Let me start with the positives because there are definitely some. The patty melt was excellent. Perfectly toasted bread, good flavor, and exactly what you hope for when you're craving one. The onion rings were also fantastic. Crispy, well seasoned, and honestly some of the better fast-food onion rings I've had in a while. The staff member who brought the order out curbside was also very friendly and polite. No complaints there at all. Service was quick and the interaction was pleasant. Now for the reason this lands at three stars instead of five. I ordered a large onion rings and was given a medium. Normally that might seem like a small mistake, but in an era where fast food prices keep climbing, getting shorted on the size you paid for feels a little unforgivable. When you order a large, you expect a large, not a "close enough." So overall: great patty melt, amazing onion rings, friendly staff... but the order accuracy needs to match the price we're paying. Get that part right and this easily jumps a couple stars next time.

A 10 minute wait or more is not abnormal for here. The kitchen must be on their phones or something in between orders. Some kind of distractions are occurring all over the restaurant because no one seems to have any speed to service. Won't deter me from going still, but just tempers my expectations

However, when I asked for hot sauce, the staff member dismissed my request by saying it was also out of stock and added, "It's spicy chicken anyway, so isn't it fine?" It was shocking to have my request brushed off like that. Out-of-stock items happen, but invalidating a customer's preference with such a disrespectful and dismissive attitude is completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this employee's behavior and ensures proper customer service training for this location.

His name was Logan. Thanks Logan for a great experience and that it was my first time ever at a Culver's. I tried one of my companions, cheese curds and they were so delicious. I'm only in town for another three weeks, but I will definitely make sure I go back to Culver's to try something else on their menu. This was exactly what I needed tonight. Driving up to the drive thru we heard a very pleasant voice that announced herself as Kimberly. She was very cordial and possess that southern charm. We ordered 2 doubles and 1 double. 2 fries and 1 onion ring with 1 Fanta and 2 Prickly pear lemonade. Kimberly was thorough offering to omit condiments or add. I omitted mustard on the singles, I just wasn't in the mood for mustard, so I made a decision for my grandson. As we were driving off, I was prompted to go to google to specifically give 5 stars. When we got home to enjoy the burgers, sides, and drink, I found that I was not happy with my meal. I eat the onion rings first; they were scrawny with no substance to them. Like having no life, the fries were nothing to write home about. My single burger was cold and had a split in like someone had to check to see if the inside was cooked well done. My brother said the double was warm and juicy. All burgers had way too many onions. I was like somebody just did not know how much onions to put on the burger. It appeared that they had to figure it out but couldn't. The prickly pear lemonade was the bomb; I really enjoyed the drink and Kimberly did say that we would enjoy the drink. So, my rating is for customer service and food. I give 3 stars for the food and 5 stars for Kimberly's dedication to customer service.
