I only pumped gas here so I can't speak to the customer service, donuts or coffee but this is definitely a popular place. This is the 4th time I've been to this location (all on different dates and times) with the same thing happening. Every pump says "please pay inside" but you can't pay inside because the doors are locked. When and if you are able to go inside the staff is extremely rude and dismissive. The phone does not work and apparently management is never there because it is impossible to contact them to inform/complain.
