I was in the mood for wings and fries and saw that they were close by. The first thing I noticed when I walked in, it was clean. They have waitresses to assist you with your dining experience. It is spacious and it wasn't a lot of ppl at the time i went but i have seen it with a lot of ppl here. The waitress was fast. The wings came out fast and the fries came out last. Came here to eat with my boyfriend and our kids we haven't been in a while the wings are still small and the ranch/bc containers small they don't fill it up all the way and we automatically got charged 20% gratuity it didn't even say tip or grat it says "custom item" which is crazy and greedy considering my server didn't greet us she just put down the menus and didn't say anything for like 15 seconds it was an awkward interaction and she barely came by and checked on us definitely not worth the money service is definitely not worth 20% tip read more

The food was good and we ordered wings which they are in fact small. For the service the server came to our table twice once was to give us menus and get our drink orders and the other one to give us the food we ordered. The automatically charged 20% tip not sure why there isn't a sign or anything letting customers know that. Even then I don't think the service was worth the 20%. Unfortunately, due to the customer service I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again. The food was OK, I've had better wings other places. The best part of it was the owner who gave me a very welcoming smile when she brought my wings out to me. Not only did this place take such a long time for my carry out food but the food was so bad and overpriced. To start off the staff is nice when they want to be and the food is not good. They gave me the wrong rice I order fried rice and they gave me white rice. Then I ordered mild wings and their wings are disgusting, super dry, small, and had no flavor nor spicyness at all. I love this place because it is right by my house. I usually order my food to go and the service is always great. They are fast and friendly and the prices are reasonable. They have a full bar and free wi-fi and I one day I plan to eat in... The chicken wings are small compared to my fav wings spot, Clays. But they are satisfying and not wet ( I prefer dry wings). First time coming here. Front desk staff, (including person handling phone and register), as well as the waitresses are young, rude, and need more training in customer service. I asked to speak to the manager for the woman at the register, and she went to grab her manager laughing, saying "manager, can you speak to her?". I knew at that point given her tone that it was really going to be pointless. The manager's response to my complaint was "sorry", and I immediately left back out. Once I got to my car, I looked in, and saw them all gathered in a group, manager included, laughing as if it was a joke. The service here is kind of sketchy. You'll get a nice server with a good attitude, but you won't get that much attention to detail. You can tell they aren't very experienced. The food is a happy medium between okay and good. It won't wow you either way. It is a nice place to watch sports, and chill. My group came in as a group of 4 with an add-on later. I got the 20 wings (10 BBQ/10 Medium) as I usually do because I was warned they were small wings. They were as warned, the wings weren't bigger than my thumb. They also weren't very saucy. For a BBQ sauce I'd expect them to be somewhat tossed in the sauce. Even the medium wings were nearly completely dry. For a wing joint I wouldn't order wings again. My madre in law ordered a Bud Light, and you could visibly see how cold it was in the mug. That's one positive I got from this place! Cold beer and a nice place to watch sports is your highlight here. My wife had the Philly Cheesesteak which was a little unimpressive. Not very meaty and not very cheesy. Not bad flavor for a shaved steak sandwich though. My father-in-law had the chicken salad which came with everything you could imagine. Bag cheese, over cooked boiled egg, tomato slices, cucumber, and more. All dressings and sauces come in prepackaged. Mother-in-law ordered the Seafood Combination which came on 2 plates. Everything's fried and came with fries on that plate. Nothing special to say about it. My sis-in-law order the regular Combination Plate, and it was just basically an appetizer combo plate. Cozy environment and lots of seating area. Wings are okay but are TINY. For a restaurant named Hot Wings I was a bit disappointed in their limited wing flavor choices. I absolutely love the house fried rice and hot wings! We are regulars here, we get food to go about 3 times a month. It's perfect because it's right around the corner, and my order is always ready in 15-20 mins. They are open on Saturday till 11pm which is great for me because we always have late parties and get togethers. To be honest wings are a bit pricey but totally worth it because they're delicious. The cafe could use a little renovation to bring more people in but other than that I have no complaints. Now when we dine in we also have a good time here, they have a little play area for kids and my husband can enjoy a beer while we chat. My #1 place for wings ! read more

The best place to go for hot wings! The wings are small, but that's the way I like them! The smaller wings always have more flavor! The fries are steak fries and are amazing dipped in the hot sauce and ranch. They have two pool tables and a small area for kids to play. Service is good. If I could leave zeros stars I would. I always come here to get wings. They usually mess up in the kitchen and I let it slide, but on this occasion my wings where really dry and cold when I really asked for extra hot. When I called to see if they could do something to make up for it on my next take out I was asked by the owner to bring in my proof even if it was a week later bc they need to make sure they really messed up LMAO seriously. Just bc I didn't want to make that drive out again. Me and my husband order from here all the time, but I guess they don't care to loose our business over the $7. Husband and I went back in February. Flavor on hot wings was very good but they were quite small, dry, and overcooked. Flavor on honey BBQ wings was just Ok and they were also small and overcooked. Fries were bland. Garlic toast was burned on one side and barely tasted of garlic. Philly steak was good but waitress didn't mentioned they charged $1.50 extra for the onions and peppers (menu says upcharge of $0.50 if you want extra of that, not if you want ANY).
