So, my wife and I decided to give First Watch another go for breakfast, since my friend and I had a great experience there previously. This time, it did not disappoint--mostly because Brandy, our server, was an absolute rockstar. Seriously, if I could have her follow me around and provide that level of service in my daily life, I would. I ordered the Tri-Fecta, which the website describes as "Two fresh cage-free eggs any style with either a light and airy Belgian waffle or a multigrain pancake. Plus your choice of bacon, chicken sausage patty, turkey or pork sausage link." Naturally, I went with bacon because, well, bacon. It was delicious and lived up to the name "Tri-Fecta"--it hit all the right spots. We also splurged on the Million Dollar Bacon. It was flavorful and truly to die for. Now, let's talk add-ons. I mean, cheese for eggs at $1.49 and onions for $1? At this rate, I'm half expecting them to charge me for the oxygen I'm breathing in the restaurant. But hey, it was delicious and the Mango Passion Palmer I had to drink was the perfect complement to the meal. All in all, great breakfast, friendly service, and definitely worth a visit. When I tell you, my mouth started watering just from looking at the menu. It was truly hard to select what I wanted to get. I went with the strawberry dolce de Leche French toast, and the order of their million dollar bacon. To simply say amazing in one word does not do it justice simply because this male deserves so many other adjectives. The service was great. The atmosphere was great the food was great. My entire experience at First Watch from start to finish was excellent. Even though the restaurant was quite busy for a Wednesday morning, I was sat quickly, greeted with coffee and checked on regularly throughout the meal. Haley provided exceptional service, she was very attentive and knowledgeable. I ordered an item off the holiday menu, the Double Crunch Breakfast Tacos. They were delicious and stuffed to the brim. The dish has many components and each one of the ingredients was cooked perfectly, which created a nice blend of flavor. I was suprised how quickly the dish was delivered. However, you can see into the kitchen from the table and all members of the team seem to be working in perfect unison. I don't know why because I always go to the First Watch in Snellville. But the First Watch in Loganville is much closer. I don't see why there should be a difference between the two, but they're definitely is the service. Here is terrible every time I've placed a to go order it's like they give you literally no food or they misplaced your order. I had to order that was missing. I was missing a set of pancakes. The person had an attitude came back and the pancakes they did bring me were burnt and it looks like there's a piece of it taken out. I just took it and came home, but I'm definitely not gonna eat it go to the one in Snellville. They're much better pancakes are burnt. Better going to Ihop if you're in Loganville read more

Decided to check out the new First Watch in Loganville this morning with my grandmother & my sister and was VERY disappointed with our experience. The girl who served us was named Kishel & the manager we spoke with was named Mario. First staters, our server was very short & rude with us. Not once did she formally introduce herself, not once did she smile, not once did she do anything except rushingly ask for our orders. As a waitress of 7 years myself, I'm always very patient with the people serving my family & I. And even with her coming off rude, we continued giving her the benefit of the doubt that it was simply a rough day for her. When she was bringing out our drinks she ended up having to take back my cold brew since the cup it was being served in was dirty. She brought out a new one a moment later. Once ordering our food, it took around half an hour to come out. (Not counting the French toast that took an extra 10 minutes once everything else was already out.) I got their "Chili Chorizo omelet", my grandmother & sister got their "Smoked Salmon & Roasted Vegetable Frittata." The silverware I had been given was dirty. Since I've worked in the restaurant business for so long I know this happens, but it is still something that managers should be checking because it makes the whole experience feel gross. Once I replaced my silverware & we all began eating, the food tasted good! Everything was cooked well & to our asking. However, around halfway through our meal, my sister found a hair cooked into her frittata. Since our server was not easy to find, I went straight to the front to ask for a manager to be sent to our table. The man I went up to let me know he was a manager & asked how he could help. Since their was a long line of people waiting to get in behind me, I did my best to not make a scene, so I leaned over and whispered to him that we found hair in our food. He did not apologize, he simply asked if I wanted the food remade or not, to which I told him that he would have to ask my sister. He came to our table a moment later & asked my sister if she'd like the frittata remade.. she of course just asked for it to be taken off the bill because at this point she felt very sick. My grandmother who ordered the same meal also couldn't continue to eat. Finding hair in her food made us all feel nauseous, especially after two things already being dirty before we even began our meal. The manager took her plate and never came back to our table, never formally apologized, & in my opinion, did nothing to better our experience or fix the situation. When our server finally came back to our table and noticed my sister's plate gone, she asked if everything was okay. My sister let her know what happened & the server simply looked at her and began walking away as she muttered "oh sorry." This is when I could no longer give our server the benefit of the doubt. When you or your kitchen makes a mistake, you should always apologize and ask if there's anything you can do to make the experience better for the customer. She did nothing & continued to be rude as she had been our entire experience. Our server dropped off the bill with both frittatas still on it, saying my sister's meal was being remade... We let her know we had already told the manger we did not want it remade and we just wanted the frittatas taken off the bill, since they were not eaten. She then brought back the new bill & told us to have a good day as she walked away, with no apology. When we went to the front to pay the bill, Mario (the manager) closed us out. He did not apologize or say anything to better the situation. This had to be the worst experience with a manager I have personally ever had. I've never seen a manger say absolutely nothing to fix the situation after such a gross mistake was made. Although the food tasted good; the service, cleanliness, & management was awful. No one did anything to help better our experience Would not suggest this place to anyone. read more

This restaurant went from Hero to Zero in 12 months. Evidently a big effort when it first opened and gradually went not caring. We went in and it was about 1/3 full, very unusual for a first watch. Took 5 minutes to seat us, then 5 minutes to get a server to get our drinks order, 5 minutes for our drinks to come, at this point we had been in an almost empty restaurant for 15 mins and no one had taken our food order. By the time we left at 1:00, it was the emptiest I have ever seen a first watch. I guess people really do vote with their feet. read more

The ambiance is very nice the only down side at this location is if you go when it is busy the front is congested and you may find your party being asked to wait outside so bring an umbrella if it's rainy. The service is good again if it's busy be patient with your person they do their best to take care of each person in their area. The food is fresh and well prepared... breakfast and brunch can be traditional or trendy... plenty of options even healthier options. First Watch is the type of establishment that you can go to a couple of times and then can get over it really quickly. I have been going for a couple of years dating back to my time in Florida. Again, the food is decent. There's nothing spectacular that I have had off of their menu. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. So that works in their favor. Depending on the time you go, it may be extremely busy. However, it's never, overly noisy or irritable. But, that doesn't affect the timeliness of the food being brought out. My only gripe is that having eaten here several times, I'm just not a fan of the quality of food. It's not bad. I just think that it can get a bit mundane after a few visits. Not one of my favorites. But, I will encourage you to try it for yourself to see if it works for you. read more

Not sure I'll be able to go back to this place. Firstly, near every time I go, the coffee is burnt to a crisp. Makes no sense. They almost always make the toast the opposite of what you ask for and put a half pound of butter on it. The last straw though was when I took a sip of my burnt coffee and felt a 12" long human hair dangling from my bottom lip. Made breakfast so hard to finish.
