Ordered a chicken sandwich. Bit into the chicken and I'm chewing on chunks of meat that are hard & chewy. I'm spitting chunks of meat out my mouth numerously. Shm cause now i don't want a chicken sandwich from here anymore. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with a Arby's chicken sandwich. But before, the person taking my order told me to take my time. I few seconds later, they're rushing me. Bipolar disorder? The store is right by the police station. Haven't had arbys in sooo long so my boyfriend and I decided to have lunch there and we were happy!! Everything came out hot and fast too! The Greek gyro wrap was so good!! And the chicken sandwich! They also provide different types of sauces which my boyfriend enjoyed. And not pictures but they have the best curly fries! read more

We visited this Arby's drive through on Thursday January 7 at 11:00 A.M. (I add this for the owner to take note of the manager on duty). and ordered 6 Reuben sandwiches, 4 sliders a Fish Sandwich and a small fries. All 6 Reubens were meat and bread only. There was zero sauerkraut, no dressing - just meat and bread. I also (twice) requested that the fries be cooked fresh They were given to us cold and appeared to have been cooked at least an hour previous. Also - I had (again twice) requested a small cup of tartar sauce, it was not added to any of the bags. Of course, we discovered all of this after driving over a mile away. In spite of being on a tight work schedule, we returned to this location. I went inside with the defective portion of the order and asked to speak with the manager. Even though I was polite and respectful in pointing out the problems with this order and to request a refund, she was borderline hostile and and definitely had a rude demeanor. She (unfortunately, I did not get her name - will the owner please refer to the time and date noted above to I.D. this person) was not friendly and seemed initially to not want to give a refund. At all times during this encounter, this "manager" was acting in an unpleasant and unprofessional manner. She actually made a call on her phone while I was politely but firmly asking for a refund and snapped at me "I have to call my boss to see if I can give you your money back". I stuck to my position - and finally she took my receipt and went to a remote register and completed the refund. Then, seemingly to further demonstrate her (unwarranted) contempt. she handed the return receipt to an employee, turned her back without a single word, and disappeared. At no time did she apologize, but seemed to be exasperated that an customer would dare to expect a correct order. The other employees were plainly embarrassed by their manger's conduct, and one young lady actually was openly apologetic - which was ten times more than the rude manager had done at any point during this encounter. I can somewhat understand an order being minorly wrong at a restaurant, but this order was so substandard that I feel compelled to write this. But, especially after having experienced the rude, unprofessional and hostile attitude of the manager AFTER her allowing such a wreck of an order to be sold to a customer - I absolutely want this brought to the attention of the owner. This manager is a horrible representative for Arby's. This experience was so bad that we will never visit this location again read more

Food is always hot and fresh!! The sliders are good. The buffalo chicken sandwich is the best sandwich there!!! The buffalo chicken slider and the jalapeño roast beef slider are a must try. The cookies are good here as well. Great service and good fresh food! read more

I got several sliders, potato cakes and cookies to meet my daughter and grandson at the park for a picnic. The person who took my order wasn't friendly at all, the service was slow, the sliders were ok and I didn't get my potato cakes. This was a $29 order. Check your order before you leave. Apparently filling a fast food order with nobody else in line is difficult or, at a minimum, an inconvenience to those being paid to WORK there. I stopped by on my way home from the movies. I ordered the beef and cheddar combo. The service was quick and when I got the food it was hot. The only complaint that I have is the sandwich had way too much arby's sauce and not enough cheese sauce. Other than that it was good. read more

I don't really go to this location as much as I use to but today I decided to go after work because I didn't want to cook. I got the number 1 combo and I also decided to try the smoked italian sandwich since it's a new item. This location usually has great customer service from what I remember in the past visits. This visit, the lady working the drive thru just needs to work on her customer service. It was like a robot sticking to a script and just wanted to get through the day. I get that every one may have a bad day at work every once in while but a smile goes a long way when dealing with customers. Got home and the combo meal was good but that smoked italian sandwich was crap. The meat was chopped in small pieces like it was minced and it was mushy. I tried three bits of it and nothing in that sandwich was edible. So I won't be ordering this again in the near future. But overall my visit was just okay. Not great. read more

I decided to go this Arby's today for lunch. The food was good but the service was horrible. I waited in line for about 20 minutes. It was lunch time and they only had 3 people working. Two more workers showed up while I was waiting for my food. Seeing as how there was a long line of people, I figured they would jump right into working. One of them did but the other one decided she needed to go and speak to everyone else that was there. I never saw her actually work. The manager was very rude. She rolled her eye whenever she was asked something. I've been to this Arby's several times in the past since it is right by my work. From now on, I will drive a couple extra miles to go to a different one. read more
