No problem with service or coffee but I wonder about the gas prices constantly changing 2 to 3 times a day. Thwy are usually the highest around as it is but on this last Monday there price was $2.82 for regular so I filled up. But on Tuesday I went to get coffee like I do everyday and the gas prices for regular was $3.19 . I don't understand why they go up so fast when crude oil is at its lowest it's been for years and they still have the same gas the next day in there tanks that you paid $2.82 for the day before. I don't see other places go up so fast except Circle K which is right down the road from racetrack. Seems like they are price gouging a few days a week because usually by the weekend they'll lower it about 20 cents per gallon but by Tuesday they jack the price back up. Store 55 Let me start by saying that usually there is zero issue here other than the icee machines being down. However yesterday was a bit different. I was in line to pay for fuel and snacks. there was a gentleman in front of me who went up the counter and started talking about the President was going to end up assassinated. He made some off handed comment about white people looked at me and headed out the door. The cashier he was speaking to said that the President needed to be squashed like a bug. She started to say something further but then stated she needed to keep her job. While I completely agree with folks having their first amendment and being able to speak freely. Using a place of business where they are employed as a platform to public is a very poor choice. I would imagine that corporate is more interested in profits than political rhetoric which in turn makes this location lose customers. If that is not the case then it means that either this behavior is allowed and or encouraged by the management at this store or that it is in fact condoned and encouraged by corporate. I myself as well as most people stopping in arent interested in hearing somebodies political views. We are there to make a purchase an move on. Terrible terrible customer service but I guess that's expected when you come to a Popeyes. I pull up and told they're only accepting cash so I say that's fine "hold on". Granted no one is in front of me or in-line but yeah "hold on" finally they come back after waiting in place my order I pull up to the window, told the price, pull up to the door. "Im sorry excuse me?" I'm asked then "pull up to the door". No thank you, sorry for the inconvenience nope nothing customer carrying related just pull up to the door. I hardly ever frequent this place in Snellville and I can see why they're service is horrible and even as I typed this I hear the young lady at the drive thru yelling at a customer. RaceTrac has really declined. I thought it was just the few that I had stopped at, but it has been consistent now. All of them are very dirty. Bathrooms are not clean. Frozen yogurt machines broken and not clean. They need to step it up to keep in competition with QT. read more

This Racetrac is clean and bright and goes above and beyond the usual convenience stores with a frozen yogurt bar which rivals most yogurt stores, hot roller foods, boiled peanut station, baked goods, great coffee selections and a beer walk in cooler. read more

Customer service is running on an "empty tank". Employee named Amanda to me that if I wanted to know what the current price of ethanol free gas was.....I should get in my car and come see for myself. I am pissed and has just requested that all of my friends call Amanda and ask her if that is really her "Final" answer. They have an app for Race Track called "Race Track" with a picture of a shield and a red car and when you download the app you get 7 free drinks. As you pay for items within the store with the app you can get points to redeem towards rewards such as a free candy bar. These points also go toward status points where if you get to the highest status you can get free drinks for a year! If you keep the receipt or as of now(April 5th, 2016) you can take a survey to get a free item (I.e. A free drink, candy bar) within the store! Race Track has stepped up its game! I'm not calling out any other gas stations to do the same, but the red and black with the two letters for the acronyms in your name, step up your game! All in all I am enjoying my time here it's a cool place to study in the afternoon, not crowded, clean, and you get free wifi. This location had very friendly staff which is unusual at convenient stores these days. The store was exceptionally clean....even the drink station. I wish the Racetrack's in Baton Rouge would take a page out of their book. read more

This is one of the cleanest Racetrac gas stations, that's not ghetto and dirty. They have yoghurt and ice cream machines, and a wide selection of food and beverage. The store is always clean inside and outside, but the restrooms are dirty like a trash bin. The service is substandard, but they do have ethanol, and diesel fuel to accommodate other fuel types that you may need. This is a lot better than other Ractrac's and Quiktrips in that area. read more

This store is horrible. I passed two Racetracs to come to this one for the pecan pie ice cream. However, the machine was broken for the ice cream, most of the slushes, the drink machines were rigged and the nachos cheese was slow as molasses. We left and went to Sonic for happy hour. Keep your machines operational if you want happy customers. read more

I cannot review the inside because I just popped in for gas. BUT they have fresh made coffee, a yogurt bar, and tons of other convenience items. I will be back to check out all they have to offer. And the price of gas was very competitive. read more

The customer service is fine, what I don't understand is why this one and the one on hwy 78 off Stone Mountain Hwy are always closed. At least once a week one of them has a sign in the door saying they will re-open at 5:30 am. What's the point of being a 24 hour gas station if you are always going to close. It's a major inconvenience to your customers . I asked once why and they told me if only one staff member was there for safety precautions which I understand but why is QT always open with one staff member? Brand new gas station! Great frozen yogurt station! There's even a nice little area for you to sit and enjoy it outside! There's a big enclosed chilled beer room! Very clean gas station!
