This American Deli location did not disappoint! When I called, the cashier was so polite and gave me my total/time to prepare. I arrived 2 minutes early and he told me it would be 2 minutes before my food was ready. I've never had a phone order be so perfect on timing. He showed our food to make sure it was correct and asked if we needed condiments. He was very nice and smiled the entire time. And they made us fresh fries so everything was piping hot. Seriously. It's hard to find anyone who wants to provide customer service. Sadly, this is my kids' favorite place for wings. As an adult, I find it to be garbage. Lil baby wings and salty sauces. Tonight tho, homeboy pissed me off. I ordered at 820. They close at 9. Ok y'all that alone is crazy to me. It's Saturday... football and Braves playing game 6. Anyway, my kids went to the wrong location (apparently AD thinks having three locations on the same road is smart). I spoke to the restaurant, I explained they went to the wrong location. He said he would wait the 10 min away my kids were (5 min past closing). They roll up in the parking lot and lights are off and doors are locked. I get that it's closed but don't tell me you'll wait. After spending over $30 on BS, I asked the Asian male at the counter for a side of honey mustard and he gave me ridiculous attitude and said it was 0.75 cents. I then returned and told him I didn't have .75 cents and if he could do us a favor and provide us the side of honey mustard and I would return after I ate with the change and he said "should've told me before you ordered I would've charged it" and walked away. I ordered 100 wings for my cousin's baby shower. Got mild, lemon pepper (dry) and garlic Parmesan. Decided not to get the combo which comes with a large fry and cup of soda. Great customer service. The lady who took my order over the phone and cashed me out once I got there, was super sweet and friendly. She told me it would take 30 minutes for the size of my order. It did take an additional 10 minutes once I got there. Didn't mind the wait at all. She gave me a cup and I got their peach beverage. Yummy! The wings were a hit at the shower! Very flavorful and they supplied plenty of ranch and blue cheese. No pix, got way too busy with the shower. read more

This establishment is a hit or miss! I stopped by today and unfortunately I was dissatisfied. I ordered a ten piece wing combo. The wings were abnormally large I was able to eat 3 out of the ten pieces, I just could not get past the shape to eat the rest, the fries were great though. I've visited a total of four times, the first time I visited here was actually a miss. The wings were oversized, the second and third times were amazing. The wings were regular sized fries were fresh and crispy and the punch was on point (peach flavor). To be honest I'll probably visit again and hopefully update this review to a higher star rating because I f%cking love American Deli but if I get those big fat a$$ wings again I'm afraid I won't be able to patronize this business any longer. read more

This is the best American Deli I have been to. They cook everything as it as it should be. Fries are crispy, wings are crispy but not over cooked, philly bread is steamed and the cheese is melted, etc. they cook the food the way you would cook it at home. Make sure you season the fries with the season salt by the register. Takes them to the next level. read more

Purchased a gyro. I'm use to the meat coming off a spindle but their was chopped up, so I don't know what type of meat is used. I asked was the tzatziki spicy and I was told it wasn't. Service is great. I called ahead and ordered then came in with my 2 year old nephew. He was fussy/crying coming in and they handed him a basket of fries and he immediately stopped crying. I went to this location because the one near me closed temporarily. I walked in noticing children are running the kitchen, which is rather small. I couldn't help but notice 1 of the 3 of them had gloves on (ugh). After one of them literally rubbed her hands on all of the parchment paper and placed them in the to go box. No mask, no gloves, low staff and I threw away all of the food. Save yourself. This location needs better management immediately. read more

This is my first time coming to this location. My brother and I arrived a little bit before 8:30 and ordered our food. They asked us if we wanted it for here or to go and we said for here but they gave us to go boxes. Once they hand us our food they tell us they close at 9, insinuating that we had to leave. We do not live close by so we ended up having to eat in the car. I've finished eating the food as I am writing my review before 9pm. That was rude in my opinion. Awful customer service. Got upset because I cancelled a combo from my order because I decided to buy more wings instead of three combos. She started to act agitated and man handed the cash register and threw the pen down when I signed the receipt. They spoke in their language so loud it was hard to just relax and eat, the entire experience felt like I was at a flea market. I tried ordering another drink, when I realized I only bought two and she said $5 max knowing I just ordered food to eat there. They charged me for an extra ranch even tho I asked for it while I ordered. I'm surprised they didn't charge me for the extra napkins. The food was good but the service was awful.
