If you thought we strive on guest service, I know I should have probably not been here, but it was on the way so I went anyway. She was sweet and I truly enjoyed her great customer service as far as the cashiers. I can't say it was the best experience . hate complaining, but things are expensive and just eating and surviving it. The least you can do is not a robot now don't give me wrong. He did everything great it just felt like his demeanor . He didn't want me there. A BP station is being built across the street along with a new subdivision approximately 60 houses. So the area is picking up more traffic. A traffic light is needed like yesterday. This Chevron Station is more than 20yrs old by the looks of the outside and inside. 6 pumps. Lottery, Food, Drinks, and Alcohol are sold here. The owners or staff can be a little rude at times and that could be bc the customer is unruly. Chico usually runs it during the morning afternoon hours. Although I've seen him there in the evenings. Hours are as early as 6:30 to 10PM The hours may change once the new subdivision and BP station is finished. The interior of the store like I said earlier is old with limited space. The aisles are narrow with unpacked bottles of water and drinks. There is an area with a microwave and coffee pot. There are 5 video games in the rear of the store. The lottery booth is also in the rear.. I've noticed more alcohol such as wine, beer and liquor near the front of the store. It's very tight going up and down the aisles again due to inventory and just the size of the store. I only stop in to play the lottery when it's high like $600 million. Gas is higher there due to no competition at the moment. It may decrease once the BP station is open Adequate parking and lighting on the side and front of the store. Air stations and vacuums are set up on the side. The entrance from Lee road is very tight. It's a heavily traveled road so most exit on Mink Livsey road . Overall it's an ok station just need an upgrade.

Located on the intersection of PIB & North Berkeley, this Valero is a pretty lowkey gas station (with their convenience store named "Happy Foot Mart".) I usually like getting my gas from QT or Costco but had to give in because of my immediate needs. I was surprised to see that their gas was pretty cheap! With the average being around $2.99/gallon right now, I was able to get gas for $2.83/gallon which is more than great -- not the cleanest gas station but I mean you can't really expect much here. They don't take Apple Pay and you have to go in to get your receipt but other than that -- everything was good enough to get a 4/5!

On our first trip I was in need of a quick floral arrangement and we were in a rush. The floral department and space was so much more than I was expecting. There were many options as well as price points. Being the week of grand opening we did end up participating in the meat sale they were having and purchased a few pork butts. Young lady at the self check out was pretty rude when she saw us with more than two butts, we had four. We didn't see a limit sign, and specifically looked for one to avoid a situation. She rudely told us there should be a sign and took forever to cancel the items. We explained to her we looked for a sign and we would not purposely take more on purpose since we are in a hurry and not trying to waste anyone's time. Regardless we ended up wasting time and she even tried to cancel our ham which she thought was a raw pork butt. We left annoyed. We've only been back one more time since though the last time the ladies were super sweet and helpful. We'll see how long Kroger can keep it up!

The assistant manger is rude and unaware of how to do the most minor task involving technology. Which was needed to show that drinks I was charged for were left on the belt. They were in the belt due to mistake of the lady running self checkout. They were to be taken off of order and she came over and scanned her card, but when getting home saw I was charged. Went back and it took over 30 mins and practically accused of trying to steal drinks before it was taken care of. My receipt showed the amount I spent and to steal some drinks is ridiculous. I was told the store manager would call but that also didn't happen. No longer a customer of any kind at any Kroger.
