Order was placed through Uber Eats to be delivered. 2. Delivery driver came, but that bag was heavy and I asked her, was she sure this was my order. She stated, yes, and I double check in my ticket was on this bag. 3. When I cut open the bag, there were five sandwiches, one cookie, and one salad. This obviously was not my order. This was a group order. 4. I called my delivery driver back, had her come back to my home and we called Honeybake Ham from my residence. 5. I got a manager. I explained to her what happened. She was very nice and stated that she was going to remake my order and bring it herself. I didn't think she was coming all the way to my home because I thought I had ordered from the business up the street however, that store is actually open during certain times this one was all the way by Web Gin. 6. Due to the fact the food had left the store it could not be returned. Therefore, because it was sandwiches, I didn't eat. I gave 3 sandwiches to the Uber driver; one sandwich went in the garbage (i dropped on the floor), and a sandwich and salad was given to a neighbor. 7. Maybe an hour later, the managers showed up at my house with my order. It's been a long time since I have seen real customer service, and I just want to give my appreciation to that manager from store #33; who came to my home with the correct order. Shout out to the Uber Eats delivery employee who was very nice to even come back to my home because most of them wouldn't even care about a person receiving the wrong order and customers not receiving their right order. To all delivery driver best practice is to check your phone and order (1 sandwich vs 5 sandwiches) to ensure that you are picking up the correct order. I know that the person that picked up that order to deliver to that group with only one sandwich in there was pissed. So, it's just mindful to pay attention on what you're doing. Today I was treated rudely by customer service representative Trish at the service desk. When I came to the counter Trish was moving around and really never gave me her undivided attention it was immediately I don't know what you are talking about I handed her the receipt and she acted like she glanced at it then walked over to the other side of the counter and asked me the date, as she held the receipt in her hand. She asked me how many of the items had been left. I asked her to give me back the receipt and called my daughter for more information. She began complaining to another customer about my being frustrated with her and called another rep. The other lady came up and knew what was going on. Trish loudly exclaimed I TOLD YOU I DID NOT KNOW WHAT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT. My frustration was she really acted like she did not care to help and I felt like she was not helping and then her complaining to another customer in my face was too much and I let her know I was frustrated just like she was frustrated. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I hope I will never go to that location again and I am reporting this to corporate.

This is Walmart...and it seems weird to bother to review a Walmart but here we go…read more.. This is my Walmart. I shop here a couple times a month. I don't really expect much from Walmart but today's visit was worth a review. I went to buy some flowers. I park at the garden center, notice the sign says open from 8-8. Perfect. I walk in, load a bunch of plants in my cart and head to checkout at the garden center. But that would be too easy. There is an employee standing there and I notice the "lane closed" sign is at the register. I inquire of the nice man who says the register lady closed at 2:00. It is 3:30. This means I have to walk allllll the way to the checkout lines to purchase my cart full of plants. Which I did. I put half of my plants on the conveyor belt and the very nice cashier said she can come around to scan my plants, which she did. When I was done paying, she is having to wipe the plant dirt off of the conveyor belt before people put their groceries or clothing items on there. I apologize and tell her there was no one to check out at the garden center so I had to walk all the way to her and then all the way back to my vehicle which was parked at the garden center. I was very frustrated. I will say the employees that I spoke to were both very nice and apologetic. But, come on Walmart, pay an employee to work at the garden center! At least I got my steps in today.

I like to shop at this particular Walmart location because it is within walking distance of many…read morerestaurants and shopping centers. The area is usually crowded to drive in just because it is a really busy area, however, if you use your gps to use backroads, you may be able to avoid much of the traffic. This Walmart has a calm atmosphere and unique parking lot layout. The store overall is clean and organized with plenty of inventory. The bathrooms are kept clean. The staff seem friendly, approachable, and helpful. They have a good amount of electric wheelchairs for handicap/disabled people. I feel safe to shop at this location with my family and alone, which I have done frequently regarding this location.
