The staff is super knowledgeable, easy to contact (no waiting on hold for 1/2 hour like at CVS), responsive and proactive (contacting my doctor's office for refills, etc.). I have been going to this pharmacy for a long time now and love it. Everyone is so nice and Mike and Jen the owners are so nice and I would recommend this Pharmacy to anybody. They are a specialty pharmacy if you need something. And I like my kid cause it's like the pharmacy is back home in Pennsylvania is a family owned Pharmacy they value is good too. they greet you what's your name and I have another stuff in the store you can buy like a gift items. They don't have everything at the CVS or some over-the-counter stuff but they have some stuff if you need a nebulizer or some humidifier or something that you can ask them for that too. read more

I really wanted to support a local business, having lived in the area since 1999, I like seeing local entrepreneurs succeed. I went in for my flu shot, and everything was great, until they told me that I'll be charged a "$15 copay" since I'm "using my insurance". I chalked it up as maybe an update to my insurance benefits. I went home and checked my benefits and of course flu shots are covered. Not only that, my wife went to the same location and she said that she wasn't charged at all. I then called Lily's and asked them for a clarification. They said that in fact this isn't a copay (despite what they told me when I was there), but an administrative fee. And they also said they should have charged my wife as well. So I guess Lily's charges for flu shots, unlike any other major pharmacy. I won't be coming here again! Update: after response from the business owner. A bit presumptuous to think that you guys deserve a 5 star review after completely mishandling the situation. You failed to address the fact that your staff member called this a "copay". Nor did she say that my insurance declined to cover the $15 portion (admin fee). My insurance, Aetna, has never done that for CVS, or Costco (other places where I have received a flu shot). You also presume that this was my first visit to Lily's, which it isn't. I trusted this place to receive my second shot of the COVID vaccine. My wife also would come to Lily's often too for our son's medication. I'm sorry about the one star review, but the facts are the same. Please don't try to edit the narrative. And lastly, Mike. I'm pretty old school, I'd love to come and talk to you in person. I talked this over with your staff already and nobody offered up a conversation with you. I don't hide behind any reviews, and it's a bit insulting for you to claim that. I care for my elderly mom and manage her medications. With her prior pharmacy, something was always running out, had no refills left, or had to be picked up (despite refills supposedly being "synced"). I was handling something all the time. Then we switched to Lily's. I'm not sure what magic they have, but now everything just works. All the medications show up at the right time, every time, and get delivered at our front door. I don't even think about prescriptions anymore. That is HUGE. In summary: - Locally owned business with a kind and helpful staff - Drive through - Home delivery in range - Immunizations - Cute local products in the store - And some kind of alchemy that makes refills show up like magic So fortunate to have them in Johns Creek! read more

I spent years getting a prescription filled that required compounding. Luckily, Lily's Pharmacy is right around the corner and able to fulfill what I needed. In 2015 there wasn't another pharmacy close to me that could do that. The customer service has always been above and beyond. read more

This has been my Pharmacy for years. Jen, Mike and staff treat all of their customers like family. They don't just fill prescriptions they make sure that you understand your medication and watch out for you to make sure you're getting the best treatment possible treatment and that there are no interaction between your medications. They also give guidance on taking medications to avoid side effects. I've been able to take some medications that I truly need while avoiding side effects that might make me move to another medication because I made them aware of the side effects and they suggested things I could do to lessen the side effects. I get my flu shot here and I got both rounds of the covid-19 vaccine here. Jen gives the gentlest shots on the entire planet. Every time I've gotten a shot from her she was finished before I even realized she had the syringe in her hand. read more

Do you want personal attention to your medicine needs? I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is how friendly and outgoing but also helpful and discrete. Jennifer and Michael are so awesome. My son is on a special medicine it can be expensive. But Jennifer went to work and she was able to match the discount that CVS offered. So they are competitive in price to the big chains but such a better personalized environment. Sometimes I feel like I'm visiting a friend because of the warm greetings I receive. You get big smiles (I get hugs too)and it's just so wonderful to have such a positive environment it will lift your spirits. Very seldom do I write reviews and post them on the internet; however, after visiting Lily's pharmacy in Johns Creek I felt compelled to do so. I was in need of the flu vaccine and made an appointment at a grocery chain which has a pharmacy. On my way to the appointment the pharmacy called me to say they could not keep my appointment because their pharmacist was not comfortable giving shots during the pandemic. It was at that moment i remembered driving past Lily;s pharmacy in Johns Creek and I called them. They did not hesitate one minute and said they would be glad to help me out and told me to call them back when I was parked out front . They came immediately out to my car and administered my vaccine! They were fabulous. Needless to say, I will be transferring all my business over to Lily's ! read more

