Food is always amazing! Most frequently I get the loaded bacon on a variety of different breads. I do say no to the tomato though because I do not like warm tomato. They have a great selection of frontier soups and cute gifts. The lady that greats you is very sweet as well. read more

Great Harvest is always a must stop when I visit my sister. The sandwiches made with the fresh bread that's made in house is delicious. They make so many different flavors that there's always a variety. Let's not forget about the scones, cookies, brownies and all thw other treats they make fresh and homemade. My favorite cookie of all time is there Saltes Caramel Cookie. Everyday is a different bread and desserts. I stop in at least twice if not 3 times when I come down for a week. My sandwich was on sourdough and it was great - the only criticism is I ordered the breakfast sandwich but didn't get the tomato or spinach. It was still a good eat. Fresh bread heaven! I've visited Great Harvest Bread on several occasions and ordered various baked goods - muffins, sandwiches, rolls. I always try something new from their selection. I can honestly say, there is nothing that I haven't liked. It's a bread-lovers' dream! The biscuit used for the breakfast sandwich was a big win! I wish there was a drive thru for more convenience but it's not fast food even though the sandwiches were made pretty quickly once ordered. Excellent food and customer service here! We love the two vegetarian sandwich options, the deliciously fresh loaves and the buns! They don't have buns all the time, but we were told we could call the day before that type of bread baking day and order some! 11/21/20 around the 12:00 hour Ah-oh. Had a different experience this time. The cashier asked if I wanted "turkey, ham or bacon" on my breakfast sandwich. "Yes". I replied. But was to pick only one :( "Bacon" I replied. Cashier very nice. Sandwich not so much. Tasted like something plain I could make in my kitchen. More meat would be more better or some sausage. I don't know if they've changed their policy, but usually they bring your food to you. Even the cashier said, "someone will bring your food out." Anyway, my name was called & I went to pick it up. One last thing. The sandwich makers need to be hyper conscious that eyes are upon them. We watched our cashier make a sandwich & it was a little scary until we realized he was making his own. It was our first time in Loganville and we needed breakfast while waiting on an appointment. Great Harvest was a quick drive from where we were so we decided to try it. We were so pleasantly surprised. The ladies were so nice and helpful when answering any questions we had. Food was delicious and coffee was great. First visit to Great Harvest and I was disappointed. The aesthetic is very pleasant and appropriate for the company. The woman who took my order started coughing and did not wash her hands or even use any hand sanitizer before offering to cut a sample for me from the sample platter. No thank you! I ordered the Loaded Bacon sandwich for myself and one of my daughters. Ordered the Morning Gobbler for my other daughter. The only thing good about the Loaded Bacon was the meat and tomato. The avocado was just a refrigerated spread and the bread, which was supposed to be the star, was doughy and tasteless. I probably won't go back. read more

The service here is wonderful! Everyone is always so eager to help! When you first go in they have a cutting board with all the different types of bread and sweet treats that you can try and order to decide which type of bread do you want for your sandwiches! My family is in love with the cinnamon chip bread! You can eat it all by itself!! I take back loaves for my in-laws who live in Florida when I go visit! The spinach and feta bread they cook on Tuesdays and Thursdays ... and maybe Saturday's... it is amazing! Last week I tried their blueberry and cream cheese scone and it was amazing! I brought it back for everyone in my office to try and a few of them went and bought some later that day! This little place seems to always be hopping! I love great harvest bread. I was excited to see they opened a location here. I lived in KY enjoyed GHB there. Now I get to have it in my GA home! The pepperoni bread is my favorite. I love the savannah bars and cookies as well. People are complaining that the workers don't wear masks. I'm not an anti-mask, anti-vac or a covid denier AT ALL. IMO it's not fair to rate the business poorly bc they follow the state of GA lack of guidelines. GA lifted the restrictions. It's ok for a business to follow suit. If you don't like it VOTE TO REPLACE THE POS REPS WE HAVE IN OFFICE instead of penalizing a small business with shitty reviews. read more

This is a really cute rustic-looking spot specializing in bread and baked goods. While their menu is not as diverse or large as Panera, they are equally delicious in my opinion. Today I had the portobello pesto melt on wheat grain (they have tons of bread options - availability varies by day) and it was 10/10. All options can be made into a meal with a drink and chips or a cookie. While I loved my first experience and my parents are fond of this bread shop, I am disappointed they do not offer recycling options for their plastic utensils in today's day and age. Was good at first, then we got two loaves that were obviously not fresh. Stale after about 2 days, normally they last 5-7 days. Owner offered to swap, but I was 100 miles down the road by then. I do go by there early in the morning and see loaves of bread from prior day sitting on shelves and nobody working early to bake bread. They say fresh every day, I don't think so. Also, in the afternoon there are several annoying kids they let run through the kitchen and dining area. Not a good way to run a place health/safety wise. Yes, I know child care is expensive, but placing the kids in a kitchen/dining area is probably not the best option either. This place is amazing! I've tried most salads and had their grilled cheese sandwiches. I'm also in love with their tomato soup. They give out gigantic samples and cook their bread fresh everyday. The only thing I would say bad is that they randomize the days of soups, so some days (most days luckily) I am able to get my fave tomato soup.
