It's McDonald's. I really wish fast food restaurants would hire people who are helpful. I really don't expect much anymore, but when a MANAGER leaves a customer standing at the counter, walks by them twice without speaking to them, it's frustrating. I waited to get a refill and no one would help me. Hello, MANAGER, act like one, please.... If you don't want to refill customer's drinks, then put the drink machine back out in the dining area. read more

Employees are slow on a different level. No disrespect but big dude in there working should be doing something else. Moving mad slow and just goofing around a lot. Came here to pick up an online order, it should've been ready but im waiting for 15 mins with them goofing around. read more

The worst McDonald's ever. Went through here on 4/3/2021 at 2:34 pm (linecook who made my daughter's cheeseburger should be retrained and to see if he/she knows how to read orders). My child is allergic to tomatoes so that means she is allergic to ketchup. I asked for no sauce only pickles on her cheeseburger as it says in the picture. I don't know if the linecooks doesn't know how to read but you really going to put ketchup on my daughter's burger and on top of that they didn't even put the pickles on it. I am so done with McDonald's and all the mistakes they make. Why can't you read? That's all I want to know. Why work if you don't care about peoples' foods? Will definitely call corporate about this and also I will never come to another McDonald's again Please hire workers that know how to read because obviously they can't. Then you wonder why people go crazy on the employees at McDonald's. You are lucky my daughter didn't eat that. She would have gotten sick and that would have been a problem. Seriously out of 10 times they will get the order right 2 times. Horrible. Obviously the managers are not doing their jobs either by not training staff properly. Pathetic read more

McDonald's - No sauce we said because of child's allergy to tomatoes but yet they put ketchup on there. We asked for pickles only - Fast Food Near Me - Snellville, Georgia

They need to put soap in the bathroom which means the employees can't properly wash their hands. Tables need to be wiped down too. They were sticky and had crumbs. Ordering at the tablet is excellent, although I paid for extra cheese and they didn't give me it or extra mustard. :/ read more

Disappointed that advertised prices are different than what I was charged. Went thru the drive thru this morning and my order included 2 small smoothies which were showing a cost of $2. However, upon reviewing my bill I was charged $2.39 for each. The employee at the payment window said the prices probably changed for the start of the new year. This should have been caught and all posters and signs should have been changed or removed accordingly if that was the case. read more

I wished I would have seen these reviews before coming to this McDonald's. Worst costumer service ever. I order a HOT COFFEE for my grandma. When she took a zip it was cold. When we complaint they had us wait in the parking lot after 5 minutes, I decided to get down and ask if coffee was ready. Register guy ask what was wrong. I said coffee was cold. The guy said "do you want us to brew you hot coffee?" (Really?? What kind of answer is that. If we order hot coffee means we want hot coffee. ) I said yes, we expect hot coffee if we order hot coffee. He said they didn't have hot coffee. I asked why they would serve us cold coffee in a paper coffee cup meant for hot coffee? And why didn't they tell us coffee was not fresh and cold? He said he didn't know. I told him I knew it wasn't his fault since he is in register. So I asked for my money back. read more

I got there at 10:40pm and a really rude unprofessional employee said they were closed when the hours say 12am. Then proceeded to say were "dead ass closed". I hope that the day we visited was an anomaly. The young lady who took our order stared at us, sighing like she was bored then broke out her cellphone and started texting. Consequently, she messed up our order. We were so flabbergasted by her behavior that we just took the messed up order, dined and left. We continued to glance at her while dining and saw the same behaviors over and over. But interestingly, the manager(s) were all around her and said nothing. This place appears to be a super busy location. It would be great if the owner or management tightened up on the customer service their staff provides. IF, we visit again and this happens I'll take pictures and send them. read more

The employees here are very rude. I got yelled at to to wait even though they took three other cars in the other lane. I would avoid this McDonald's at all cost especially if you don't wanna get yelled at for just trying to get food. read more

I'm hooked on the McDonald's Oatmeal! When I want to grab some breakfast that's yummy, healthy, and easy to eat while I'm driving I head here. I'm always met with friendly service at the drive-through. They move pretty quickly and always get my order correct no matter how busy they are! read more