I'm ok if you can't give me the food I want or don't carry a product I'm seeking or cant accommodate me for whatever reason. But you should always treat your customer as if they are important to you. You know, realize that its a symbiotic relationship, something I believe Lily's understands. As I was waiting on a quote recently other people were being served with kind humility. The way we should ALL treat each other. I'm so happy to have a neighborhood pharmacy where you can actually see and interact with the staff rather than be shuffled through like cattle. OLD SCHOOL WINS AGAIN! Yes, this is that old school pharmacy where you are on a first name basis with the pharmacist and she, actually comes around the counter to interact with you and share a laugh. Her name is Jennifer (Shannon), and she is a sweet heart. Dr. Shannon is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy and her areas of special interest include anticoagulation, cholesterol, diabetes, heart failure, and hypertension management. Her specialized training means she has a wealth of knowledge and can easily answer many questions regarding your medications and the effect they may have on ytionour disease process. When you walk into the door, you have entered the pharmacy. No wading through aisles of endless stuff just to get to the pharmacy department. You will find shoe supports, medical supplies, medicines and a pharmacist on duty. How cool is that !! Also, pharmacy has it all including: drive-thru, delivery, medication reviews, diabetes management, compounding services and more. I love the warm and inviting seating area where you can wait for your prescription and keep your little one occupied with the toys provided. Take time to browse and pay special attention to those handmade soaps. I'm considering the dirt and camo for my hubby because it smelled so good. The bikini scented soap had a nice smell as well. Even if you have no medication needs or concerns, you should just stop and say hello and welcome them to the neighborhood! read more

As someone who helps small businesses with their sales and marketing efforts, I know when a small business owner is doing everything right. That's Lily's Pharmacy. The owner of Lily's Pharmacy is Jennifer Shannon. She named it after her daughter, Lily. :) First off, in an era where pharmacies are tucked into the corners of big box stores like Walmart and Target, I never even knew my pharmacist's FIRST name let alone their last. Secondly, I really never dealt with the same pharmacist and there was such high turnover among the techs, it was really a very impersonal experience. They didn't know me at all. Lily's has the look and feel of a pharmacy from a bygone era when you actually DID know your pharmacist. A long time ago, your pharmacist used to know you, your children, and probably a little bit about your health history. They actually cared about how the medicine they were dispensing affected you. Did it work? Do you feel better? By opening Lily's, Jennifer is recapturing this pharmacist-patient relationship and she seems determined to bring back a very personal experience to getting your prescriptions filled. So refreshing! Did you ever have to ask the pharmacist a question you didn't want the world to overhear? Lily's has private consultation rooms so you can discuss personal matters related to your health in private. How great is that? They deliver. That's not something I've tried yet because I live within walking distance of Lily's but knowing it's an option is great. They don't get frustrated working with your insurance company. Several times I have had a pharmacist be somewhat hostile to me because they have had to spend a lot of time with my insurance company sorting out what's covered, etc. Like it was my fault or something. Anyway, they understand this is the nature of getting prescriptions filled and dealing with insurance companies. They handle it flawlessly. Switching is easy and they will help you move your prescriptions from another pharmacy. Finally, they care. It's refreshing to find a pharmacy like this and you feel like you can ask them just about anything. I cannot recommend Lily's Pharmacy enough. They are great! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Lily's this afternoon. As soon as I walked in the door, I was welcomed by the two friendly pharmacists. Setting up an account with them was a breeze, and I love the delivery service...what a convenience! I also chatted with one of the pharmacists for a bit about some of the over the counter children's medicines, and came away feeling very well-informed...thanks Dr Shannon! My son was entertained as well since they had toys/activities for young children to play with while I got set up...another employee even sat and chatted with him about cars and superheroes for a bit :) I highly recommend switching to Lily's....no more "big box chains" for my family! read more

Just received our second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Incredible coordination between the staff and volunteers made the process smooth and painless. Jen administered our vaccines and was so lovely and cheery. She even had her dad along to help carry supplies from car to car. Love this place and everything they've done to help slow this pandemic. I have been using this pharmacy about two years, but wish I had started using this pharmacy years ago! The service is outstanding; the atmosphere is welcoming and the owners (Jenn and Mike Shannon) and staff are first-class people. AND, thanks to the tireless efforts of Jennifer Shannon, PharmD, BCPS, Owner, HB 233 was passed in GA which prohibits health plans from insisting that employees may only use certain pharmacies. I had my first experience with Lily's Pharmacy while in the hospital. They were recommended by my doctor, but I was suspicious of the cost. Lily's pharmacy went out of their way to help me save as much money as possible. They brought my prescriptions to the hospital with a beautiful note of encouragement hand colored! Then they texted me and called me to see if I had any questions. They followed up with a letter to my house and have kept in touch to make sure all of my questions are answered. I have never received such amazing customer service at such a vulnerable time. When I think of the state of the world with the corona virus, the kindness and generosity of spirit even mean that much more. Thank you Jennifer for the difference you and your staff are making! Oh Gosh, who the heck choose the music for "telephone on hold???" As a senior, I appreciate an earlier time when life was not so hectic, but the music played while on hold is so fast paced it makes my heart race. Does the genius who picked this music come to work on a skateboard? How about some music targeted at us golden-agers? Think, slow ballads, love songs, sounds of the beach, or silence. Management needs to get their focus off "the bottom line," and put themselves in the shoes of the customer. Also, please train your delivery driver to RESPECT the customers who need to use the drive-thru window. Backing up a car is a challenge for some of us old-timers, so please do not block the exit lane from the window. Thanks. read more

I can not say enough positive things about Lily's! They are not the closest pharmacy to my home but I gladly drive past several big-box pharmacies to give Lily's my business. As others have said in their reviews, Jen and her team go out of their way to get to know their customers and provide the very best service available. The store reflects Jen's focus on family and community with a waiting area to sit, toys to keep little kids occupied and displays of products and goods by local artisans. A couple of years ago when I would tell my doctors office to send my Rx to Lily's they would ask for the address. I recently changed doctors and gave them Lily's as my pharmacy.
