202403171240 Short line, but little bit of a wait. There's two kiosks, but only one works. Semi-busy. Small dining area. The floors & some tables need cleaning. The drink station, also dirty. Pop music coming out of ceiling speakers. 1242 time stamp when order placed. 1311 when food received (29 minutes). The "fast food" experience must be at the drive thru. My Dr Pepper Malt didn't come when the food came. Had to request that at the counter. The thin, flabby patty takes me back to the days of "where's the beef?" Good tea. Good fries & good Dr Pepper shake/malt. Customer interaction is non existent. Even when the order was brought, all we heard was mumbling. They did score a 96. May you fare better.

Me and my fiancé were driving and we had past Whataburger. I mentioned I had never had it before and she said that I needed to try it. We turned back around and stopped in for lunch. I got the spicy chicken sandwich, my fiancé got the honey bbq chicken strip sandwich and we shared some fries. We went inside to eat and placed our order. It took quite some time for our food to come out. I want to say about 15 minutes. We got our food and began to eat. My spicy sandwich was good and it was spicy, but it wasn't anything great. It was very comparable to a Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich. Nothing special at all. I tried the chicken strip sandwich, and that wasn't anything special either. Fries were mediocre too. Honestly, all the food was very whatever. Nothing worth making a U-turn for at all. I definitely won't be coming back at all. Side note, I don't eat beef, so the burgers could be better, but I am unsure as I don't eat them.

This Whataburger has only been open a short time. The dining room is not open, but the orders are flowing through the drive thru. Service level still needs some work, but hopefully it improves in the weeks to come. The burgers are nice and big, but the fries were mediocre today. Granted we live about 10 minutes from this location it took too long to get my order, so the fries were hardening and a bit cold. If I'm looking for a healthy (sizewise) burger, I'll be back to give this location a try in the weeks and months to come. They also do not take mobile orders at this time. Hopefully this comes online soon because I hate waiting.

Let me start by saying I am not one to hand out negative reviews unless really well deserved. I gave 2 stars. After you read my evaluation, I'll let you decide.... The Good: Easy ordering with a menu given to me in the drive thru. Payment w/CC (just like Chic-fil). Friendly AND happy customer service at WINDOW. The Bad: No napkin for a messy burger...in my car. My cup had soda all over it AND remember, NO NAPKIN. Bun was cold, burger was maybe warm. All I could see and taste was mustard, mustard and more mustard (and I like mustard but dang!). No cheese which I paid for as she asked me to upsell. The wait was "okay" had I gotten what I asked for with a NAPKIN!! I basically got a cold mustard sandwich with no cheese and a messy Coke Zero for a little more than ten dollars. No thanks! I think I would rather just have a tomato sandwich from home.

Full review: Don't let the decrepit and rundown look of the plaza fool you. It's too bad Burger World is located in somewhat of a rundown area, and i almost turned around when Google Maps directed me to a nearby shop instead of right in front of the restaurant. However, the customer service is friendly and the burgers are quite good! Greeted by a guy who seemed like the owner, i was pleased with his immediate description that the burgers are grilled fresh, never frozen, and that the fries are hand-cut. My order consisted of two cheeseburger combos (incl. small fries and a small drink) and two bbq burgers, for a total of about $30. Not a bad price for a meal for 4, but the fries were thin, oily, and just okay. The burgers really stand out with fresh ingredients, and it's a shame the fries aren't more robust @ that price point. Besides the fries, this biz could improve on the following: - having a more precise address on Google Maps w/ better signage - Employees who wear masks (esp in these times as the flu and Covid are rampant) - Thicker fries, maybe crinkle cut - Switching from styrofoam containers to paper-based ones (styrofoam is unhealthy & doesn't do these great burgers justice) - An overall cleaner presentation (the counter near the cash register could have been cleaner) - A sturdier carrier for drinks - my two small drinks spilled on the way home. Overall: Definitely recommend. The bbq and cheeseburgers were sooo tasty. Maybe skip the fries and drinks.

There was a lot of talk about the restaurant across the street (JJ's) I believe that is Fingez new competition. The talk was mostly from an employee, I think he was not happy with them moving over to their location. Maybe at some point I will visit them only because the employee was not happy with them. Based on what he was saying it was like they did not care about the customers and Fingerz does care about their customers. So I guess in time we will see. I think the pricing was the normal charge for meals like that. The chicken tenders were good, not to crunchy, not too much seasonings just right actually. The dipping sauce was ok too. They have lots of choices for the dipping sauces so I did like the choices. Generally speaking the food and service was ok but it is not a place I would run to for a meal. From the moment my daughter her friend and I walked in, we were treated like we were a burden instead of paying customers. The attitudes from the employees were rude, cold, and completely unwelcoming. Nobody seemed happy to help, and the entire atmosphere felt miserable. After waiting 10-15 minutes for our food to be "freshly cooked," I expected at least hot food. Instead, I was handed a turkey burger that was barely lukewarm and french fries that were cold, limp, and already wrinkling like they had been sitting forever. To make it worse, the fries looked like nothing but the tiny leftover scraps from the bottom of the potato bag. It honestly felt like they just threw together whatever they didn't want to serve anyone else. We sent the fries back, and when they brought them out again, they were only slightly warmer than before -- still not hot like fries should be straight out of the fryer. What's even crazier is that the manager brought the food back to the table and STILL never apologized. No concern, no accountability, nothing. That alone says everything about the customer service at this place. Whatever happened to quality food and decent customer service? Customers are paying hard-earned money and deserve hot food and respectful treatment -- not cold leftovers, terrible attitudes, and management that acts like it doesn't care. Extremely disappointing experience, and I will definitely think twice before ever coming back.

The burger was good, but all of the food was really greasy. While eating the burger, grease began to drip down my hand and the fries/onion rings still looked wet. It's located on the corner of Webb Ginn Rd and Grayson Hwy and is connected to a Shell gas station. When I walked in, it reminded me of someone's kitchen, which I really loved. Very warm and inviting. There were pictures on the wall of different celebrities. I'm a big OutKast fan so I definitely enjoyed them paying homage to OutKast and of course my Falcons. So the restaurant is New York City food infused with southern comfort which is so intriguing to me. They have a very nice and expansive menu from seafood, burgers, and breakfast items. They even have vegan options as well. The kind lady that took my order did say that everything on the menu is sold all day. I asked her how long had they been open and she said last June made a year. I ordered the shrimp and grits and the Oreo cookie crunch cheesecake but to my horror, the kind lady said something about they did not have dessert. Now I'm not sure if they had ran out or just wasn't serving dessert at that time but it was just after 11am when I got there, so it was lunch time hours. Needless to say, I was disappointed but the food definitely made up for me. The shrimp and grits were AMAZING! The sauce was what really did it. The biscuit had like a honey topping and was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The portion size was perfect! I'm thinking really hard y'all but honestly, I have to say that, that was the BEST shrimp and grits I've ever had. I'm looking forward to going back and getting that Oreo cheesecake and I really want to try the hoagie.
