I ordered a sandwich from DoorDash to pick it up at this location. I went to pick it up, I got there a couple hours later, but when I got there, they told me my sandwich had been thrown in the trash and they refuse to remake it, that it's horrible customer service as much money as I've donated to firehouse. This is really sad that they wouldn't just make another sandwich. The manager claimed that happened before her shift so she wasn't there. Let's face it. Firehouse subs are GOOD. A bit pricey but good. So there's really no point in reviewing the sub of how good it tastes because if you had a firehouse sub, you know how good it is. So I will be rating the location, cleanliness of the store, staff, and speed/accuracy of the staff. The location is next to a bunch of other eateries such as First Watch and Panda Express, so the plaza it's in is hustling and bustling. The parking, however, is limited so you may need to park a bit far away from Firehouse, so beware especially during lunch time. The store is very clean and very nice to eat in at. The staff also greeted me as I walked through the door with the trademark "welcome to Firehouse." Lacked the enthusiasm of other places that I have been to, but the staff was engaging and overall very friendly. Down to the most important aspect, the food was made in 8 minutes, which was pretty good considering they were a bit busy. The subs were nice and hot and good! Wow, hate to be this person but have never been so disappointed with this location. Waited 15 minutes past the pick up order time (which was 30 minutes from the time of order). Fine understand the environment we are in now but then get home...stale bread, cold sub for a hot sub ordered, barely any meat, and missing the pickles for both sandwiches....for $23 for just two sandwiches - I will just head to Jimmy Johns in the exact same shopping center that never disappoints since we got cold subs anyway. read more

Yesterday was my first time getting firehouse subs. It was pretty tasty. I've been craving a nice sub for 2 weeks now, and I finally got it. I got the turkey bacon ranch sub combo, nothing fancy. It held up really nicely by the time I got home to eat it, that's always a plus! However I will not be getting another combo; it comes with either chips OR a cookie and a drink, instead of both. The chips and drink added was $2.59 more. I don't know about you, but that's pretty steep for me, not to have both. Anyhow, the restaurant's atmosphere was standard, it probably would have been better and more lively if they weren't about to close within the following hour of my visit. Service was a little slow, but the staff was friendly and got our order correct. The food was pretty good, and the restaurant was clean.

We are visiting Snellville due to evacuation from Hurricane Dorian. My husband wanted something quick and easy so Firehouse it was! First of all the restaurant was immaculate from floor to prep area and the restroom. I could not compliment the young man managing the shift enough. I'm not much of a sub guy but my daughter wanted to go here so we tried it out. Not very busy. We were waited on pretty quickly. The employees were busy cleaning when we walked in which was good to see. The were all nice and seemed interested in getting our order ready quickly. While we were waiting this lady comes in with a gaggle of kids who were tearing up the place smashing bags of chips etc. employees kept their cool. I would have body slammed one of the them. My first instinct when I walked in was to turn around and go back to my car. One employee greeted me with a drab, monotone. If I hadn't been looking at the other employee, I wouldn't have known he was also greeting me - it was almost a whisper and he didn't even finish it. If you're that unenthused about working there, go work somewhere else. The speaker of the nearly-silent greeting was actually pleasant and capable at the register. By the time I got my food, it was badly overcooked on burned on one end. I don't eat burned food of any kind and my thought is that if I don't ordered my food to be burned, please don't burn it. The whole sub was overcooked so what wasn't burned was darker than I like. I didn't have time for it to be remade. The meatballs were ok. The white cheese was overcooked to a collection of brown spots. The best part of my meal was the little bag of Cheetos that I took with me to eat later. Yeah, that's sad. They also don't have working chip-readers on their debit/credit card swipe machines, so your chipped card has the same lack of protection of the old, unchipped cards. BEST FIREHOUSE IN GWINNETT!!!! Awesome customer service! Awesome meat portions! Clean restrooms! Delicious sandwiches! There's not much more else I can say but go try it out. These guys simply rock. I got the FireHero sub and it was delicious They grilled onions and peppers at my request and the sandwich was just what I ordered. I live about 15 minutes away from this location and there's one about 5 minutes from my house but I will definitely be driving 15 minutes every time I want a Firehouse sub. I love the Firehouse Subs in Loganville and some other places, but this one in Snellville was awful - for the food and for the drama. I had never been to this one before and won't be going back. It was after dinner time, with only one person in front of me waiting for one sandwich, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes for my one sandwich even though there were four people behind the counter. The cash register was ringing up wrong prices. An elderly man was very upset because he had paid for his family's meal online. They said they never got the order, so no food, no refund. And apparently no manager to handle the situation with a little more kindness. (That teaches me never to pay in advance anywhere.) As I was leaving, a woman stormed in with a bag, angrily demanding her money back. When I got home, I could see why. My bread was dry and hard, the meat was cut thick and full of fat and gristle. My $14 sandwich was inedible garbage. I asked for a refund, too, but after a lot of stalling with things like wanting to look at the video of that evening first, I gave up, knowing I was just wasting my time.