Apparently all McDonalds suck equally bad. Which is ironic, because McDonalds (the corporation) has made working there as close to idiot-proof as possible. Ultimately, the only thing the employees need to think about is order accuracy. Everything else is thought out and nearly automated for them. And yet, somehow, the managers always seem to put the dimmest people working the critical jobs, because order accuracy is something EVERY McDonalds struggles with. It's baffling. Well McD's...you've screwed me for the last time. I'll never eat at another McDs for any reason. I'll freaking starve to death before I spend one more cent at McDs. F McDs. read more

The parking here was poor planning. Don't like having to park where the drive thru is. While my filet o fish and fries were hot and fresh, the chicken nuggets were old and cold in the happy meal. Can't believe they charged me for an extra slice of cheese because I wanted the whole slice of cheese on my filet o fish. What do they do with the other half? Only came here becuz my son wanted it. There are plenty of much better options in the area. read more

McDonalds has always been the go to fast food joint. We all have a favorite item on their menu. For me it's always been a Large Fries and a Medium Coke. When I'm running late for work or it's been a long day at I worked thru lunch, a large fries and medium coke always hits the spot. Today I'm running errands with my gorgeous wife and I needed something to tie me over. Being new to the area I wanted something fast and something I can share because my wife will say she doesn't want anything but eats my stuff. Lol! In the distance I see the famed Golden Arches. I hopped in my car, drove to the drive thru ordered a number 6 (10 piece nuggets meal) large, with a Sprite and for myself a Large Fries with a Medium Coke with lemon. Because I discovered added lemon to Coke makes it amazing! Anyway, as am driving I asked my wife to pass me a fry. Nothing could have prepared me for the disappointment I was about to endure. The fries were cold and stale, they put a 6 piece and 4 piece nugget in the bag to make 10. Rather than have it in the correct packaging. On top of that the nuggets were cold. The Sprite was a large seltzer water and my Coke was a Diet Coke with no ice and minus a lemon. In the past, yes, my order has been wrong. Something was missing or something minuscule. But never has my ENTIRE ORDER been wrong. I'm completely disappointed in the level of service at this location. Looking back at other review I see I'm not the only one. If the crew isn't doing what they're suppose to do when it come to serving the public what else are they not doing behind the scenes. I can never eat at restaurant that serves bad food and it only takes one time for me. That is the last time I take my family to dine here. read more

This mcdonalds location is fantastic! I know it is a couple of years old, and they had their kinks to work out like most new places do, but every time I have been through this location in the past 6 months or so, I always receive a smile and super fast service for both breakfast and lunch. Not to long ago, they did a spirit night for my son's school, and donated a portion of the sales to help raise money. This is awesome, and I know these folks support the Ronald House Charities and other local community activities. Keep up the good work at this location. My favorite in town! read more

This might be the worst McDonalds. Fries are cold, fish sandwich has old bread and diet soda has too much carbonation.

What is wrong with this place? I used to come by the drive thru every few days and order a salad. (They are not on the menu; you have to know that McD's actually makes something healthy.) This week I came by and asked what was in the other homestyle salad they offer. Flat response: "I don't know." Not, "I'll find out." Hmm, OK. So I got the Southwest Salad, which is supposed to come with black beans, corn, Frito sticks and a slice of lime. Usually at least one of these items is missing. Very disappointing quality control on a regular basis. Otherwise, it is a fantastic salad. Wednesday I ordered a salad, got to the window and then was told there was no salad. Just...none. I opted for a couple of burgers, then. What could go wrong ordering a hamburger at McDonald's. Apparently, plenty. I was asked to pull over, and waited a full 10 minutes for a simple double hamburger. Why? "Because we made regular burgers and didn't know there was such a thing as a double burger, so we had to make new ones." Huh? Surely they could have lifted the bun and put a second burger patty on top! Somebody please tell me where I can find a more reliable McDonald's nearby. So done with this one. read more

