No explanation, no I'm sorry, etc. Totally ignored! Well, Pharmacist shows up later and asks what the problem is. I tell her this Rx is always $4.25 (Medicare). She tells me this IS the generic price $118 !! I asked her to check my records 90 days earlier to see the correct price. She doesn't want to hear it ‍ Just tells me it is $118. I tell her I am not going to sit in the drive thru and debate this; just refund my money.
