We waited a good 10-15 minutes before we finally made it to the intercom (really need to upgrade this thing - too much background noise) to make our order. We ordered three cookout trays with shakes versus drinks. We had to yell and repeat our order, but we were finally able to proceed to pickup window. Once we get to the pickup window, the lady takes our payment and another proceeds to hand us the wrong shake (thank goodness they call out what it is when handing it out).