Awful! I once waited 30 minutes for a small Iced vanilla coffee. It was unbelievable, myself and several other customers were shocked at how slow they were to make simple food, there's nothing fancy about McDonald's so why it took so long is beyond me. They are always slow at this location, it doesn't matter if you do drive thru walk in. On another occasion I did the drive thru and got a burger and 2 apple pies. I ate one pie that had something hard and plastic like in it. I'm definitely sure it wasn't apple or pie crust, so disgusting. I won't ever come here again, McDonald's just keeps getting worse. read more

About 5 years ago I made a visit to McDonald's and made a promise to myself that I would never go there again. This morning my wife wanted an egg mcmuffin so I ventured out McDonald's and had a reminder of why I never wanted to go back. It starts at the drive thru order kiosk. The young lady on the microphone is barely heard. She is mumbling and has no customer service skills at all. No hello, thank you, etc. I drive around to pay and there is no difference in the way she acts. Short and no customer service. When we get our food you would think a 2 year old put the sandwich together. Nothing was in line. Most of the cheese was off the sandwich and it was barely warm. This job is not rocket science. I honestly believe that if the employees put forth just a little more effort McDonald's could be a half decent place to eat. The prices are going up but the level of service and taste of food are going down. I guess I'll see you again in 5 years for a visit read more

I went to this location to get my kids happy meals. When we pulled up, there was no one in the drive thru. I sat there yelling hello for at least 5 minutes. After other cars pulled up to the other box and there orders were taken i finally pulled up to the window. I told the guy at the window that I'd been waiting a long time and asked if the order intercom was working. He closed the window to ask the girl who was i guess was working that side if she was taking orders. He came back and told me that she wanted me to go back around and get in line, which now had several cars in both lanes. I had a screaming 2 month old, and a 1 & 3 year old demanding food in the backseat. I told them no thank you I'll take my business elsewhere. I'll never come back to this location! read more

Awful! Why install the equipment to display drive thru orders to guest when it's never used. Why have an automated person tell you to order when no is ever listening and you always have to repeat orders. Whoever built that place wasted a ton of money on technology and did a lousy job training them to use it. Drive to one on 78 it's much better. Grayson Hwy is the absolute best for breakfast! What is wrong with this company and their shake machines not working in multiple locations.

I just left the drive thru after 1 hour of waiting for two Large coca-colas. We wanted to drive out and go inside but we were stuck due to all the other cars so we stayed. They did not even take my order. When we finally made it to the window she asked if we had two cheeseburgers . We said that our order was not even taken, she rolled her eyes and said what's your order ? I told her it was just for two large coca colas she got an attitude and said she didn't have any , i then asked at all? And she said well we do but it is in the lobby insinuating that we go inside after waiting an hour in the drive through . I told her we were waiting for a very long time she the closed her window rudely and started telling the other employees to bring her two large Coke's. But we ended up leaving next door to Del Taco because we could not believe how unprofessional she was. She could have easily gotten two drinks for our inconvenience. But people like her should not be at the window at all. Unbelievable, we were actually very nice to her for her to be so rude. I mean did we really need to go inside and wait again after being stuck in the drive thru? I would just avoid this place until they change the staff. Does McDonald's not host proper interviews? I tried calling to speak to a manager and no one answered so I posted this review. read more

Very unhappy. I ordered a fish combo on October 3rd. When the drive through person attempted to hand me my meal she stated it was a QT. I don't eat beef and didn't order that, however I had already paid for my meal with my card. The QT was more than my fish meal so I was told they would refund me the QT and they charged me for the fish meal. Have been checking bank account all weekend no refund. Went back to the store and spoke to manager Starla who told me refunds can take up to two days to go through. It's Tuesday Oct 7th! My payment went through yesterday for two meals purchased Oct 3rd, one of which I didn't eat or take with me. Not happy. Starla tried to make the excuse that yesterday Oct 6th was a holiday. I said "what holiday" she says Columbus day. I never had respect for that man but do recognize his holiday is on the 13th for my bank so I informed Starla that yesterday was not a bank holiday. She wouldn't call the GM this evening stating the GM (General Manager) would be there tomorrow between 9to5. I'm working then too so it's a big inconvenience taking time from my job to get them to do their job. I'm really not happy with this McDonalds. Need to train their staff to be careful with peoples money. I want my money back and if I don't get it I will go to every place that I use to rate businesses and really make known my disapproval of how they do business. read more
