It's extremely convenient to my house and my job as well as the other shops I frequent. On several occasions, I've encountered a RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL older white woman who says she is the 1st manager. Her name is Teri and if she's not the owner of the store why does she still have a job there? She is disrespectful to the customers as well as the other employees. I've witnessed her behavior quite frequently and asked her would she like if someone spoke to her in that manner. I even asked for a corporate number to make a formal complaint, she told me I could find another Dollar Tree to go to. I've been a Supervisor for over 20 years and my subordinates are never treated with disrespect from me. I've heard her call an employee stupid and that was it for me. I will never enter that store again as long as she's employed there. I will encourage my friends, neighbors and co-workers not to patronize as well. Her behavior is deplorable and should be looked into. No one should be treated with such blatant disrespect TERI!

I take some up to the register and they say it is regular price without even showing me the price on the register. Next thing you know the associate goes in the back and gets his stash and gets rung up for $2.50. Then tells the other associate he told me $11.25. Now is that isn't shady I don't know what is. The store was very busy by Janithia was very calm and helpful. The went to great lengths to blow up my balloons. The 2 helium tanks in the front of the store were empty. Instead of saying "we are out" she went to the back(out of sight) and emerged a few minutes later with a huge helium tank and a hand truck. I was so thankful and pleased that I asked her if there was anyway to write a letter to let someone know how helpful she was to me. When I asked to have my balloons filled, the store employee (female, white, glasses) told me in a snarky tone that she could only fill 10-12 of the balloons from my package. I asked if I could receive a discount for the remaining balloons she refused to fill, since there were no posted restrictions on the sign and my request (about 20 small 6-inch balloons) was hardly unreasonable. She became condescending and unprofessional; especially when other customers entered the store. She made a point of loudly saying she "couldn't help them" because she was "too busy filling too many balloons." She even commented to her coworker that she'd been "blowing up balloons all day," and when asked how many were left, said sarcastically, "too many," right in front of me. This was embarrassing, unnecessary, and incredibly unprofessional. Management or corporate needs to provide training on basic customer interaction and respect. I was there less than 20 minutes and left feeling belittled for simply asking for what was advertised. I will not be returning.Amazon or another retailer will gladly take my business. There really a lifesaver for me keeping me from having to go into Winder or Braselton when I run out of one thing or just want some snacks. Staff here Works there, but off, keeping inventory is daunting they always have new stuff coming in, check out, is easy with self check out. I often come in and I'm out in less than two minutes. Again, the staff is always there to help and they have energy drinks and coffee right there by the front door in the fridge on the right along with ice cream and other snacks people wanna run into and get out quick. Right behind the BP always crowded... OK 4 to 5 cars... But they've always been there for me. Highly recommend.!!!
