience.
