I went here this evening to get passport photos. They took photos, ran it thru an edit program and made sure it was approved and was out the door within 30 minutes. Came to this location because the photo center is open until 10 pm but the last service is at 9pm. 2 passport photos are $16.99 plus tax. Cashier and photo associates were friendly and helpful. ZERO stars. I came in to pick up my cardiologist prescription and this pharmacy doesn't want money and business. They blamed my insurance that they have my incorrect information on file. I was on the phone with my insurance when the pharmacy is saying that my ID is wrong on my card. I made them repeat the number and everything was correct. Bottom line: I just reminded myself to NEVER use this Walgreens ever. Disappointing. read more

ZERO STARS. I consistently have the worst pharmacy experiences at this location. I don't know why I sent my prescriptions there today when I should've just sent them to my usual spot, even though it's twice the distance from my place. They are so slammed that they rush customers off the phone... I can't get any questions answered and I don't want to go in with strep throat. So here I am at the drive-through, waiting 30+ minutes in line just to give them my insurance card because they rushed me off the phone yelling at me that my prescriptions wouldn't be ready until 3:30. All I wanted to do was give them my insurance info so I'd be ready for pick up at their designated time. I called back but couldn't get anybody to answer this time. So I just came early to give them my insurance card. And I guess I'll circle around and wait another 30 minutes in the drive-through until my prescriptions are ready. They were just so rude on the phone too... Had the lady taken a breath and just listened to me for 15 seconds. This could've gone way differently. " Hey I haven't been to this Walgreens in a long time. My insurance has changed. Can you make sure it's in the system so I'm ready for pick up at 3:30?" I should tell them. I haven't been here in forever because you guys suck and make people feel rushed and anxious when their already struggling. Update: the treatment I received after the drive through pickup attempt was punitive and weird. Luckily I was on the phone with corporate who heard everything from the employee lecturing me to me saying 'just because your overwhelmed doesn't mean you get to treat people like sh*t' . I don't even post reviews. Who am I?! Just be warned. Go to cvs or the Publix or target pharmacy near by. DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS FOR PRESCRIPTIONS. read more

This is a very busy pharmacy but they do a great job filling prescriptions as fast as possible. I see some bad reviews but people need to learn to be more patient. read more

I won't be filling prescriptions at Walgreens anymore. It takes - foe some unknowable reason - 3+ hours to fill a prescription. Today, only after waiting several hours to pick up my prescription, I was informed that the antibiotic I need is out of stock... but if I wait another 3 hours - til 9:20PM, I can pick up at another Walgreens. Okay, I'll do it. Only after waiting a couple hours more I get notified that this Walgreens does not have it in stock. But no worries, b/c I can pick it up (can I?) at yet another Walgreens if I'll only wait until noon tomorrow. Yeah...I'm done with Walgreens. read more

Walgreens is one of those go to places to get anything you want at one place. Hard to see how these stand alone pharmacy/market stores survive due to a Rite Aid on the other corner, CVS 3 miles away all also competing against 2 publix and one Kroger - all open to the same time. This location has a good staff, medical supplies, snacks. As over priced as the others it's all preference and in FB - you have your choices . Will continue to come here when convenient . today I slammed my thumb into the door of my armored tank of a vehicle in the parking lot of this Walgreens. The door was heavy, alas my thumb is very broken. For whatever reason I decided that I needed my energy drink more than I needed medical attention so I moseyed my stupid self in there. I continued to pass out in the drink isle as the pain overwhelmed me and the crunchy sound of my bones crushing like a stale Cheeto rang through my ears. I came too and then attempted to pay for my treasured drink, where the cashier (who was named Sam I think?? very colorful hair) noted the dazed look on my face and the blood puddle forming on the counter and located paper towels for me and called for reinforcements. Two other women, one named Deanne (pronounced dean), and another shift leader whose name I cannot rembeber for the life of me but she was as African American and very pretty, rushed into my aid like troops on the battlefield. These Individuals saved my life. They were so sweet and made sure I was okay until my sister was able to get in and take over. in all seriousnes--I'm hazy on the events that occurred as I was fading in and out of consciousness and trying not to puke or cry (it hurt so so so so bad I literally smashed it like a little roach) but they showed me a lot of kindness. Being a rather petite barely 18 year old girl, the world is pretty scary. You've always gotta watch your back because you never know what could happen. I was super confused and very sick, I basically had no autonomy in the situation and these ladies swooped in and made sure I was safe and okay. they took care of the situation in a way that was both effective and gave me dignity. They deserve raises. read more

Went to the pharmacy and stood at the consultation. Window for several minutes with no other customers around and the cashier talking to another employee and the pharmacist typing away on the computer, finally asked if I needed help and when I asked the cashier a question about cold medicine reacting with my prescription medicine the cashier turned to the pharmacist standing right beside her the same question and the pharmacist said it doesn't and I said I did have a problem and I was wondering if there was an alternative the cashier just walked away and the pharmacist never acknowledged me not even looking my direction as I stood there waiting for an answer to the question I just asked. No one even batted an eye or talked to me again so I walked away. SO RUDE I WOULD NEVER GO TO THAT PHARMACY AGAIN. obviously thy don't are and what if they were filling my actual prescription , Would they even care the ?!?! read more

This is THE WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The staff is rude and the service is slow. After approximately six months of chalking up the poor service to - that's just what you get these days - I submitted a request for 3 refills through the Walgreens app. I received a text message that two of the prescriptions were ready for pickup. I went through the drive through and when I gave my name and birthdate I was told there were no prescriptions ready for me. When I told the tech that I had received a text message indicating there were she sighed heavily and looked in the system again. "Medication A and Medication B are ready, $XXX.XX". I asked about the delay on Medication C and received another heavy sigh and an eye roll along with "what medication is that?" - welp, I only have 3 and you just gave me the price for the other 2 you originally said weren't ready but now they magically are... I told her to disregard and I would have my prescriptions, as well as the rest of my family's, transferred to another pharmacy. DONE. read more

Terrible customer service. Bad attitude. VERY VERY slow to fill prescriptions. A basic antibiotic that normally takes 5 minutest at publix and CVS takes them 40 minutes to fill! They will tell you it takes 20 minutes. When you come back in 20 minutes it still isn't done and takes another 20. They say they have to fill scripts in the order received fromt he doctor's offices. Really? Even though there are 15 ahead of me but I'm the only one standing in front of you? How about applying common sense? When you try to point this out they just have serious bad attitude like I am the one being unreasonable. I'm sitting there with a screaming sick baby and they could literally not care any less. This has happened 3 times now. I'm officially switching pharmacies but wanted to warn people off this one! read more
