Either way ; I recently get something to eat and take a break while I'm doing Uber eats. I went to approach the kiosk to order me something to eat because I was hungry. Usually, I was stopping right chat because I am employee Racetrac and one thing about Racetrac. If you thought we strive on guest service, I know I should have probably not been here, but it was on the way so I went anyway. The roller grill food looked fantastic and all options were Available for use. I don't remember the girls name in the kitchen, but I know it started with a J she was very helpful. She was sweet and I truly enjoyed her great customer service as far as the cashiers. I can't say it was the best experience . hate complaining, but things are expensive and just eating and surviving it. The least you can do is not a robot now don't give me wrong. He did everything great it just felt like his demeanor . He didn't want me there. And I'm sorry I'm not trying to throw a race there, but she even gave me two coupons for a fountain drink and I thought that was really nice! He literally sounded like an AI robot. pretty sure he won't be reprimanded for this because he is white and it is what it is . I'm not sure what your core value you are and what your company stands for because I've never looked but I'm pretty sure positivity is definitely on that list ! I've always filled up gas here or QT whenever I'm on Lawrenceville-Suwanee and it always just seems to have the best gas on. The gas station does seem a little bootleg but don't just a gas station by its appearance because you only need very minimal things for gas. I think I've been in the gas station maybe a few times but I didn't really need much except gas. I will say... it is not open 24 hours like Racetrac so don't come here at 3AM expecting it to be open!

This place is clean, the staff is friendly and plentiful and the isles are well marked define things although learning a new grocery store always takes time. Called several times and was put on hold for 5 minutes or more and then hung up on each time by employees who were very rude.
